Vanilla Gelati Italiani is near the Duomo in Milan — very convenient if you’re wandering around the cathedral and need a cold reward. They make their gelato with quality ingredients and classic Italian technique, and they’ve got all the flavors you want, from pistachio and hazelnut to refreshing fruit and even vegan options.  The shop itself is simple, with a few spots to sit outside if you snag (but outs table service) for easy people-watching in the heart of the city. It’s great on a hot day after exploring the Duomo area.  I’d recommend it as a quick sweet stop, great flavors, a friendly vibe, and to take a breather to cool off with something delicious.

Proper gelato, no shortcuts. Smooth, rich, and full of actual flavour instead of that cheap icy stuff most places serve. Portion size was on point and the shop’s clean and organised. Big shout-out to Iresha — she served us with real care, knew her flavours, and made the whole experience easy. Solid 5-star spot, no question.

I had a wonderful experience at Vanilla Gelati Italiani! The gelato was rich, creamy, and full of authentic Italian flavour.Easily one of the best I’ve had in Milan. The shop had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a quick treat or a relaxed break. A special mention goes to Iresha, whose service was absolutely outstanding. She was warm, attentive, and made great flavor recommendations with a friendly smile. Her kind attitude really added to the experience and made my visit memorable. Pistachio, lemon, mango — everything we tried was top quality. You can taste the difference. Even with the crowd, the service is fast and friendly. Great gelato! I stumbled on Cis shop while I was out for a walk. I saw that the line was filled with locals and figured it was a good place to stop and purchase gelato. It was! Even though the line was long, it moved very quickly. The gelato tasted great. I opted for three choices, pistachio, tiramisu, and caffe. I also tried canola. All tasted great. I did not try the vegan-based flavors, but they were probably just as tasty. Stop here and treat yourself ... You won't regret it!

Best ice cream in the city for me as long as i know. coconut ice cream was perfect. My friends tasted some other kinds but they also liked it.

Sono stata da Vanilla Gelati Italiani in Duomo insieme a un’amica e l’esperienza è stata pessima. Abbiamo ordinato due cioccolate calde con panna e ce le hanno servite bruciate, dal sapore amaro e davvero imbevibili. Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla cameriera, ma il titolare è stato di una scortesia incredibile: nessun interesse, nessuna spiegazione, nessuna soluzione. Ci siamo alzate e siamo andate via perché era impossibile bere una cioccolata così. Delusione totale, non tornerò mai più.

È stata una delle peggiori esperienze. Ho ordinato una cioccolata con panna, ma era completamente bruciata, dal gusto disgustoso. Quando ho segnalato il problema, il titolare si è mostrato scortese e totalmente disinteressato, come se la cosa non lo riguardasse minimamente. Sono andata via subito perché era impossibile bere quella roba. Locale bocciatissimo, non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

Pessima esperienza, ho sbagliato io a non leggere prima le recensioni, Ordino un Brownie e me lo portano secco, lo faccio presente a quello che sembra essere il responsabile che me ne porta un altro che non solo era secco ma era anche mezzo bruciato (come dalla foto ) un Brownie palesemente non fatto da loro costa cinque euro(con il sovrapprezzo del servizio al tavolo se così vogliamo chiamarlo…) Quando arriva il momento di pagare, faccio presente che non ho toccato né il primo né il secondo se non giusto per assaggiarlo e dargli una chance, chiedo alla ragazza se devo pagarlo lo stesso, a quel punto esce il responsabile che mi dice che lui ha fatto il possibile, ma evidentemente non mi piacciono i loro Brownie, al che ho risposto che è proprio il motivo per cui non sono stata a chiederne un terzo! Mi viene chiesto come intendo procedere, ma dal momento che dico che non mi sono piaciuti e che tra il primo e il secondo non ho mangiato nemmeno la metà di un Brownie mi aspettavo che non me lo facessero pagare o almeno mi facessero uno sconto e invece la gentilezza è stata pari a zero, ti rispondono col sorriso di chi vorrebbe solo averti fuori da quel locale Se siete italiani, non andate in questo posto perché possono fregare solo i turisti🤦🏻‍♀️

Il gelato non è male anche se ci sono gelaterie molto piú buone in giro per Milano… ma quello che mi ha fatto arrabbiare è stato il prezzo ( 4 euro per coppetta a due gusti piú caro di venchi.. follia ) e il fatto che dopo aver preso il gelato non ho nemmeno potuto sedermi per mangiarlo… in tutte le gelaterie in centro e non ci si siede e non esiste il servizio al tavolo!!! Morale della favola 4 euro di gelato e me lo sono dovuto mangiare pure al tavolo con i commessi scortesi che mi hanno intimato che con la mia “misera” consumazione non potevo sedermi. Mai piú!!! Gelato buono ma super pesante e difficile da digerire a mio avviso…

Un caffè, un orzo e un maritozzo. Il maritozzo era così vecchio che potevi lanciarlo e avrebbe fatto il buco nel muro. È stato segnalato (nonostante sia stato pagato lo stesso) ma ovviamente è importato poco. Peccato.

Io ho preso la crepes e faceva SCHIFO. L’ho pagata pure tanto … vecchia, 0 nutella.. dura.. ci voleva una motosega per tagliarla. (Se fosse possibile metterei 0 stelle)
