Food is better that other taco bells that i have been to....and in drive through (Antonio) is very nice guy ..he is very Respectful and he does a great job taking care of my orders ..thank you sir .
There is a Taco Bell God that cooks the food here! I have ordered a Beefy 5 Layer at many Taco Bell’s, but the one I just had from here changed my life. They lightly toasted and warmed the tortilla. They made sure the cheese was even and spread. They made sure the beans/meat was not so much that it spilled over while eating. You are a burrito artist!
This doesn't happen often, but I give this Taco Bell a 5 star. Great customer service, very clean dining room, very clean bathroom. The food was fresh and hot. Great jib guys.
Best Taco Bell around! I was surprised the food was perfectly proportioned and hot! Now I see why some rich girls secretly get quick fast food from this Taco bell. I live far away in a different city and drive all the way to this one for some Taco bell. Great management here. Clean! They care about their customers.
Food is tasty, spicy, cheap AND they’re willing to let customers customize their menu items without question. I like to add Fritos to certain items on their menu and they don’t squawk or complain, they just do it and keep on smiling. Love their flexibility and ability to make their customers happy. This is an exemplary way of doing business that many other companies should learn from. Outstanding job Taco Bell!
The service is great, they are friendly and they even have this new touchscreen that you can order on. It's really cool, just like McDonald's or the website you can customize things a whole bunch. And the whole placed is remodeled!! It seemed like I didn't really get the extra cheese I asked for on one item, but I did get the no sour cream, which was more important. In other news, my Daddio recommends the Cheesy Bean and Rice burrito, light on the sauces, add beef. They are a great place and doing their best.
I've had this location rated at 5 stars for some time - But today they blew me out of the water. I was silly, and didn't actually place my mobile order before leaving my house. When I got there, the manager (? She was so proffesional that I might be assuming) was super understanding and told me to just place it and they would make it for me. Well...today was the day I guess for gpay to really say "no Taco Bell for you", and I had resigned to not eating when she asked me if an order they got was mine. It looked like a duplicate from the one my boyfriend placed separately, so I told her no and apologized for causing so much trouble. But, she insisted on giving the food to me anyway. I guess kindness really does exist still, I had 5 dollars for food until I got paid again, and she gave me well over that to me just to be nice. (Not to mention I had never seen so much chicken in a chicken chipotle melt!) I wish I got her name, but I really appreciated it. ❤️ Thank you so much!
I am very surprised with how great my experience here was, because most fast food experiences are mediocre at best. The place was clean, the food was hot and was made quickly, and the staff was very friendly! The employees here need to be commended at standing out above the rest!
I LOVE THIS TACO BELL!!! THEY ALWAYS MAKE MY ORDER YUMMY AND MY NACHO FRIES CRISPYYYYY!! The guy working there is so nice too!! Love this location!!!
Great place for quick Mexican food. Staff is very friendly and service is quick. Food is good for fast food and is reasonablely priced. The place is kept very clean and I have dined here with my family for almost 15 years. Refills on your drinks. Very busy during peak hours but drive through is fast.
Consistency and good customer service! When a mistake happens, they apologize and fix the order for you…. Keep it up 👍🏼
Excellent customer service! I don't have many options between 2-3am, but saw that I would arrive 15 min before close (& got a little nervous). The nice woman on the drive-thru greeted me as warmly as if they had JUST opened. Incredible. The food was fresh (not expired), tacos/burritos as full as you'd reasonably want them to be, all ingredients present- & the Baja Blast was cold, crisp, with the perfect amount of ice. Surprisingly exceptional quality tonight (2/11), definitely will return.

My food was great ! The place was empty ! I did not like the fact I had to order my own food ! Ridiculous!!!!! I was told you can't take orders at the counter ! GeeZ! Toxic. Toxic. Toxic !!! I ordered on your machine in your lobby ! I put in I wanted mild sauce and they were not put in the bag ! I should have received a discount if I'm going to do your job ! I will not go back to this location!! Toxic Energy !!! Food was great but not worth going back ! I'm still perplexed by this experience... Why ???? Your Food was wonderful !!! Thank you for that !!!!
