My family decided to go to outback for our annual get together and we were so happy we did! Our server Alison was great and she made sure each of us were happy. Will recommend anyone having a party of 6 + to come here you won't be disappointed
Our server Christina C was fantastic! Our food was prompt and she was pleasant. She listened and interacted with my toddler and made sure he was taken care of with his food.
We placed a very large Valentine’s Day to-go order from Outback Steakhouse and I just had to leave a review because their team truly impressed us. Everything was packaged carefully and labeled clearly — which, with a big family order, makes a huge difference when you get home and start handing out meals. The food traveled well and still tasted great. What really stood out, though, was their customer service. We reached out to management about a problem with the order and they handled it immediately, kindly, and far beyond what we expected. No hassle, no defensiveness — just genuine care about making it right. They were incredibly generous and showed real integrity in how they treated us. Mistakes can happen anywhere. The way a business responds is what matters, and this location absolutely earned our respect. Thank you for standing behind your service and taking care of your customers. We will definitely be back!
Had the best Valentines Day dinner!!! Ordered the ribeye steak, and it was cooked perfect!! Christian was our server, and he did a fabulous job of serving us. We enjoyed ourselves very much!! Food was perfect & so was the service. Always great at the Outback!!
We had a problem with a to go order..I called and talked to the manager Hector...He was great and told us he would take care of our meal next time we came in...That was today and the meal was fantastic!He was actually helping in the kitchen tonight...Fresh hot french fries hamburger cooked right and great ribs....Thank you Hector!
We came in on Sunday and Mary was an outstanding server and made our whole experience better from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our meal. Our drinks were always full, and she checked in at just the right times without being overbearing. It’s rare to get service that feels both professional and warm—Mary absolutely nailed it. We’ll definitely be back and hope to be seated in her section again!
Had an enjoyable evening at Outback Steakhouse tonight. Our server Allison was adorable and she took great care of us. Our favorite thing to enjoy there is the Bloomin Onion. But really all of their food is delicious. Will be coming back again soon!
Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful experience at Outback Steakhouse in Pittsburg, CA! Our waitress Allison knew exactly what to recommend for us and she also had a great sense of humor! We each got the sirloin and lobster dinner and our steaks were cooked to perfection. We will definitely start coming more often and being seated with Allison when available.
I had the most pleasant visit at this restaurant last night The service was impeccable and our waitress Allison was super attentive and really helped us with everything we asked for. Plus on top of everything the food was great. Will definitely be coming here more often.
Food was Amazing and Service was quick and always checked on us. Restaurant was clean and lots of seating. Bathrooms were clean. We had no wait and plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible.

We love Jeanine. I was so excited to have her as our server. She is absolutely by fa r the best server here. I cannot wait to see her again. It is the only reason we come out to this location. She deserves a raise.
Christina C. is the sweetest, most attentive server I've ever had at any restaurant! The food was excellent! Atmosphere great. Restaurant clean. I'll definitely be going back. My 1st time at that Outback. My brother and I used to go to the one in either Newark or Fremont.
The food was very good and it came out in good time. Our server Jeanne was very good and always made sure we were doing just fine, with great service. The shrimp on one of our dishes was a little flavorless, but everything else was great and Jeanne made sure it all came out in good time and was as good as possible.
Our waitress Christina C. was very attentive and provided great service and very good with our 5 year old son. The manager came by and gave him a couple toy animals including a shark that my son was thrilled about and entertained him when done with his dinner. Food came out fast and was great as well as well priced. Would come back again.

We came on Christmas Eve with our entire family. The food was a bit salty for our liking, but the service was excellent. She handled all 17 of us with a smile and a great attitude.
I always enjoy this place, and my usual (alice springs chicken and potato soup). Christina C was wonderful, providing great service and fun, friendly conversation. Would recommend stopping by for a meal, and highly recommend asking for her.
Fantastic Experience!!!! We were lucky enough to have Janine as our server at Outback Steakhouse in Antioch, and she was outstanding. Happy, graceful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, she made our dining experience truly special. Attentive without being overbearing, she anticipated our needs and brought a wonderful energy to the table. Simply put, she embodies everything one could hope for in a server. We came in the day after Christmas and our server, Christina C. was just so pleasant and friendly. We didn’t have to wait around for water to be refilled, she was on it! She made this a memorable dinner and I hope everyone that comes in gets a chance to experience her bubbly, fun personality. Clam chowder was amazing!

Everything was cooked right, flavorful, big portions. I had a blueberry lavender drink, it was good but on the weaker side.
