Every morning, I stop by this Dunkin’ Donuts for my coffee, and the experience is consistently amazing. The service is fast, the orders are always right, and the atmosphere is genuinely welcoming! Angel, in particular, deserves special recognition — she’s always pleasant, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure every visit starts off right. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly make a difference. Brianna and the rest of the team are also fantastic — friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. Whenever I visit other Dunkin’ locations, I immediately notice the difference — no one matches the service and warmth of this crew. They’ve set the standard for what great customer service should be. Thank you to Angel, Brianna, and the entire team for brightening my mornings and making me a loyal customer!

The best Dunkin’ location in the area! They have definitely improved over the years. Even when it looks super busy, they never keep customers waiting long. They’re incredibly efficient. Not only that, but their customer service is truly top tier. The girls who work in the drive-thru are amazing and super nice!

Glad this place got a new face lift. New management and all. Because whew.. customer service was like teeth pull before. Donuts taste fresher. I’ll Deff be Back n Back why not? It’s right down the street from my office. Stop by! Treat YO self!!! Poetic Approved!

I’m a frequent customer at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 7125 W Oakland Park Blvd, Lauderhill, FL. While the customer service at this location is generally pleasant, I’ve experienced an ongoing issue with the consistency and accuracy of my drink orders over the past month. Specifically, I regularly order a Caramel Craze with almond milk, and several times—today included—my drink has been prepared incorrectly. Today, it was made with whole cream, which not only changes the taste significantly but also affects my ability to enjoy the beverage. I’ve become very familiar with how my drink should taste, and one sip was enough to know something was off. I understand you have drink cards or preparation guides available for team members, and I kindly request that you ensure these are being used consistently at this location. I did not return to the store this morning only because I had an early meeting.

Very disappointed with my order , plus the fact I had driven back to work and had to return to the store, the women was helping me when this guy who may have been the owner or District Manager (sitting to the side on a lap top)said that what I received was the standard (spec) for that meal just give him a refund, so I said no problem gave him back the coffee , straw ,napkins and all. Ordered a dozen donuts on Uber eats and instead of asking what replacements I want they just threw a bunch of donuts in there. They didnt even put the peppermint and pumpkin swirl in my coffee.

Kids work here who obviously have no training on how to make a hot coco. Nice guys but service is completely off I asked for a refund which was 3.19 after remaking the coco 2X so the young man brought me $3, I asked where my .19 cent he responded " you really want .19 cent.... I said HELL yeah times hard and Dunkin Donuts 🍩 has more money than I do, so bring my change .. 😂 Listen... I know it maybe petty but it's my money to be petty about. But it's all good. I won't go back here though and I try to stop at different locations to catch how my hot chocolate is made best and so far only got 2. I am everywhere because I'm a Miami girl and Food and good service matters,so this is not good .

I see why this place is only 3.5 stars. Every time I go there and order my coffee I ask for light foam, and as usual they give me more foam than coffee. Normally I don't post, but this is ridiculous. You charge me $299 for cup of coffee that's not even half the cup.

Today I had the unfortunate experience of ordering a sandwich that turned out to be nothing short of a culinary nightmare. Words cannot adequately describe the sheer horror that awaited me when I unwrapped my supposed "eggs sandwich" from the packaging. What I found inside was a revolting mixture of rotten eggs that instantly assaulted my senses with an unbearable stench. The moment I took a bite, my taste buds were subjected to an unholy combination of rancid eggs and other unidentifiable, putrid substances. It was as if the sandwich had been intentionally crafted to induce immediate nausea and disgust. The texture was slimy and off-putting, with chunks of foul-smelling eggs that made me question the sanity of this establishment. The workers were very nonchalant and when asked for a refund I wasn't told to come back on Monday.

The last few times I have been to this location and the coffee has never been to the top of or remotely near the edge of the cup. I would like to know why this is a thing at this location? Why am I charged a medium if it’s really a small ? This needs to be addressed to staff. (Pictures are from different days)

We got a powdered donut and a bagel with cream cheese today and there was barely any powder on the donut nor any cream cheese on the donut. Insane. Never experienced this before

I came and ordered a few items. After every item it was a rush saying "is that it"‽ With that order between the "is that its" I ordered 3 donuts. I was told to pull up and the SAME voice from the box gave me my total. I was only given 2 donuts. She said well the person who rung it up only charged me for 2. Ok, fine since she had a dual personality I asked for the third donut and personality 1 or 2 said I can't make orders at the window!!!! I asking for 1 donut but she can't charge me 67 cent or so for the donut one of her personalities missed?? Fine screw the donut and pulls of as she screams something out the window. I get home and look at my hash browns and they look like cold hashblacks!! How do you burn them without OIL!!! Never going back, don't recommend unless you want to go inside and check your bags!

But I just find so much negligence in me placing an order through the app, you guys are aware your out of something and yet instead of informing me once I come get the order you don’t say anything and it’s forced me to come back now and leave work to take care of the issue. I’m a calm person because I’ve worked in fast food for years so I understand but the excuse of why I was not informed was a bit frustrating and although I was offered something else which I didn’t want because your out of an ingredient that I find important in all your drinks.”, it’s just disappointing because management has changed here which I’ve noticed and I didn’t have any complaints with this store until more recently. My orders get messed up here a little too much at this location for my liking and I will take my money elsewhere moving forward to avoid my frustration and having to keep coming back.