I come here sporadically on lunch since I work close by. Always have a great experience, food is always fresh and fast. I have 2 rules I live by, I don’t do tag teams with blood relatives and I don’t eat Taco Bell past 6pm. These 2 rules have saved me countless bad nights.
They have increased staff. Much better service in 2021 than in years previously. Complicated no dairy orders for one of my kids are done correctly. Cheap fast eats! I enjoy the breakfast menu but Taco Bell changes the menu constantly to drop some great featured items then months later adds stuff randomly back to the menu.
Josy is truly wonderful. I went with my husband and just to mention, we’re two seniors and she helped us place our order at the kiosk. She even brought the food to our table afterward. I’m not sure if she’s the manager, but she definitely does her job very well. Thank you, josy. The food was fresh and delicious.

Great food from this location. Had minor issues communicating with employees which resulted in missed items on my order, but overall a great visit!! Drop in for a quick bite when you are in the area.
Seriously the best taco bell ever! I refuse to go to any other taco bell in plano because the service and food is just not to the same quality! the staff is always so nice and accommodating. can’t believe they don’t have a better rating!
Taco Bell always hits the spot! The service was quick and the staff were friendly. My order was fresh, hot, and exactly how I wanted it. I especially loved the Crunchwrap Supreme—always a favorite. Great place for a fast and tasty bite!
Wanted to say I have just had the best burrito supreme that I have had in a very long time at any Taco Bell. Drive through . Grabbed it and parked out front to each and watch traffic on Preston Road. Wow! meaty.. delicious and not chincy on ingredients!! ThankYou so much 3:30 afternoon crew on 4/16/24!!!
I stopped into the lobby today to grab a quick lunch, and it was sooooooooo refreshing to be greeted by Dominique K. Before today, i would just come through the drive-through because the customer service prior today was spotty, but the food is good, so i continued as a customer. I walked in, and he acknowledged me immediately as i walked in the lobby while he was at the counter and offered me exceptional customer service. This level of customer service at Taco was definitely noticeable. It's a blessing to see a young African American enjoying his role. While speaking with him, he stated it was his first day. I'll keep an eye on this young man as I frequent as I hope he has a Growth filled career with this organization. In addition The lobby was very clean and so was the restroom. I always order spicy potatoe tacos and they never disappoint. I hope Edith the manager would encourage this level of customer service.
This location was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was hot, lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. My order was completed quickly. The food lived up to my expectations for Taco Bell.
This is a TB/Pizza Hut Express location. I can't tell you how many times we have eaten here. Breadsticks are usually GREAT. Not like a lot of the other locations where they don't really know how to cook them correctly.
Well... It is a Taco Bell and it is actually good branch. I got 5 star taco bell food and worked for me. Only thing was staff refused to dispose chick-fill-A cup on drive through window. :D so 4 star rating from me.
This is a great location. Fast and friendly service that will take care of your needs. Strongly recommend if you're in the area and need a quick bite of high octane energy food. The parking lot felt a bit awkward to access from the road, but after entry was spacious enough.
The food was the best I've had at a Taco Bell in years, it gave me hope that maybe Taco Bell is going to stop sucking and be good again.
I just needed a quick taco to take some medicine but was forced to wait to use a kiosk because they no longer have counter service.
Just another mediocre a Taco Bell with under trained and under paid employees that don't care about the work they're doing. This location isn't awful but it isn't good either. Just another Taco Bell. Expect poorly made food that's been left out too long and don't order online or it's even worse. If you're craving a loco taco and keep your expectations in check this location won't let you down as much as other locations.
