The lady who took my order was very nice and the restaurant seemed clean from the outside (I order via drive thru) but these have got to be some of the worst McDonald’s fries I’ve eaten in my entire life, and I used to work at McDonald’s so that’s saying something! The oil clearly had not been cleaned in days and there was virtually no salt. The McChicken was good though….not spicy like I ordered, but still tasted good.

Overall it a decent location . It’s always a hit or miss. I ordered ice coffee with extra syrup and it tastes just like water. Got charged for the extra syrup and the coffee didn’t even have it.

Not going to lie the customer service here is pretty good. The girl that took my order was very patient and helpful! The kitchen just needs some improvements by paying attention to the orders on the screen cause I ordered a dbl deluxe quarter pounder and I received a regular quarter pounder as shown in the picture...

Always weird people in there and the food takes WAY too long to be done. Waited for a doordash order for 40 MINUTES, not counting delivery time. Ridiculous

619am and employees can't get delivery out in timely matter. I've been waiting at this store easily 15-20 minutes for a customer's Uber delivery. These delivery orders should be ready when drivers walk in store to pick up. We don't make money standing around watching employees work at a slugs pace. I don't make money standing around and customers don't understand the system and take it out on the drivers which eventually drivers get kicked off the system for restaurants not having their ducks in a row. Civil lawsuits will ensue to the end of time re these delivery companies. #Uberdeliverydriver

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I believe this is a recurring theme at this actual McDonald’s. Came into the dinning to enjoy dinner with my son. Drive thru was very busy and The employees were doing their best to keep up with the orders on the drive-through. I stood there in line in the dining room for well over 15 minutes with multiple people walking by me not one person acknowledge that I was standing in line not one person acknowledge that I was in line and said oh I will be with you in a moment, so after 15 minutes, I did get a little frustrated and I asked excuse me. Does anyone take orders in the dining And a very rude lady told me that I was being rude and she would help us when she can . I live right around the corner from this store and this McDonald’s has always been one of the worse stores even before the remodel. I would avoid this store at all cost absolutely terrible customer service. You can tell that it’s a recurring problem. It obviously is the problem with management. I will never spend my money at this McDonald’s ever again.

8/31/25 at 2:00 pm, I ordered chicken deluxe sandwiches paid for $6.39 when I oppen it no lettuce, no tomatoes just tiny bit than changes more because of extra stuff. Manager had terrible attitude towards customers saying you have to pay for extra. Only you have to prepare looks like picture in the bulletin. This location is worst. Charging for pricey then you have to make it right.

I guess its impossible to find single McDonald with good service and atmosphere. Not to judge or discriminate but there is a reason why people say mcdonalds workers are terrible. Especially this location, I was so upset that we were waiting out 2 burgers for almost 15 minutes and I went up and ask them for the food they werent even listening to me and talking by themselves. I guess working as a McDonalds employee is somekind of joke.

Based on my experience here today-I do not recommend dine-in at this location as my order was skipped and completely neglected. I ordered 2 happy meals and a big mac combo on the kisok at 6:10pm. I asked the front about my order at 6:30pm and was told they are still working on it. Then at 6:34pm, I went again to check in as it had been 24 minutes since I placed my order was told “it’s almost ready.” At that point I asked for a refund. The manager did give me my money back, but I left annoyed and without food that my kids and I had waited nearly half an hour for. Super disappointing and I hope this review prevents others from wasting their time like I did today. Again-do not dine in here.

Horrible service. First off there was no line in the drive-thru. Second a customer was denied service for who knows what and seemed upset. I ordered my food then when I received it, it was missing the lettuce and condiments. Keep in mind I was the only person in line. It took 3 people to take my order and they all including a manager messed up the order. Their defense ? “Oh you wanted everything on it ?” I never stated otherwise. Chinese girl taking the order is hearing impaired like can she not do other tasks? Simple tasks guys super disappointed first time I give McDonald’s a shot in a while too. Never again !

They never get customizations correct and don't care to. Burgers are always put together very poorly and look like someone stepped on them before putting in the bag. Terrible McDonalds.

Would give no stars if possible. Stopped on my way home from a long day at work to grab dinner for my family. I was asked to park and wait. No big deal. Waited for my food got home and the pics say it all. Food was so old it should have been thrown away not sold for human consumption. 40 bucks down the drain. Stay away from this location unless you like old food
