I had a coffee and a pastry for breakfast at this café serving the station. Immediately after the counter is a counter with tobacco and lottery services. There are also plenty of seating areas. A good café at the station.

Persone che ti accolgono molto gentili...peccato chiude presto, perché non essendoci esternamente una macchinetta per comprare qualsiasi biglietto del treno è un enorme disagio per chi prende il treno tardi. Vado spesso a Torino e di macchinette sono tantissime. È ora che la stazione di Magenta cambi qualcosa

Typical village station bar... I'd avoid it. Prices are low for those who are happy with what they offer... Friendly staff.

Se potessi dare zero stelle lo farei. La ragazza del tabacchi maleducatissima mi trovavo in difficoltà con il telefono scarico e le ho chiesto se potevo ricaricarlo un attimo e nonostante fosse piena di prese per farlo mi ha liquidata sbrigativa (come se ci fosse il pienone di gente nel suo bar) che non poteva. Complimenti, anzi, no.

Ragazzo alla biglietteria troppo scortese. Sono entrato per acquisto biglietti treno ma ora preferisco prendere l'auto piuttosto che acquistare un biglietto da una persona così.

Penso che le ferrovie non dovrebbero permettere di tenere un bar a servizio della stazione in condizioni tanto squallide.

Personale senza una goccia di educazione, entri, saluti, spendi, saluti e nemmeno un ciao, ma che diamine abbiate almeno il sorriso sulla faccia, sembrate un incubo. Ci entro poche volte e cerco di entrarci sempre di meno. Andate altrove.

I'm giving it one star because...thank goodness it exists. It's also a bar located in a terminal, so it would take a lot of staff to improve it.

The managers have quickly adapted to the rising cost of living. I paid €1.50 for a decaf coffee, when in some places it costs €1.40 or even €1.30. On the other hand, the bathrooms lack toilet paper, a toilet seat, a clean shelf or cabinet to put your things, and above all, a way to lock the door—something very simple, like a key or a latch. Relying on Providence to prevent someone from breaking in while you're inside and creating embarrassing situations isn't always enough.

The owner's son at the counter is extremely racist towards people of colour. I was visiting Magenta for a day and when I went in to buy a ticket, he was rude for no reason and muttered racial slurs under his breath, thinking I wouldn't understand.

I was disappointed; the girl selling the tickets needs to learn to be kind. If I really have to buy a ticket, otherwise, I'll take a coffee, and I recommend the bar across from the station. It's another world.

I recently had a decidedly disappointing experience at this café. Although the coffee was good and the counter was friendly, the owner's behavior was unacceptable. When I asked if I could charge my phone, he extremely rudely replied that it wasn't possible. I find it absurd that, in 2024, a business cannot offer such basic service and displays such a lack of hospitality. Even worse, the owner, who is Asian, refused to let my black friend pay by card, without providing any explanation, while he allowed me, a white person, to pay by card. I find it scandalous and absurd that such blatant discrimination can still occur. Because of this treatment, I have decided I will never set foot in this establishment again. Such a negative experience and such a cold welcome are unacceptable.