The food is ok, the ambiance is sketchy. Over all I would avoid it unless it's a drive thru
The day we came, it wasn't busy at all, but it took us 20 minutes to get our food. Also, there wasn't anyone taking orders. I guess they wanted us to use the self-order station, but not everything listed on the menu can be ordered from the self-order station. We couldn't find the $5 box and the quesolupa. Turns out, they said they were no longer selling quesolupas (even though there were two pictures of this item on the menu board). And they didn't know why the $5 box wasn't on there. So they finally agreed to take our order at the register. Then, we waited for about 20 minutes to get out food. There was only one other person in the lobby that ordered and the drive thru wasn't backed up. Honestly, I think they were understaffed. I feel for the employees because I know that those that are willing to come to work are being over worked. Either way, I didn't feel like anyone really wanted to take our order but they had to because the self - order station wasn't working.
The food was good but I ordered on the app and name didn’t show up on employees computer and was told I had to wait. Annoying as I placed order 15 min before, what’s the point in doing it early if it won’t show up on Taco Bell’s system until way later. Had to circle drive they a couple of times and finally worked. Staff may just be new and not know what they are looking at who knows
I have gone through the drive thru 3 times in the last month or so and every time they have forgotten at least 1 thing on my order. Haven’t forgotten to charge me though! The staff is nice enough but just would like my order right. Prices are also very high now it’s crazy. But that’s everything.
Whoever the night manager is does not understand how to analyze a situation/order and determine where/if a mistake was made on their end. This is a really important skill to have in customer service. When a mistake is made on the vendors end-not even being blown out of proportion by the customer-and that mistake is tossed back in a customer's face instead of being solved simply and easily, it’s needlessly offensive and unnecessarily so to the customer. I got the sense that the person in charge hopped into a position of authority in the window and took over without knowing any of the facts. Perhaps with the interest of turnover rates in mind, whatever it was it was not a mistake on our part and we were made to feel wrong for requesting that we were given what we ordered. The cashier was wonderful and had excellent customer service skills. He would make a better manager than the woman in charge tonight.

I visit this location for late night snacks as it’s close by, and the same drive thru employee always seems to be working. Always so rude. I get working late night in fast food can be difficult, but if you have nice customers saying thank you and have a great night, it’d be nice to not be ignored and have the window literally shut on you. That employee has such an attitude I am surprise he has even lasted that long in that position.
The food is good. However, I ordered through the kiosk before a crowd of people came in and they ordered with the cashier. They all got their order and left. I had to ask for my order for I was still waiting for my order. I get that it happens and is out of their hands when the kiosk/machines are not working in their favor. The issue was that I ordered a vegetarian meal, but I was given a burrito with meat on it. At this point I was going to be late to my job from my lunch break if I returned the burrito after having waited a long time to get it in the first place. Days later I decided to give it another chance and again they mistakenly put meat in my supreme crunchwrap. Lastly, the online hours posted state it opens at 8am, as well as the hours outside of the building. It has happened twice, (a while ago and today) that I showed up to the drive thru and no one was there. I feel bad for complaining but feel like maybe this needed to be heard. Cuz it's happened twice for these two different situations.
I get that it's fast food & delivery is swift! But when a customer asks for their receipt; why must it be a back-and-forth? What's the point of having the app when you're not granted the chance (no check-in and a cut off reprinted receipt without barcode)? This the 3rd visit of this happening at this location.
This Taco Bell location is hit or miss usually a BIG miss. The food service and portions are usually poor and small with meat size barely scraping the bottom of the taco shell never have I seen a fully full burrito. Cost savings at the expense of customers pockets. Street tacos any day from me are much better value food than the high priced low value TB.
This location has issues with items being missing from your order via the drive through. Make sure you check your bag that you have ALL of what you ordered BEFORE you leave the drive-thru! It's a hassle but with inflation these days it's worth checking, OR, just go to another taco bell location than this one.
Where's the meat? My chalupas had a ton of lettuce hardly any cheese and 4 small strips of meat. If I wasn't just traveling thru and had the time or thought about it, I would have taken pictures.
The manager here is stingy. My wife ordered the Veggie bowl and there were minimal beans in it - the only protein in the first place! I went back to let them someone know. The employee at the window showed it to the manager and it was clearly short on black beans. Yet she still told me to pay for extra beans which I did. This is the first location that I've encountered this with. Usually the portions are reasonable. The lack of understanding to fix the mistake is unbelievable. Not a big issue but needs to be addressed. It's almost $10 for a Veggie bowl so I should at least get enough beans!
