We were in the area for some physio and stumbled upon this little Italian gem. At first, we weren’t sure what to expect from the food, but the garlic bread instantly won us over—it was amazing! We tried the shrimp pesto, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise—so flavorful and delicious. The place itself is super cozy with lovely music, and the service was absolutely top-notch. Our server went above and beyond to make the experience great. Definitely a spot worth visiting! We will back again!! ❤️

Delish!!! Everything was so flavorful and extra cheesy! The portions are perfect 👌 service was a little slow but overall great experience here, lots to look at, clean restrooms and relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back! 10/10

I'm in love with this place. They serve authentic Italian food. The ambiance is great. They have outdoor seating as well. It is amazing to have food around evenings there, but beautiful lights. However, I felt this place was a little pricier, but it's worth trying!! The staff is very polite. Overall, I love this place!!

My family and I have been coming here for years as it’s our favorite Italian restaurant in DFW! Their strawberry lemonade and complimentary bread is always the best way to start our meal, and we really enjoy the stuffed mushrooms if you’re extra hungry! I typically get their seafood pasta or their Tour de Italy. I specifically love the fettuccine alfredo, which is always creamy and never too oily like some other places. We’ve had their salads, pizza, soups, and pasta— we always leave happy. Excellent taste, portion, seasoning, service, attention to detail. They’ve got it down! We went in for lunch today and I realized I’ve never left them a review. There’s too many great things about this restaurant to let me continue on with that, so I had to praise a few things I really appreciate about this business. First, wonderful ambience and decor. Second, great customer service. You’ll notice in their bathrooms that there is a special switch to turn on if they need attention. Furthermore, they always send me with a fresh drink when I ask for a to-go cup! Lastly, the variety of the menu as well as pictures of every item so you know exactly what you’re getting. It’s one thing to have delicious food, but to excel in all other aspects of business as well? Wow. Thats what keeps us coming back! Also, try out their “impossible cake” for dessert. Thanks for great food and great experiences, Little Rome.

Valentines Dinner at this hidden gem restaurant - Little Rome, a cozy and intimate spot perfect for a date or savoring delicious Italian food. We selected the Tour of Italy and the dish did not disappoint. Additionally, this venue is BYOB, making it a family favorite. I intend to visit this spot again soon. Thank you for the outstanding dinner.

May 2024 This Italian restaurant is our family favorite. They do pay attention to the flavor of their offerings. I think their ingredients selection is much better than most. We love their portion size and their lunch special. My review rating. 5 is very satisfy. Taste 5/5 Temperature 5/5 Cleanliness 4/5 Attentiveness and courteous 4/5 Speed of service 4/5 Will I return? First visit.. 🤩 We truly had a wonderful experience!.. Our server (BRANDON) was so friendly and positive! The booths are large and you can comfortably spread out if you bring the family. The food was SO FRESH and was truly reminiscent of Sunday afternoons with your mom or grandmother cooking for friends and family. This is truly a gem and we will definitely be back. LADIES RESTROOM: Comfortable and clean! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

My boyfriend and I are obsessed with this place! We came across it randomly on a Friday night, and assumed it was just another pizza place. They have a huge menu with so many options (+ photos), and great prices. We got the stuffed pizza and it was HUGE. I was planning to get a regular pizza and lasagna, but then we saw they brought out this huge pizza to the table next door so I had to get it. They let me pick half-and-half for my flavors since I couldn't decide between pepperoni and chicken parmesan. The smaller stuffed pizza was SO WORTH. My boyfriend told me to get the smaller size, but thankfully he did, because that was already way too big for the both of us. I only ate two slices before I was stuffed, especially with those delicious complimentary garlic breads. Each slice was really well seasoned, and the crust and toppings just blend together perfectly. The lasagna was amazing also, perfectly cooked pasta with delicious marinara sauce. The interior is very pretty and classy. It's between a fancy restaurant but also hole-in-the-wall feeling. Service has been top notch every time we went. They have outdoor seating with fans and heater, perfect for summer or the colder weather. Their indoor dining is a little too cold for my liking, so I just opt-in for outdoor seating now. Overall, this is one of my favorite find in the area!

We ordered Eggplant Lasagna, Veggie Pizza, Chicken Pizza, and Chicken Pasta. The vegetarian dishes were average and could be improved. However, my friends really enjoyed the chicken items. The ambience is decent and comfortable. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but overall it was a good experience worth trying.

First time here. Cute place, something different. We started with Mozzarella sticks & Stuffed Mushrooms, while waiting the waiter brought us out some hot yummy garlic rolls, nice assortment. We ordered Baked Ziti with Sausage & Tortellini dish to share. The food was all yummy. We came here for lunch. We will come again. Great service.

Service and food today was very much lacking unfortunately. We are regulars and usually have good food and service, but today made us question if we will bother returning. My pizza was undercooked—doughy and veggies were not even soft. I scraped all the toppings off and ate the meat and cheese and very little crust. The bread seemed stale and was not warm and came out uncovered so any warmth dissipated quickly and we had to ask for menus and butter. The butter was not the usual garlic loaded butter either. When I also asked for the lunch menu because I wanted a personal pizza, the waitress mumbled something about that costing them too much and yet another waitress only gave the table next to us the lunch menu. Our waitress did not show an ounce of care or concern. She did not offer Parmesan or pepper flakes either and I tried to get the attention of the other waitress as she walked by twice and she did not look our way. Eating out costs too much to have experiences like this. And there are a lot of options in our area. We were very disappointed today.

I’ve loved Little Rome for a couple years and it’s always a 5-star experience. Today at lunch was not the same experience unfortunately. The service was very poor—we didn’t get menus for a long time, we were one of the only parties in the restaurant and the waitress was still not attentive at all. When we asked for the lunch menu, the waitress literally told us that she didn’t give it to us originally because it costs them more money. Absolutely ridiculous thing to say as an employee and almost felt like we were being guilt tripped into buying dinner portions. I always order Chicken Rollatini and rave about it because it’s so fantastic. The chicken is always thick and juicy with a rich sauce. Today, the chicken was thin and extremely tough/dry. The sauce didn’t even taste the same and was honestly bland. Unfortunately, for now you’ve lost multiple consistent customers…

I’ve been coming here for years and tonight was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had. My friend and I ordered dishes we’ve had before, and the food was just off. My dish had eggplant in it, but the breading was so mushy I genuinely couldn’t even tell what it was. When I asked the waiter about it, his response was, “Have you ordered this dish before?” When I said yes and explained it didn’t taste right, he literally shrugged and said, “Oh.” No offer to help, replace it, or even acknowledge the issue. My friend’s pasta was worse, parts cold and parts hot, like it had been mixed with colder and older pasta. She politely asked for a little extra sauce to try to salvage it, and the waiter went to the kitchen and said (loud enough for us to hear), “I don’t know what she’s saying but something is cold and something hot.” Completely rude and dismissive. Even the bread, which is usually warm and fresh, looked and tasted like it was reheated in a toaster. We didn’t finish our meals. When I asked for a small sauce to-go because my dish was dry, he told me it would be $2–$3 and then lectured me that if I had told him “while I was eating” it, he could’ve gotten it for me. That attitude, on top of everything else, was the final straw. Prices have gone up, but the food quality and service did not match it tonight. I hate leaving reviews like this because I’ve supported this place for years, but poor service + marginal food is not something I’ll pay for in Plano when there are too many better options.
