Lady serving food didn't have much patience. Should be shown how to give good customer servicr. The tables and floor had food all over them. Should have someone to keep it clean. The food was great!

Good portions, great price, only thing, they close at 10p, but I'd you go at 9.30p they are already closing and most of the food are not available.

Great service. I was acknowledged upon entering . My food was FRESH . I received a warm “thank you” from multiple staff members when I donated my change. Cordelia was very pleasant and had a great attitude; excellent customer service (which is not seen often anymore).

Quick and simple chinese food. Establishment is always clean. Accessible bathrooms to the public with a code from an employee. Soda fountain and water cups.

I had such a great experience at Panda Express! The employees were all so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Even while I was eating, they came by to check if I needed anything — that kind of attention really stood out and made the visit feel special. A big shoutout to one lady , Sean, and another team member (sorry I didn’t catch his name) — they all went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their positive attitude and great customer service definitely make me want to come back again. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the outstanding staff!

Typical Panda Express location. Have never found any red flags here. Service is usually great, and the food is typically as fresh as you would get it. Last time I visited, I had to wait long for my grilled teriyaki chicken, and I was offered a free drink for my wait time.

It was superrr busy when I went in (around dinner time) and the lady who helped me was so sweet and with her attitude you wouldn't think they were slammed with customers and online orders. Never had a problem with this location

Good food. Listed to be open at 10:30 am, actually opened at 10:33 am. The selection of food was small this moring. I get that it justed opened, but to have a total of like 8 selection is a bit miniscule. What I did eat was great though. If they stepped up their morning game, would be 5/5. The employees seemed happy to great though. That was a plus.

Love their food! The fried rice last night wasn't that good..dry, undercooked. They didn't give enough chow me in in my order... Otherwise, great food

It's Panda, so I assume you know what the food is like. The service here is usually fine, but they've made a few mistakes with my orders recently, and have on a couple of occasions had multiple entrees that had long wait times.

Not as nice as the Panda in Antioch (that one is newer and has a drive through) but the staff is very quick/polite, we I've never had a problem with the food. I recommend the teriyaki chicken

I came in ten minutes or so before closing, most food was still there in abundance but the girl waiting on me seemed to want to keepthe fried rice to herself. She seemed very distracted and made two mistakes with my order, one was she had to remake one of the kids meals andthe other was she handed me the cream cheese filled ragoon and told me they were my egg rolls and my egg rolls were completely left out and that was only noticed when I got home. Incredbily irritated with my service but I'm sure it was just a bad day.

The coconut shrimp was good but the rice... the fried rice, it was under cooked. I'm disappointed because it's been a long while since I've eaten there at that was one of the reasons I stopped going there... inconsistencies.

Try different panda instead, this one is so so. A lot of trays are dried up or nearly empty. Order premium items, 4 tiny piece of steak. Charge more and give customer more food.

The customer service was great, the rice is very bland, the broccoli beef was tasty but the broccoli wasn't cooked all the way so it was kinda hard, the beef had good texture, the honey walnut shrimp is full of flavor & crispy, not too bad.

I noticed this particular location has lowered customer service standards, and the amount of food they put in your order is significantly less than other locations. Like they are saving pennies on those 20 grams of chow mein, or teriyaki chiken or else

Love me some Panda! Just moved to the area and had to try out the local Panda Express. It’s in a crowded shopping center as they usually are, and this location is situated in a corner and the parking is not so great. Inside looks new and recently remodeled (unless it’s just new), that’s a nice plus! I ordered ahead (online) so I didn’t wait or walk the line. The staff seemed friendly. One thing that stood out is that the food tasted different than other Panda Express locations, perhaps the ingredients they use here are different? Will need to make a few more visits before I can pinpoint it.

Never have a problem with the food, and as long as you go get it your fine, but anytime you try to have it delivered through any app, you'll never receive it. Either it will be picked up and then cancelled (stolen) or it will never be picked up and three hours later you still won't have any food, and have to cancel it yourself. Every other restaurant in Pittsburg will have food delivered in the window given, everytime we've tried this location we've never got our food.