Nope. Even if you have an order, they won’t open until 9am. I’m trying to get a quick breakfast. This ain’t it.
I love Taco Bell I really do but I tonight I ordered chicken nachos (I don’t eat beef) through the app and when I got home I found that they had given me beef nachos instead. My roommate went back for me to get the correct nachos, she had checked the box before she left to make sure there was chicken. However upon further inspection when she got home we found that they had just covered the previous nachos in more chips, cheese, and chicken with the beef still there.
This by far was the worst service in 30 years of going to taco bell, apparently I offered someone at that store with my order, I say this because I simply asked for no red sauce on my burritos. When I opened my burritos, already on the highway I had so much red sauce in my burritos that it was running out of the taper spiking all over me and my truck. But the worst part of it after working science 4 this morning that was my first meal of the day .needless to say it was inedible. I'm sorry this happened. I will never eat T that store agian.
Kansas needs to work on her tone and provide better customer service and get the order correct hopefully my experience will be better next time…
People working the front counter seriously need to speak up. In a crowded restaurant we can barely hear you calling out when my order is ready. Very frustrating especially for someone with a short lunch break
Cashier Brisa refused to take my order because I wouldn’t turn my Jeep off at the order screen. I wasn’t leaving until my order was taken which it finally was by another gentleman.
We had a bad experience here. When we ordered. They messed up the order and they talked trash to us. "Now she wants this instead of is". Rude attitude. The manager told us to never come back here again. We came for food, not to be insulted.
The employee working the drive through was very rude! Sounded disinterested in taking the order, couldn’t bother to clarify questions if we had any. The food from this location will cause a very unhappy and upset stomach. Do not recommend this location.
I'm a regular at this location as my office is nearby. I went in there today and stood at the counter for 5 minutes. One employee walked by on her way to the restroom without acknowledging me. The gentleman working the drive-thru looked at me and continued to fill orders in the drive-thru. The lobby had 5 people in it and the drive-thru wasn't slammed. No one came to take my order and I left. I'm aware this is a fast-food restaurant, but no service is worse than bad customer service. I will not return.
This location needs some adults. There’s nothing but children working here. I stood with no line nearing 10 minutes and got no acknowledgment until I was told to go and use the kiosk because the register was unable to accept orders after using the kiosk. No one ever made my food nor acknowledged me again needless to say I just turned around and walked out. Still not knowing if my food was ordered…..Terrible service terrible location avoid this place , waste of time!!
I went to this Taco Bell today and had an online order. When I got there they told me they didn’t have an online order for me there. I said well that’s not true because we made sure it was the correct location and my order said it was already ready. The manager the told me that I need to cancel my order and reorder. I told her I wasn’t going to do that since for one there wasn’t a option to cancel my order and two it’s already been paid for. So about 10 minutes of arguing back and forth she finally said fine I will make you order this one time but I won’t do this for you again. How incredibly rude and inconsiderate and A MANAGER? Wow I’m just shocked how rude the MANAGER of this place is!!! I have never been to a Taco Bell before who’s employees were this rude to customers. Obviously they don’t teach people good customer service here. I will never come back to this Taco Bell ever again! Worst service ever! If I could rate this 0 stars I would!!!
I ordered through the app and went to pick it up. The app specifically said that I needed to go through the line and give my name. I gave both mine and my wife’s name. They said neither were on the computer. I tried showing the receipt on my phone and they still refused to give me my order. I will be disputing this transaction. That’s for frauding me Taco Bell. I will never eat with you again.
1/11/22: Placed a mobile order. Arrived only to have them tell me that they’re out of everything but soft and crunchy tacos and to cancel my order through the app for a refund. Yeah, that’s literally impossible. I have to call their customer service number tomorrow when they’re open to try and get the charge refunded/disputed. Absolutely unacceptable, Taco Bell. Update 1/12/22: Customer service can’t even help until the charge finishes pending. Update 3/8/22: Forgot to update sooner, but after a couple weeks and another call to customer service we did finally receive the refund.
