Went here for or works Galenstines day event. Food was good. Tried the Chicken served on chick peas, Steak, cauliflower crust pizza, Affogato and Sticky cake. All were very good. The pizza topping was different than I was used to but the crust you could not tell it was not bread. Impressive. Steak was tender and flavorful and the club salad looked amazing. Drinks were very good, but a little pricey. Servers were amazing and had the best recommendations.
My husband and I visited for an early valentine's lunch (with our two month old in tow) and we were blown away by the food and outstanding service. Our waiter, CJ, was so accommodating and offered options without being pushy, allowing us time to enjoy a leisurely meal. We will absolutely recommend this restaurant to friends and will come back as soon as we can!
Austin was fantastic. It was the day before Valentine’s Day and even though he was swamped he killed it. Very attentive, everything came out quickly, friendly, made great recommendations. I hope you guys are taking great care of him because it’s people like him that keep people like us coming back.
Super easy to make reservations and they accommodated us and even called the day of to confirm an update our party of 11. We arrived and our table was ready. Our server CJ G was the absolute best!! He was so attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the mimosa bar and Sunday brunch.
We truly enjoyed the food, attentive service, and lovely ambiance. Our family gathering—celebrating our niece’s birthday and my brother’s wedding anniversary—was absolutely perfect. Thank you for making the evening so special!
The double meat Cabernet burger was incredible. The fingerling potatoes were cooked to perfection - crispy outer and tender inside. The waiter suggested the perfect wine for me being a novice drinker.
Had such a great meal here! So many things labeled gluten free, and more that could be made gluten free. We got bacon wrapped dates, crispy zucchini, the pork chop, and steak, and everything was incredible (all labeled gluten free). My husband doesn’t eat gluten free, but he loved everything as much as me. There are so many more things I want to try!
This is my new favorite place. The food is amazing and the service even better! Ask for McKenzie - she made us feel like family. We can’t wait to come back. Next week…
Tried the current pre selected wine flight, Beet and Goat Cheese Salad with Chicken and the Basque Cheesecake. Everything was delicious and the service was fantastic! The only downside is that it can be loud so it's hard to hear and have conversations.
Finally got to try sixty vines and I’m in love!! Honestly I was starting to wonder if my taste buds were broken bcuz I haven’t been liking anything I eat out at restaurants in a while. But this place proved the problem is not me! The food is AMAZING and the portions are great for the price! I’m gluten-free and dairy-free and love the options they have! I ate with others who have no allergies and they loved the food too! Ordered: GF Fried Chicken - this is on the appetizer menu?! Was not expecting so many pieces, definitely a full meal! It was about a meal price so honestly glad about that. The crust you would not believe is GF! The make their own flour with rice & tapioca & spices. Both the chicken marinade and the breading have spices! So crispy and tender. GF & Vegan Mushroom Pizza - It’s a cauliflower crust but doesn’t taste or feel like it at all?! He said everyone always double checks haha. SO delicious, more like a flatbread but bursting with flavor that cashew cream was soo good! Pan Roasted Chicken - Also bursting with flavor! The chicken was juicy and everything was marinaded sooo well! Little spicy warning but if you pick off the chili peppers it’s not spicy anymore! The chickpeas were also soo tender and good in it too We also ordered one mocktail the Garden Spritz it was really good just a tad sweet for my personal liking but definitely well flavored
Had a lovely lunch with my Father in law today, It's strange they have no lunch paper menus for a 77 year old, he does not do well with scanning the QR code to view a menu! Food was great, we shared the spicy sausage pizza and the side salad, Plus a smaller cheese and meat plate which was perfect for 2! We did have a nice Chardonnay with our lunch. Overall service was not the best but we enjoyed the restaurant and lunch together!
I traveled to Texas, from Boston, to visit family. We went to Sixty Vines for a family birthday party. I was a little nervous about the menu, but once I tasted the appetizers, meal and dessert, I fell in love! We had the Brussel sprouts, shrimp and corn, for appetizers! Both were delicious! I had the steak with potatoes which was also delicious! We then had a few of the desserts which were also delicious! I can’t wait to come back to Texas! I will be visiting Sixth Vines again!
