Ruscello - Nordstrom Ross Park

Our first time. Note full bar not available. So I ordered a mimosa. Then we ordered a French dip with salad, turkey, avocado club with fries and a child menu chicken tenders. French dip and turkey club were excellent. The children's chicken tenders were excellent but so much food it could feed three children. We also had a biscuit which good with intense flavors. A diverse menu with specials. We will definitely be back.

**Update** The Nordstrom Marketplace Cafe has been rebranded as Ruscello. It is still located in the same spot inside Ross Park Mall's Nordstrom and I am happy to say still delivery excellent service and food. I recently tried the decadently creamy spinach dip. As well as, the spicy and flavor packed chicken Parm sandwich. My Mom tried a steak salad that she really enjoyed. This cafe is still very much a hidden gem. And I still highly recommend them and stand by my original review, which you can read below. - - Hidden gem I recently discovered located inside Nordstrom's at Ross Park Mall. Charming cafe/ diner vibes with great menu. Very comfortable environment. Everything was prepared great and tasted delicious. Marketplace is definitely somewhere I will be visiting again. I certainly didn't expect such refined and curated food from a cafe inside a department store, so I was pleasantly surprised. I had the tomato bisque which was lovely. I shared the tomato and burrata salad which was fresh and divine. I also shared a turkey club sandwich with fries - packed with flavor. Fries came with a kalamata olive aioli for dipping. This was definitely a condiment I wouldn't expect. It was actually really good. They have a kids menu and French Press Coffee - two additional bonuses.

I don’t shop at Nordstrom, but I do like their cafes. Anything to get away from the lines at Cheesecake Factory. Best things to order are their heirloom tomatoes & burrata appetizer (Order TWO!!!) and their grilled steak tacos. Although, I wish the chef would go back to steaming the corn tortillas instead of par frying them on the grill. Frying them just makes the texture of the corn tortilla a weird combination of chewy and tough. Their Nordstrom Makers chocolate sticks that you get with your check can be purchased at the front register. LOVE those!

This is a hidden gem! My wife used to work at Nordstrom restaurants and always talked about how good it is. The burger was excellent and I even heard it was grass fed

You wouldn’t think they would have the type or quality of food in a department store but they pull it off !!

The club is off the charts

Happy hour from 3-5 is AMAZING - especially the heirloom tomatoes and burrata. I never expected to find such a gem in the mall. My go to dish is a grilled shrimp arugula and corn salad but you can't go wrong with any of the salads!

Excellent menu, food, service. It's so nice being from Seattle to get a very Seattle centered menu, including wild Alaskan salmon. I'll be back!

By far best Alfredo ravioli I have had in a long time. Shrimp pomodoro was good, too.

I love the food and soup but since they’ve opened the servers aren’t as good as what Nordstrom’s should offer. They need to clean House on yinzer quality folk