I’ve been eating at this Panda Express store for a long time , however recently the food flavor has failed. The other day I purchased 1/2 and 1/2 with Beijing Beef And Kung Pao Chicken it didn’t taste good it had too much pepper in it and the beef was soft and soggy the noodles and fried rice was very bland. This is just not the quality I’ve gotten prior from this restaurant. Now today I ordered Walnut Prawns and Orange Chicken I was totally disappointed in my entire plate. The cook needs to bring his cooking up to the standard of Panda Express I’ll have to find another favorite place to dine.

Food is decent but they are getting the Entrees mixed up with the sides! Sides are big and the Entrees have shrunk and are small with the new containers. Weak! Pass, don't recommend.

Usually I love Panda, but then I came to this one. I ordered a bowl with Chow Mein and Orange Chicken. The bowl was 1/2 full and the Chow Mein was dry. I wont be back.

Just ordered some food from 🐼. And open the bag and the conveniently forgot to put in my fortune cookies. Then i go and ask for some snd she says they are all out. Has anyone else had this issue?

The cashier with the real bad eyebrows was really really rude and is always rude every time we go. We had already paid for the food and she just left it sitting there and didn’t give it to us. We asked why she wouldn’t give us our food and she very rudely replied, “there are other in front of u waiting for their food to get filled up too and they paid too” we continued to ask her why she couldn’t just give it to us since we paid and it was getting cold. She just ignored us. We hadn’t even realized that ONE of our plates needed to get filled with food still and instead of communicating that with us she just continued to ignore us. Get a handle on your employees and train them in customer service. Her name is Lisbeth V.

Was the only customer in the entire store and they looked at me and and for whatever reason didn't take my order. Walked out after 2 minutes.

Never again. I went there and there was no line and everyone behind the counter was chatting. I wanted Bejing beef but there was not enough for a big container so they asked if I wanted to wait 7 minutes so I said no and I looked at the chicken green bean. Not enough there to make a container so I asked if I could take the bejing beef and the chicken green bean and put in one container and I was told they could not do that . I was like why and the big answer was "cuz we cant"! That's modern day service for ya!

Poor service serving portion not accurate

Horribly racist staff. I ordered my food and waited a good 30 minutes then I was told that what I ordered was all gone. Then when I got angry I was laughed at. Yet I look over and I see the staff putting more then enough food in the bowels and plates of others of the same race.

My chow mein was dry my beef and broccoli had two pieces of beef and dry no gravy at all and my orange chicken hard as a rock

Found hair in my plate twice. First time the worker asked if I was sure it wasnt mine because I have long hair..... lmao. Second time I just came in for my refund and left. If you want hair in your food then this is the place for you.

Ps They got forks behind the register if you value taking a good deep breath and don’t like puking go walk around and get the forks in a pack with a napkin the dummies forget to put in your bag everytime! If you want something done right do it yourself ! Panda Express is dead to me they all suck every single one money on the garbage !

Super small serving sizes for a panda express. The first two times I went prior, the boxes were better and packed fully. Today, the boxes were half filled and seemed smaller as well. It seemed like I got half the amount of food I expected to get. Not coming here again. I recommend going to go to the Concord one instead

Slow and kind of rude. I went there today to do a doordash and I got ahold of somebody right away they said that the order was waiting for chow mein as they waited for about seven more minutes I had to get her again and ask what happened. She informed me that they also need rice which would have been really nice to know about 10 minutes ago I could have cancel the order and delivered the one I already had in my car. They should be more responsible about letting doordashers and other delivery people know what is going on with the order instead of ignoring them. When I finally got the order I was very friendly and said thank you very much and the lady said absolutely nothing she just looked at me rude. I really cannot stand bad customer service it really upsets me! Not only that it seems like they're very unorganized inside the kitchen they were doing orders all over the place in the wrong order which I absolutely can't stand.