Had a great time stopping by Sixty Vines for dinner by myself. Alexis and Justin helped serve me and both were helpful. Got a flight of four wines, two white and two red. Ordered the Cauliflower + Eggplant dip (amazing), the Beet salad was nothing to write home about (tasty, but nothing really unique about it), the mushroom pizza was OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. Ordered the citrus cake (amazing) with a glass of Schramsberg (which was a delicious combo) but Justin and Alexis had alternate suggests (a red and moscato, respectively) that likely would've been just as interesting. Ordered the toffee cake to go and split that up over the next couple days. The portions are pretty huge, so if you go with someone you'll likely only need to order 1 app, one main, and one dessert, and split between the two of you.
My wife and i recently discovered this place and wow it's a 💎. We've been at least half a dozen times and it never disappoints. The food is phenomenal. I haven't had a dish yet that I wouldn't order again. Flavorful and uniqueness in every bite. Service is mostly on point. Sometimes the waiters can get into the weeds especially on holiday weekends or Sunday afternoons which are peak times. The atmosphere is intimate yet family friendly too. Feels like you're nestled in the foothills of California wine country. With an impressive list of 60 top notch wines (hence the name) all on tap it's a sensory experience from appetizers to dessert. I HIGHLY recommend the cauliflower appetizer. It is the bomb. The morning bread is also fantastic. The bavette steak is good as is the cresti de gallo. Pictured is the pork chop which was delightful and the rum cake. Cabernet burger was awesome but double patty is a bit too rich for my blood. I could go on about the food. TDLR: just go and try it.
Elegant restaurant with great food. We took advantage of the Happy Hour discount. All Share Plates were delicious, Pork Chop phenomenal. CJ's service was top-notch. We definitely would be back soon. Highly recommend.
Food was excellent, atmosphere is open and lively, and the service was excellent. Great place for celebrating birthdays and hosting events in the side room.
Highly recommend sixty vines and Chris as your server. The food was delicious. My favs were the crispy golden truffle fries, fresh beet & goat cheese salad, yummy brussels and of course the prosciutto date pizza. I tasted the pesto pasta as well and it was equally delicious. Ended the meal with the moist citrus olive oil cake. Chris knew the perfect drink to pair with all those and it was a wonderful way to enjoy Sunday lunch. So good!
We eat at restaurants several times a week and never in our entire lives have we written a review for any of them. But tonight is different. We just returned home from the restaurant a few minutes ago and immediately felt pulled to write this. It was that special. We were a party of 11, and every one of us was completely blown away by the food. Every single dish that came out was incredible beyond description. Each time we tasted something new, someone at the table would say, “This is officially the best thing I’ve ever eaten,” and then the next dish arrived, and we’d say it again. The flavors, presentation, and quality exceeded all expectations. It was honestly extraordinary. But as fantastic as the food was, our experience was equally amazing thanks to Galileo, our waiter. Galileo provided the best service we’ve ever received at any restaurant, ever. He was warm, attentive, professional, and made every single person at the table feel important. Galileo didn’t just serve us dinner, he created a beautiful atmosphere and made our evening something truly memorable. We can’t thank him enough. Angelica, the manager, also stood out in every possible way. She stepped in to assist our table due to the large number of guests we had. Her presence and warmth made everyone feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Angelica is incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful, with a unique ability to make you feel special. She truly added a personal touch to our experience that we deeply appreciated. We’re still talking about how remarkable this evening was. It was genuinely one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had, from start to finish. If I could give this restaurant more than five stars, I absolutely would in a heartbeat. In my humble opinion, five stars don’t even come close to capturing how outstanding this place really is. Do yourself a favor and go, you will not regret it. One last thing I just remembered. The house salad was honestly out of this world.
We always have good experiences at 60 vines, good food, good cocktails and a extensive wine list. For beer drinkers like me the selection is small and okay. So might as well have a wine that pairs well with your dinner, ask for suggestions within your budget and they will help
Everything was perfect! Our food was so good. Our table was near the patio and was a great seat! I am gluten free and our server, Natalie S was so attentive to my dietary needs. She was pleasant, prompt, and thorough: it was a wonderful family meal and we will return for sure!!
