I had amazing service tonight by a gentleman working the closing shift all alone. I unfortunately did not catch his name but he deserves a raise if he working the closing shift all by himself. There was a good little line of people forming and he handle it with poise and care. Thank you for your awesome service and hard work💪🙌! I hope they get you some more help on the floor soon! 🙂

Thought subways were all similar but realized this one is the best. The people that work here, the food, cleanliness all 5 star. The workers deal with hangry people all the time and I’ve seen it first hand but these guys always keep their cool and deliver. They’re staffed well and they keep the food fresh and dining area clean. Will be back!!

Would be acceptable if the only customers present were the ones they were helping, but with such a long line they should pick up the pace. I also came to order a veggie patty sandwich, and I was told they were out and had to order something else. They were also out of avocado and completely out of cookies.. I'm not usually so disappointed with this subway but today I was.

I’m not quick to write negative reviews but you need to have a talk with you employees on professionalism. One employee made my order incorrectly twice and on top of that they forgot to add things I paid for in my order. I was in a rush as I only have thirty minutes for lunch and he took his sweet time to both attend and make my order.

I got very sick from eating here. I got dinner with my partner on Wednesday, by Wednesday night I was very sick with food poisoning, my partner got sick the next day. I suspect they are not practicing food safety protocols, the only thing we had on our sandwiches in common was the veggies and sauces so we suspect they were contaminated. I do not recommend coming here, it’s worth the drive to a different location or skipping subway altogether

This location is so bad. The guy who works during night is so rude. They make the worst sandwiches out of all the locations and on top never accepts any coupons code. Badly need a change of management here!!

Young girl has absolutely terrible customer service. She made my sandwich incorrectly, totally okay, I asked politely if I could have a new one, instead of making a new one she opened the sandwiched and started scooping off the toppings. The bread was HALF WAY in the trash slot while she was doing this, she then started to reuse the bread to make the sandwich. I literally just left, it was absolutely disgusting, I have NEVERRR experienced anyone as rude as her in any establishment.

Def shouldn’t have ordered here. Food was cold, even tho I had the steak toasted. Veggies are stale and I’m pretty sure who ever is making these hates every customer because the sandwich was a mess. Don’t know how this place is in business 🤮

Probably the worst subway location. Def the worst in the area. Don’t follow the instructions and hardly put any sauce even if specifically mentioned for more. Terrible!! Waste of money!!

They refused to accept a valid Subway coupon, and they claim it is owner's policy. This is unacceptable and violates Subway's general corporate policy. Franchisees are not permitted to arbitrarily disregard official coupons, especially when they are issued by Subway itself.

I went to subway to this location on Friday June 2nd a lady helped us I didn’t even get a chance to get her name. She was so rude for no reason and the source of her frustration seemed like it came from us walking in. She toasted our sandwiches for little to no time so we obviously got home to cold sandwiches even though we live 1 minute away. Because I live so close I would usually come to this location often but I rather drive further if this is the kind of service I’m going to receive.

There’s a kid working there with tattoos on his forearms that look identical. Didn’t get his name. He has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in a service business. Doesn’t show emotion whatsoever. Doesn’t speak clearly or loudly at all. He is EXTREMELY slow and makes a terrible sandwich…ingredients are inconsistent with the amount he gives of each and loads them all in the middle of the sandwich. Did I say extremely slow? He made my sandwich the other week and it was the same experience..it was close to closing so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. This time, no excuse. This kid will have a hard time holding a job or career of any kind in his future. If I go to this subway again and this kid is making my sandwich, I’ll leave.

I come here all the time and have had no problems. Today while ordering through postmates, they messed up my order. They forgot a sandwich due to not having the ingredients. Not normally a big deal but this was highly inconvenient. They didnt communicate to the postmate properly. They didnt make an effort to substitute a sandwich. They didnt make an effort to contact me and correct the order that was their fault. If you're going to order here, go in person, because if you spend money on a service and expect a product, they wont care if its through delivery. Garbage
