I recently dined at Frankly and had a very good experience. The hot chocolate made by Mazen was particularly delightful. The atmosphere was normal, and the service was friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my drink, and overall, it was a pleasant cold night experience.

Frankly is located on the inside of the turnstiles near the train tracks. Once you go through the gate turn to the right and you will find the shop under the italo club sign. There was a staff of 3 this afternoon (7 June 14:15) They were efficient, friendly, and responsible —- working together seamlessly in a busy train station. Satisfied my craving for a bubble tea as I’m heading out of Milan. Only after I ordered my classic milk tea with tapioca pearls I saw that they have my favorite coffee with mint (!)… their cups and straws are biodegradable and “100% earth friendly” Thanks and see you next time. P.S. I did not get any benefits for writing this review.

Great coffee to fuel your journey and kickstart your day. A good place for prompt service if you're in a hurry. Nice selection of small bites too to accompany your brew. Check it out if you're passing through!

Tea/coffee with pastries inside the central station. Prices are a bit more expensive than expected (4.5€ for a tea). The service can be faster but still very convenient to have it just before the departure...

No good no bad. Got an iced latte. Really iced so it got it's purpose. Attention is kind and fast, they might do it wrong if they are busy so be careful.

Convenient location beside the train tracks. Friendly staff and fast service. However, the taste of food is average. The iced coffee latte tasted just milk with few drops of coffee!

I ordered matcha latte with coconut milk and run for my train thinking that everything's fine with my drink. Instead I've got matcha tea without any hint of milk. Thanks for nothing I guess.

We ordered two cappuccinos, one with almond milk and one with regular milk. Both were horrible. And it was really expensive, we paid 13 euros for two cappuccinos and a small bottle of water. They might have charged us for three cappuccinos, but we didn’t have time to go and ask as we were late to the train. We ended up throwing the cappuccinos because they were undrinkable. Stay away from that place!

It’s the second time I buy something here but both times the product is just awful and definitely not worth the price. The matcha was not even correctly dissolved and I was drinking whole chunks of matcha. I do not recommend this place and there are far better options

This is not milk tea. They just mix instant powder that already has tons of sugar inside. Girl promised me there was no sugar in the taro milk tea. It was too sweet to drink. Threw it in the trash immediately.