The service at this Taco Bell location has slowly declined over the past few months. It’s gotten to the point where I waited for 10 minutes for someone to take my order while they took three orders in the drive thru. Someone said “I’ll be with you in one minute” then walked outside. A few minutes later one of the cooks asked me if I wanted to order off the kiosk. If I wanted to order off the feces encrusted kiosk I would have done that when I walked in. I had a custom order and didn’t want to try and figure out how to do that. I left and went to a Taco Bell on Ohio where they have better customer service.
I genuinely hated it. The line wasn't that long and yet it still took forever to get up to the window of the drive-thru. I wouldn't mind that if the food was good, but it was genuinely atrocious. The burrito's meat just felt and tasted so fake that I didn't finish it and threw half of it out. I had customized my order by requesting a large drink with no ice, and they gave me a medium instead. For as slow as the line was, you would hope to actually receive the correct order. No, it's not the end of the world that I got a smaller-than-paid for drink, but I still paid for it and even spent a lot of time in line. It's just annoying and unacceptable. The main thing that gives this review is the quality of the food. It's terrible. I know it's Taco Bell, but the food was worse at this location than others I've went to. It didn't have much taste, it just felt fake. The only things I liked were the drink and the nacho fries. Please do yourself a favor and don't go here.
They do not even deserve a half star. Dinning area was not busy but the trash was over filling. I paid for and UnSweet Tea and they had none, when I asked if they had more or would make more, they laughed said NO and started talking about me in Spanish. Little did they know I am fluent. Don’t waste your time in this dirty rude place.
I have never been so disappointed. Food was cold barely had any meat in it. Basically paid for tortilla asked why the proportion was so bad was told its policy will not be back and for the first time ever I want my money back!!!
I would give zero stars if I could. Mobile order for two 5 layer beefy burritos except they had NO BEEF in them. I didn't notice until I made it home. Tried calling 3 times and they don't answer. I drive back up there. The side doors are locked. I go back thru the drive thru for them to tell me I have to contact customer service!!! I was livid. Tried to report this thru the app, didn't work. Went to Facebook, nothing. Redirected to Twitter!!! Finally I had someone respond and refund my monies after almost 3 weeks. Worst experience ever!! UPDATE*** CORPORATE sent me a coupon for 2 free items. Went back to try their bowls. Customer service was ok. No flavor for the bowls. Only went back for the free food. Still wasn't worth it.
Likely the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen at any restaurant. I've had 3 consecutive interactions with little good to say about any of them. The 1st was a drive through order which we (my family) discovered was incorrect. Items order according to the receipt were correct but what was in the bag was another story. When my daughter took it back she was met by the evening manager who had an attitude about the order being incorrect. My daughter not trusting them to remake the order simply left without the food. The second time in the drive through the order once again was wrong but my wife just took the order. She decided not to even bother with the manager being it was the same one as before. I cant believe I actually went back a third time with my family. This time as we entered the restaurant I observed a young girl eating food off the line where orders are prepared to be expidited. We just turned around and walked out. The girl at the register tried to take our order but I told her to look at the girl eating. She looked and we walked out. This was about two weeks ago. Haven't been to any Taco Bell since. Being a former Taco Bell employee while in high school and college I know how things should be run. I used to be a lover of the food but not anymore.
DISGUSTING!!! The food was put in a cardboard box. It seems they ran out of proper containers. Presentation is everything! It is fit for a DOG!!! I want my money back or the item properly replaced. Door Dash delivery was very good. First time I personally use this service.
Wish I could give them zero stars. Just got home with my two STEAK breakfast crunchwraps I ordered. Except they gave me two veggie regular crunchwraps. Not breakfast. No meat. This Taco Bell is garbage. Do not go here. Go literally anywhere else.
