My family and I visited from south TX. We were greeted by manager Crystal in the foyer, then seated immediately. Server Jaycee provided prompt, professional, and friendly service that met all needs and requests of our decent sized family. Staff exceeded expectations, and are a shining example of Southern hospitality.

This place serves good food but the staff is bad. I’ve tried for 20 minutes to get someone on the phone to place an order and they won’t answer. I’ve eaten there for 20 +/- years and this staff needs customer service training. #nobodycaresanymore

Food is good but the service is poor at best. I would not recommend trying to order over the phone since they very seldom answer, I tried for 20 min to place an order to go. Never got my order as it was cold after I waited for them to serve a drive up customer (I waited 10 min. and they still hadn't given them their order),but I could see mine on the counter. Several other options for food and I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Seems like every time I come here something isn't quiet right. Got food poisoning, waitress had a mental breakdown, missing food, rushed service, lack of hospitality. I mean it doesn't really deserve 1 star but... I'll just avoid this place.

We asked for a booth and she wasn’t happy about that. We was usher to a booth. Looking around at what have we gotten into. The servers was gathered with cell phones in hand and heads down. Our server came over and could not answer any questions about anything we asked her. We ordered cheese dip and margaritas, cheese dip comes out lukewarm, margaritas was Undescribable. Salsa and chips was good but asked for more chips and had to ask again. I ordered beef enchiladas came out lukewarm my husband had carne asada. No sear but okay. The beans looked painted onto the plate, basically no beans. We made the decision to never go back. Such poor management of a restaurant.

No one running the bar. Unable to get acknowledgment at the table after the hostess seated me. Lots of employees circling through the restaurant. Pretty baffling. Walked out and none of the employees said a word, just looked as I left. Was like being in the Twighlight Zone or something. 🤷🏻‍♂️
