This is the worst service I have ever seen at a Panda express. The order should have been ready at 7:26 and it’s still not ready. The workers at like they just didn’t care

Placed my order via mobile app at 2:35PM, got home at 2:47 and opened my plate of food to discover dried old shrimp and the best part, mold on the side entry!! The super greens mixed with the chowmein has black, brown and blue spots with mold! I’ve been calling the store now the last 30 minutes and no one will answer the phone!!!!

Listen… I actually have my Food Handler’s Certificate, I am beyond disappointed with this place. My wife and I ate here on 11/18/2025, and BABY… it tore us up. We’ve been dealing with the BG’s all morning. That is NOT normal, and it’s definitely not okay. The food might look good when it’s served, but the way they’re handling it? Unsafe. The temperatures are off, it’s not being kept in the safe zone, and it’s clear they are not throwing out food when it’s time to toss it. That’s how you get people sick — and clearly, we were the proof. I work too hard to spend my money somewhere that can’t follow basic food safety. Train your staff. Respect your customers. Because this right here? Unacceptable. I will be contacting the food inspector and requesting a refund, because no company should be serving food that sends folks home sick. Do better. UPDATE: The manager, Gio, called me back and showed real empathy this time. She apologized, explained she was off the previous day, and her boss approved a refund. I appreciate her taking ownership on the second call. But I still stand by my original concern — something is off with the food safety at this location. My wife and I got sick after eating here, and based on the reviews, this seems to be a pattern. I’m grateful they made it right, but I truly hope they focus on proper sanitation, temps, and overall safe practices moving forward.

Wow, the orange chicken is not even the same. Change it back!!! I’m sitting here and is different somehow. Too much vinegar I think now in the orange chicken!! Blah!! Change it back!!!

OMG, cmon. Yall gonna get someone killed, like I’m appreciated how we keep kitchen utensils clean every time starting to cook a new batch. But this is lack of accountability and conscienceless!!!

I recently visited Panda Express and was a bit disappointed with the portion sizes. The amount of rice was much more than expected, but there were only a few pieces of chicken. I was hoping for a more balanced meal, especially for the price. I think they could improve by giving a more generous portion of the main items like chicken. Hopefully, my next visit will be better.

I was disappointed with my Big Plate ordered at 3/8/22025 at Panda Express. There were far too few shrimp considering the price—I expected more! Instead of a well-balanced portion, I mostly got rice and noodles. On top of that, the broccoli was so hard that it was practically inedible. It felt like the vegetables weren’t even properly cooked. The quality definitely did not meet expectations. I hope the restaurant takes action and improves the way they serve their dishes!

I ordered the noodles, not cabbages with a hint of noodles. This is extremely disappointing. And I eat at panda way more than I should admit. Way too much crunchy cabbage it tastes disgusting.

I ordered two bowl from Uber eats. First of all, they messed up both of the orders. They switched selections between two orders. Secondly, I got like 5 or 6 small pieces of chicken in each order.Thirdly, this location Panda express food doesn't taste good at all. I had to throw it away and get some other foods delivered. The landa express I have eaten in different locations so far were far better. Really disappointed with this location Uber Eats food.

I ordered Uber Eats.. I ordered the Chow Mein, Firecracker Breast and Walnut Honey Shrimp. I got more onion and celery than I did noddle's in the chow mein.. it was so gross, the shrimp was soggy and had a foul taste to the shrimp.. and the firecraker chicken had no bang.. should just call it plain cold chicken.. this is sad because i really like Panda.. they messed this up really bad...

I wished I can get 0 star but unfortunately I have to choose one at least to be able to write review. I was there today when it comes to me to order my food look what I saw inside of the food. Hair just zoom out to see it . I left without eating there. It’s horrible.