Perfect beautiful place for brunch or dinner. Service was amazing, the guy was super nice and helpful very funny guy, we loved the service. Food was 10/10 definitely going back❤️
Never knew vegan food can be too fun. The best place to go with friends and date.
Celebrated my sister's graduation here and I truly enjoyed the experience. Staff were so kind and the atmosphere was very relaxing and easy-going. Also, the mimosa bar was especially fun to try out! It was the first place I've ever seen do this with their mimosa bottle service.
Had the pork chops and an Old Fashion Wow, was delicious. Definitely a fo to now, for me. Adding it to the list.
Just finished brunch at Sixty Vines & it NEVER disappoints! Top tier! Also, Emily was THE BEST as she was so smiley and helpful! Just clone her and put her at all the tables! Thank you!
Came here before bible study for the first time. My server Efran took amazing care of me after telling him it was my first time. He guided me on a trip to flavor-town. When I tell you there was not a morsel left to be found afterwards, I'm not playing. I was sooo full, but it was all so good I couldn't let it go to waste. 10/10
I had a great time. It's pretty dim for a more intimate setting. There were a couple wedding parties n prom parties. My waitress was Stephanie n she was amazing. Very knowledgeable of the wines. I'm not a wine drinker and she was very happy to recommend wine for my flight. She went above and beyond to make it a great dinner experience for our large party of 20. Stephanie then provided candles after we forgot them. Really appreciate her and her help attentiveness
Sixty Vines is a beautiful spot for a summer dinner with great food, drinks, and atmosphere. The space is open and inviting with multiple dining areas, each giving a unique feel. Our drinks: I had The Bright Side mocktail (very refreshing), and the Blackberry Sage Soda, a summer mocktail that was sweet and herbal. My friend had the Tequila Fix, and The Bee Keep which she really enjoyed. Our appetizer was the harissa shrimp, it was large, fresh, and full of flavor. For our entrees, I had the vegan mushroom pizza which was so delicious and filling. My friend ordered the Caesar salad w/ salad, which she found to be fresh and well-balanced. We finished with the Basque cheesecake, which was creamy and just sweet enough. Great service, relaxed yet upscale vibe, and a solid mix of cocktails, mocktails, and thoughtful food options. Highly recommend for a laid-back but elevated dinner night.
Finally got to try this place out, went on a dinner date with the wifey. Honestly thought the food was going to be commercial like style but everything was unique and fresh. Super dope to see big establishments keep the food fire! 🔥🔥🔥 Would def ask for Jason as your waiter, dude was super chill and knew the whole menu on the back of his hand.
We brainstormed for days on where to celebrate a family birthday, and I don't think we could have settled on a better venue than Sixty Vines! They have eight 10-top tables as you walk in, ideal for large parties such as ours. I really loved the rustic ambiance and spacious floor plan. Our server was on the ball throughout the entire meal, and we never had to wait long to order food or additional drinks. But, most importantly, the cuisine was exceptional. Every dish I sampled was fresh, beautifully presented and savoury down to the last crumb. My favourites were the Burrata and Bacon-Wrapped Dates appetizers as well as Sticky Toffee Cake and Deviled Affogato desserts.
Fantastic experience today when my friend and I met her for a long lunch. The beet salad with salmon was absolutely delicious! The wine was perfect. Our waitress, Chelsea, was helpful, knowledgeable, just personal enough, making the experience very enjoyable. I love this place!!
Had a wonderful experience at Sixty Vines Plano. The food was great and the wine was delicious! Emily was our server for the evening and I can’t say enough great things about her. She was helpful and kind during our meal. She gave wonderful recommendations and conversed with us throughout our meal. I’d fully recommend asking to sit in her section when you visit next because she made the experience absolutely wonderful.
We had an early dinner as a group of six and the food and service were great. The pork chop and shrimp dish were delicious. The salad with strawberries and honey citrus dressing was really good. Haylee was our server and she was so friendly and helpful with wine selection for my mom. I will definitely eat here again
This place is AMAZING, but especially for Celiacs! If you're Celiac or gluten free, you're not only going to find a plethora of options, but they're all high quality and incredibly tasty. Our server, Sam, was attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. I loved having a fellow Celiac serving me! Will definitely be back.