Sometimes I just forget why I don’t purchase from Taco Bell in General. For starters how hard is it for the person In charge of checking order one last time before handing it over to customer to do his job . Check the monitor , check the bag done. Got home after the drive through , ready to eat open the bag and what missing one of three (three) items really . Oh well moving on , the two items I got were terrible , crunchy taco ( not crunchy but soggy) chalupa hard not soft . Come on Taco Bell . So sad to see how low quality has plummeted.
I placed an order for 4 breakfast grande boxes that come with hashbrowns and the cinnamon bites (2each). Well I only recieved 2 of the 4 orders that should have been with my meal. Then when you try to call this location noone will ever answer the phone. What are you doing eating them yourselves? Very disappointed because when I spend my money I expect to get what I ordered.
Not actually open when their posted hours say so. They’re supposed to open at 8am & I waited over 20 mins at the different windows. (Was trying to be patient, thought maybe just a slow start.) Finally a person came to the window & said they can’t open until 9 because they’re understaffed. Fine - but post a SIGN on your drive through so people know. Better yet - post a sign when you leave the night before so it’s already up - bc I was there before 8am waiting for it to open! Owners/Managers - plan ahead to communicate to customers!!
They have gotten my order wrong the last 3 times I've been there. Completely inept. Then they complain when you come back to get it fixed. They just make multiples of the same thing, even though there's different items in the order, fill the bag and call it done. No concern for getting the order even remotely correct. I will not be eating here again and will tell everyone not to go here because their order will be messed up. Thank you for stealing my money and giving me food I don't want.
Ordered ahead on the app and went to pick up food in store, we ordered 4chicken Chipotle melts which we understand are on the value menu but look at the pic and see for your self how the cheat customers. We ordered customizations on a few other items and none of them were followed, ordered extra sauce packets to go along with the food and low and behold did not get those either. Why do guest bother ordering ahead and giving you time to make the order if you are still going to get it wrong.
Came thru orded a luxe meal and 2 beef grilled cheese burritos, asked them to swap the chaplupa to beef instead of chicken and still got chickeb and both of my grill cheese burritos were steak. Embarrassing to not be able to make a simple order..
We ordered our food on DoorDash as pickup. We reached the store after our food was MARKED as “Ready for pickup”. Even after telling them that the order belongs to us and we are not dashers, they called us inside and there was no one to attend us for good 15 mins. Our food was right in front of us and we were trying to tell them the same. They were looking at us but were not attending us. We lost our patience and we started banging our hands on the countertop just to get their attention. Then the guy who was in charge of taking orders started yelling at me by pointing his finger at me. Later even after realizing that we are not dashers but the ones who ordered the food, not a single time that Mexican man said sorry to us. We ordered crunchy tacos and they died just in the wait time. I don’t know why such ill mannered and uneducated people get hired at such big fast food joints. Confusions are bound to happen but atleast the employees should be taught some etiquettes.
DO NOT EAT HERE THEY GAVE ME FOOD POISONING !!!! Im sure it was them because I haven’t eaten since and Baylor told me I have food poisoning!!!
Waited 20 minutes for four Doritos locos tacos.
Me and my girlfriend dined-in here. We ordered off of the kiosk and both sat down at the table waiting for the food. My food came out and clearly the staff didn't listen to listen to any of the requests on my order and overloaded my food with sauce. Secondly my girlfriends food never came out. Apparently they "lost the order" somehow and told us the order was going to be refunded. All we wanted was the food and the staff here clearly were not trying to be helpful or figure out what actually happened. There were so many different ways to handle the situation but instead they made her cry. They said that eventually the pending charge on her account should be refunded and after the incompetence of the staff we experienced, we don't believe them. In the short term, I would not recommend them until staff here is either retrained or changes.
Used the drive through....Waited a solid 2 min before anyone said something...gave a simple order asked for "a ton" of hot sauce and even kindly rounded up to support whatever cause they were promoting. Get to the window get my bag and ask them if there's hot sauce in the bad they said yes and I sped off. Granted it's my fault for not looking in the bag. Then I open up what's supposed to be a cheesy gordita crunch and I see this?? Come on taco bell be better.

