I recommend that you make a reservation (if you are going with more than 5 people) otherwise you might have to wait for a table to become free. I went with my family to celebrate my son's college graduation, the atmosphere is good, good music, the waiters are friendly, especially Brayton provides a spectacular service!!! We chose several dishes, and we all enjoyed them very much, but in my case the chicken breast was a little salty... But only in parts, the tiramisu had a good flavor but the consistency was so-so, very watery, which meant I couldn't fully enjoy it. Still, it's a place worth recommending.

We had our wedding here. We wanted to have all vegan wedding and casa Sophia did a great job hosting us! Food was amazing and staff were very accommodating to our guests. Casa Sophia were very fast with getting back to us with prices and food options prior to the wedding and had a very much "we can do it" attitude.

Amazing Pasta for a very reasonable price. They also have other dishes, but the pasta was so delicious that I will return for that. You can choose your pasta, your sauce and your topping and the waiters are happy to give recommendations.

This is a beautiful restaurant with amazing Italian food. They have a beautiful outdoor seating and the wind is so calm and nice. Very romantic. The food is pretty authentic and pasta is fresh! Highly recommend the chocolate volcano and limoncello spritz! The place is pretty cheap for its amazing food and ambiance

What can be said about this place that hasn’t been said in other reviews. The best surprise here is the bill when you finish your meal. The food was tremendous, the service was second to none and the atmosphere, let’s just say I found out the music they were playing and it’s now in my playlist. Just a wonderful all around experience. Only regret is that we didn’t find this place sooner!

We love this little gem! Great food, service and atmosphere! Abraham was an amazing waiter and we have returned twice already. We had a mushroom pasta which was to die for (not pictured here), soup, salads and everything was 10/10!

Fabulous food, very authentic, great service, music was a bit too loud, more for a club than a Romaric restaurant. I suggest Italian ballads. Easy listening is best.

My favorite dish was the veggie lasagna. Something that was annoying is the table ordered water and the waiter brought us each a tiny bottle that cost 40 pesos. Honestly not a good look. Especially when dinning with a group of 8 we could share two bigger bottles. The chefs special was a yellow fin tuna and it was very fishy but I’m not sure if that’s how yellow fin tuna normally is. The fettuccine Alfredo was also very tasty along with the margarita pizza. I think there are some really tasty dishes here the whole water issue just bothered me.

Beautiful atmosphere, 10/10 food, amazing prices and super quick!! My only complaint is that the service isn’t that great. It wasn’t busy when we went but it took about 15 minutes for anyone to take our drink/food orders. Getting our food wrapped up and the bill also took a while. Once we got our food no one came to check if everything was ok. However, the quality was there! Just needs better customer service to make it 5 stars. I highly recommend coming here! Menu is also huge! Hard to decide what to order.

La Casa Sophia – Playacar, Quintana Roo Unfortunately, our experience at La Casa Sophia was very disappointing. Several of the items we tried to order were simply not available. There were no lemons for the drinks, no ingredients to prepare sangria, no prosciutto for the pizza, and even the wine we requested was unavailable. For a restaurant in a tourist area like Playacar, we expected better organization and availability of basic ingredients. The lack of so many key items made it difficult to enjoy the experience, and it felt like the menu did not reflect what the restaurant could actually offer. Sadly, this visit did not meet our expectations.