I just finished dinner with my 7 year old son for a lovely son and Mami date. The manager was so welcoming to us at the door and told our server Alexandra it was our date night. Alexandra really made us feel so special and was so kind helping us. She talked to us and answered all our questions to make our experience of what we got top notch! Thank you for making today great bc even my son can't wait to come back. I love my cheese board and my son loved his pizza. In his words, " 10 out of 10"!
Great place to go with an upscale vibe! First time going and had gone with a group of coworkers. Food was great and the enclosed patio area was beautiful with candles on the table. My Mule drink was delish, and do were the appetizers we had. Recommended the brussel sprouts and the burrata with prosciutto.
We had a wonderful time tonight. Food and ambiance was 5+ stars. Tessa and Sarah went above and beyond to make the Galentine’s theme come to life. Tessa was knowledgeable about the wine offerings and kept a close eye on the table. We never had to ask for anything. Sarah greeted us at the front door and came by the table to check on us. She brought us gift bags from the charm bracelet bar, which was a wonderful touch. We can’t wait to come back again.
The food and wine selection were outstanding, and the pork chop is absolutely amazing — perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. What truly made the night special was Brandi, the manager. She was so welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect, which really elevated the whole experience. Great atmosphere, great service, and I can’t wait to come back!
Jenny was amazing! She suggested a new beer to us that I ended up liking; I've never even liked a beer before. She made our normal Friday dinner into something special. We'll definitely be coming back. From the food to the service, it was all top tier!!!
Sixty Vines is hands down one of our favorite spots! We’re regulars and it never disappoints. The food and dessert are fantastic, and the service is top tier. Matt V always greets us with a big smile and has the best recommendations. Reservations are so easy to make online and we’ve never had to wait for a table. Consistently amazing vibes, great service, and a place we’re always excited to come back to! 🍷✨
This has been a long time favorite of mine. This place has never disappointed. But tonight was super special. A group of 20 girls decided to celebrate Galentine’s and on a busy season, it gets chaotic sometimes. McKenzie did amazing taking care of all of us! She took the time to listen to each of us and even made some recommendations. She deserves praise for all she does!
This place is amazing. Wine flights were so much fun. Waitress Alexis helped us find the perfect wines to try and pair with our meal. Apps over the top. Try the Brussels sprouts. Might be the best pork chop I’ve ever had. This place doesn’t disappoint.
Sixty Vines truly brings a taste of Napa Valley to Plano. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, vibrant, and beautifully decorated. We love the family-style, tapas-inspired approach to dining — it makes every meal feel relaxed, social, and fun. Our server, Rishi, was outstanding. He not only provided excellent service but also gave us a wonderful tour, making the experience feel special and personal. His knowledge and hospitality really elevated our visit. The wine list is fantastic, with so many great options on tap and by the glass. It’s the perfect place for wine lovers or anyone wanting to enjoy a memorable meal with friends or family. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!
we celebrated my daughter‘s 22nd birthday at this location. Our server was Emily and she was fantastic! She helped us decorate our table with the things that we brought from home and made sure that the cake was brought out so we could sing happy birthday to my daughter. She was attentive, kind, funny. This is the best service that I’ve received at any restaurant. I highly recommend this location, but even more recommend Emily.
Me and friends dined at Sixty Vines over Labor Day weekend. I had been a number of times in the past but not recently. Love the bright open interior but loved the service, specifically from Lexie B. There were 5 of us and each with our particulars. Lexi was pleasant and attentive. I can’t say enough! On the other hand, the gals at the front were just OK. Only one of them (beautiful Asian) had a smile while the other looked and behaved as if she would rather be any place but greeting guests. I wish I had gotten her name because someone needs to pull her aside. Working the front may not have been her vibe. My meal was fabulous! I ordered the Creste Di Gallo. This chicken and mushroom dish sat somewhere between light and heavy with a delicious cream pesto sauce. It paired nicely with my custom red wine flight.🍷🍷🍷🍷 I may not rush to return to this venue, but if I do, I will ask to be seated in Lexi’s area!