Pretty sure they had my review deleted, so I’m re-posting. To Google AND Taco Bell: I can provide medical documentation to support the following review! I was seen by a doctor early last week, who confirmed that I had WICKED food poisoning from this Taco Bell! Diarrhea, nausea, headache (that turned into a migraine) from the rapid loss of electrolytes (per the doctor, it happens sometimes when you have back-to-back diarrhea).🤢 Now, I’m not sure if the food wasn’t held at the correct temps OR if it was sanitary (hand washing) issue. HOWEVER, the fact remains that I recently got food poisoning from this Taco Bell! Aside from obvious reasons, it’s sad because prior to last week, I would have sworn to anyone that this was a decent Taco Bell!
Wonderful manager Jessica they had working tonight decided to throw my food onto the counter in front of me. Chips that were in their bag before she did this clearly showed what she did. When I asked her why she did this she argued with me stating there are cameras. I asked her to pull the footage and guess what, she wouldn’t do it. Imagine that. I will not be back to this location and I would advise you watch what they do with your food. Horrible actions and attitude for a manager. Thank you Jessica, I appreciate your great customer service!!
Worst Taco Bell in this area. I placed multiple pick up orders from this store and they often forget to bag some or the other items. Employees are rude, arrogant and seem to be not so smart/trained.
Worst service and worst food ever (Burritos). So unfriendly. She would not take our order. Had to use the kiosk. We are elderly and the only ones at the counter.. It took forever to figure out slow kiosk. They would not give us a receipt unless we provided an email or phone number. Will never go to Taco Bell again. Especially the one at 1020 Preston Rd near Baylor hospital.
Extraordinarily mediocre food and bad service, they will barely greet you and just toss you your food. At least it’s cheap.
The portion sizes on at least the nachos are nothing compared to what I’ve had every time I’ve gotten them before, confirmed this was accurate with management. Based on that I wouldn’t eat here. Not getting what you pay for. In the photo you can see how much white you can see from the plate, these are called the LOADED nachos.
The women employe with the birth mark on her left neck . I came to the counter today and asked her politely and sincerely like I always do as I've been visiting and purchasing from this location for over 5 years. I asked this Taco Bell employee with the birthmark on her left neck and with glasses on I don't know if she is the store manager but I just asked her about purchasing a happy hour drink at around 1:15 p.m. and she told me that happy hour does not start until 2:00 p.m. but she made me feel completely like crap this employee is a nasty employee and that's why I'm going to leave this review up here. Because I every time I come here I'm always peaceful I never cause any problems and her Deliverance is very nasty and in vain.
Taco Bell, y’all dead wrong! 😑 Now when I pulled up yesterday, I specifically asked that yall put enough meat on my steak chalupa. Cause the first time I tried it y’all put 3 pieces of meat on it. So I knew to ask, and what y’all raggedy ahh do? Put 3 pieces of meat on it again. Where is the District manager? Or whoever is actually in charge?? Why they act like we aren’t paying for what we ask for? If I wanted a cheesy piece of bread with onions I could’ve stayed at home. Y’all too wrong. And to the lady on the mic, why you lied like you would tell them to make sure they add enough meat? And if you did tell them, they didn’t listen! Please see photo. I started to come back up there. I had just gotten back in town after a long flight, hadn’t ate all day and this what yall serving. Pmo! I can’t say what I wanna say on here. Do better! If you hate your job, leave.
Jaqueline, the manager, threatened to call the cops on me simply because I said $1.62 was high for a single tostada shell. She said are you gonna get aggressive because I don’t have a problem calling the cops. Talk about an overreaction! Nobody was being aggressive in any way!! Not a good manager if that’s her go to immediately! Someone train her! Plus we were the only customers there and she would not wait on us. She made us use the kiosk and said they don’t use the register at the counter anymore!!
Went to the drive through and was headed the wrong food. Then went inside to get that fixed and when i had asked for no sour cream on my burrito, it’s as if there was extra sour cream on it??? I also ordered a doritos locos taco and as you can see in the picture there was like no meat??? Like is it that hard to give me a scoop with a reasonable amount.
