Good morning, I've been going to the bar for almost 3 years. Marco, Carmine, and the other guy are great. Smiling, quick, and kind. The three girls I've already met several times on Saturdays... are as angry and indisposed as can be. I go to Conad because I know I'll find the conchiglia with cream, see it's missing, and ask the young blonde, "Do you have conchiglia?" The answer is "no." To which I said, "I know you do." At that point, annoyed, she made me wait 5 minutes, beyond the 10 expected in line. Oh well, I don't recommend going there on weekends given the service.

I live nearby and go there often with my partner, especially for breakfast. Its strong point is obviously its proximity to Conad and other local amenities, and despite this, it's still a pleasant choice.

I went to this place for an aperitivo with office colleagues. I honestly wouldn't recommend it for such "events." Unfortunately, there were several things I didn't like... there's no table service, and I found the aperitivo buffet limited for six guests. In other places, a similar dish was served for two. The focaccia had oxidized sliced ​​meats (the mortadella was gray). The bartender also made a mistake when serving a drink, and I didn't find her very friendly.

Abbiamo fatto aperitivo molto volte in questo bar, ho sempre ordinato 2 calici di Franciacorta e come aperitivo ci hanno sempre portato un sacco di cose da stuzzicare. E siamo sempre rimasti contenti e infatti siamo sempre tornati. Stamattina 28.4.19 siamo tornati in questo posto a fare il nostro solito aperitivo con i soliti due Franciacorta e come stuzzichini ci hanno detto di alzarci e prendere patatine e colomba. Partendo dal presupposto che Pasqua è passata già da una settimana e a prescindere da questo non si fa aperitivo con una colomba e patatine. Noi abbiamo chiesto se era possibile avere degli stuzzichini come ci sono sempre arrivati e ci è stato detto che potevamo prendere (indicando con il dito) il bancone con su appunto patatine e colomba. Personale inadatto e scortese per lavorare in un bar, di sicuro dopo questo non mi ci metterò più piede.

I hate to write a negative review, because for years I'd occasionally stop by for an excellent, very frothy latte macchiato. Lately, and unfortunately, more than once before me, customers order coffee and the baristas on duty ask if they want it frothed. Obviously, they pour all the foam from what should be my latte macchiato onto these customers, giving me a slop that I could easily make at home without the foam. Of course, I pay for it, and I'd appreciate it if the foam, which is a characteristic of a latte macchiato, was left for me... I don't think I'll go there again.

Lukewarm food, sloppiness, and forgetting to order make this place a little... unappetizing and definitely not inviting. It's a shame, because at Le Querce the situation is diametrically opposite.

Chaotic place. The waitresses are very distracted and inattentive to the customers (unless they're friends with whom they'd happily engage in long conversations). It's not uncommon for last-arriving customers to be served first, or for you to find yourself almost finished eating without the drinks you ordered arriving. Not to mention the bread baskets whose appearance at the table is a frequent subject of bets. Looking around, it's easy to see the desolate faces of those waiting for desserts and coffees that never arrive (except after two or three reminders).

Unfortunately, they are more interested in finishing conversations with various friends rather than asking the customers in front of them what they want, and they don't even let them finish talking before they start chatting with colleagues or friends. I was taught that in the workplace, you should make little small talk, but above all, let the person in front of you, the customer, finish talking. Then, if there's no one to serve, you can just carry on with your friends. I found it all unprofessional, and it's not even the first time. The difference is that the first time the bartender stopped her colleague, turned to me, asked me and made me finish saying what I wanted, even made me pay, then continued talking to her colleague, who was an employee at the listening point. But today we reached the height of it, with the arrival of the guard, attracted more by the tone of voice of the bartender and her friend than by me.