Don't believe the hype! We we're not a fan. We had a party of 5 and the only dish we agreed on being good was an appetizer (burrata). Everything else lacked flavor and the dish (braised pork pappardelle) 3 nembers of our party, including myself had made us sick and rushing to the bathroom when we got home😒. It was soo noisy that it was difficult to hold a conversation. Great customer service! We will definitely not be back. 👎👎
The appetizers, drinks, and service were excellent. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the portion size of my entrée. I ordered the goat cheese salad with beets and chicken, and the serving was extremely small for a main dish. While the quality was good, the portion did not feel adequate for the price.
Do NOT order the cheese board. It is so incredibly small, expensive, and will not feed the number of suggested people. I have generally enjoyed Sixty Vines and used to eat here frequently for large events as the atmosphere is lovely, however I have not been back here for a few years. I recently ate there with some friends and was quite disappointed. I ordered a cheese board for the table that was supposed to feed 3 people. I was not expecting a meal-sized portion by any means, but was stunned when it was brought to the table as the portions wouldn’t haven’t been enough for a single toddler: there were 2 tiny pieces of cheese, a few nuts, a microscopic honey comb, a small amount of prosciutto, and a generous amount of flatbread. Then I ordered a margarita pizza that was so burnt underneath it I could not eat it. Lastly, I ordered a Cesar salad that was absolutely drenched in dressing. I am pregnant and can’t eat large portions so all in all I somehow paid $52 with tip for a salad, a nonalcoholic wine, and a truly offensive-sized charcuterie board for the price. I will not be back.
LOUD ROOM, BIG LIST, SMALL PAYOFF Sixty Vines is a place of contradictions. It pairs a high-end wine program with a hall large enough to feel like a Home Depot. It pairs knowledgeable servers with a kitchen whose output, at least on our visit, felt closer to fast-food execution than to wine-bar refinement. The first issue is the space itself: it’s enormous and so loud that conversation becomes work. You may not literally need a megaphone, but you will find yourself talking far louder than you’d want to while trying to enjoy a glass of wine. Service is a mixed story. Our server was exceptionally knowledgeable about the wine list and clearly took pride in the subject. However, the samples she was able to provide were so tiny they could have been delivered with an eyedropper—hardly helpful when you’re deciding among expensive pours. The wine menu is indeed formidable, but the food did not keep up. Several dishes were aggressively salty and heavy with fat in a way that felt mismatched to the prices and the supposed sophistication of the concept. The $40 cheese plate was particularly underwhelming; we’ve had better (and more generous) cheese assortments from the chilled section of a good supermarket. If you love wine, there are calmer, more food-competent places to drink it. If you love noise or fast food, there are cheaper ways to get that experience. Who, exactly, Sixty Vines is trying to please remains unclear. As ordinary consumers, we are not paid or compensated in any way for this review
We had a reservation (which they confirmed earlier in the day by caling me) and STILL made me wait for 30 minutes after our reservation time. They told me they were waiting for tables to clear - the point of a reservation is to have a table ready and not give it to someone else. While we were waiting the 30 minutes, we noticed at least 4 parties getting seated before us. Unable to honor a reservation appears to be a pattern (check other reviews) - they don't know how to manage reservations or they are targeting people based on their race, appearance or some other criteria. There was no concern or apology from anyone. Our server comped us two appetizers for our wait and that was it. We expect a manager to step in for this kind of situation but one never came and talked to us. THIS IS INEXCUSABLE. The food was ok - we are vegetarians and they had dishes that were clearly marked but the food taste was ok. The service was ok too - our server was friendly but we felt neglected - we had to ask for refills on water. Truffled Vineyard Fries : decent, but only 6 thick pieces HUMMUS: a unique take, the beet one was good and the pita were good. Brussels: this was really good, never had Brussels this tasty. MARGHERITA pizza: decent but have had better Mushroom pizza : it's amazing they had something vegan and created a unique combination. Unfortunately, the taste didn't leave up and tasted undercooked. Rigatoni : the pasta was decent but they could have been soooo much better with the vegetables choices and could add more flavor - it was very bland. CRESTE DI GALLO : we heard a lot about their pesto so our server recommended this dish. It was good, unfortunate they charged us the same as chicken version when we didn't get any chicken.
