We went for dinner on August 15th! Everything was super good and the staff was amazing! The royal cutting board is truly royal :) and the pork loin could be cut with a fork. Congratulations!

If you want to go back in time and relish the flavors of yesteryear, well, stop here—you won't regret it! It's an authentic mid-mountain trattoria, run by a caring and friendly staff. The meats are excellent (we opted for a meal without first courses), but seeing them serving at neighboring tables made us a little disappointed. Truly, congratulations, and... please, don't change a thing!

Empathy and professionalism Today, after a beautiful hike on Mount Beigua, we were welcomed at lunchtime with the warmth of a beautiful cast iron stove, but above all by the priceless human warmth of Mrs. Rossella, who, with simplicity and healthy humor, guided us through a truly enjoyable food and wine journey. A special mention goes to Chef Fabio, who prepared delicious dishes such as lamb ribs or pasta al tuccu, not to mention the delicious desserts and the excellent Nebbiolo that accompanied our meal. We greatly appreciated the kindness and intelligent humor of the lady, who guided us to the most appropriate dishes and the most harmonious pairings. The price? A trattoria in the Ligurian hinterland with Piedmontese influences. The flavors are those of the past, reminiscent of home. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, the menu is competitively priced and offers generous portions. The staff is friendly, professional, and knows how to treat their customers. Visitata oggi per la prima volta. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto attento al servizio. Antipasto molto buono, anche se aggiungerei un po' di salame. Ravioli al sugo di brasato, buoni. Brasato con purea, così così: un po' troppo insipido e con un cucchiaio scarso di purea. Torta, buona. Proverò volentieri un'altra volta.

Si mangia molto bene soprattutto ottimi i funghi fritti. Servizio veloce e personale gentile

The place is accessible after a long uphill climb, often with bumpy sections along the last stretch. Very casual yet charming and homey. The staff is friendly and smiling. Service is fast. Excellent local dishes.

La prima stella la tolgo perché da un ristorante che si chiama "Il fungo" mi aspetterei in menù con i funghi, magari anche secco o sott'olio ma almeno un assaggio. Invece niente di niente. Amen. La seconda perché i plin erano conditi con un ragù bianco annacquato completamente scollegato. La terza per il vitello tonnato servito con una cucchiaiata di salsa e un affettato di vitello. Soprassedo per il bagno zozzo (ma qui sono anche i clienti) e sul servizio che si è scordato un primo. 2 antipasti 1 primo 2 caffè 1 bicchiere di vino rosso sconosciuto 45€ Non ci siamo proprio, mai più.

Siamo venuti da un po’ lontano spinti dalle ottime recensioni ci aspettavamo una trattoria con un menù semplice ma di qualità. Siamo invece rimasti molto delusi dal nostro pranzo primi senza sale completamente fatti proprio senza amore e passione materie prime niente di che ,secondo anche lui senza sale la mia tagliata non sapeva di nulla . Molto delusi è un peccato , classica trattoria da operaio ma con prezzo non da operaio
