I spent two weeks in Playa del Carmen, and KAFI became my daily go-to spot. For me, it was the perfect way to start the day with the best espresso and delicious sandwiches. The owner couple is warm and passionate about their work. The great selection, cozy atmosphere, mini-shop, and seating area are just wonderful. Thank you so much! Parece pequeño pero es muy lindo y acogedor. El café está muy rico y el baguette de salami estaba delicioso. Parece pequeño por el costo pero de verdad que vale la pena, pienso regresar probar y más cosas 😋 La salsa macha deliciosa y picante pero no en extremo.

Fuimos a tomarnos unos cafés y la verdad ha sido el café más rico que he probado en Playa del Carmen, pero no es lo mejor de todo!! Los precios son accesibles y la atención cordial por parte de los camareros, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré mañana.

Con una excelente ubicación y la mejor atención, el café de muy buen tamaño y de maravilloso sabor , los postres hechos en casa todo delicioso!! está cafetería es una parada obligatoria.

My wife and I were walking by on our way to the bus terminal and found this place. It was very cute, clean, nice, and the coffee was delicious. It’s simple coffee but it is made well and the owner takes a lot of pride in it. Prices are reasonable too. They are a new place but I am sure will become popular as time goes by.

Cozy cafe serving incredible coffee and fresh baked goods, including amazing croissants. The owners are wonderful and the cafe is tastefully decorated. We came here for coffee and croissant every morning during our stay in Playa. Oh yeah, and the prices are extremely reasonable—two cappuccinos and two fresh croissants cost about $150 pesos. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful little cafe! Italian espresso machine with a custom blend of Mexican coffee beans. The owners were friendly and very knowledgeable about coffee, and local attractions. Also local handcrafts with a huge flock of owls, of course I got one! The food and pastries looked fantastic!

No laptop policy. I had a backpack on so I wasn't trying to hide it. First time I've ever seen such a policy. It wasn't busy and there was 2 other people there. Oh well. Guess I know to check for such a policy in the future.

NO LAPTOPS This is a great place for those just wanted to chat and have a coffee with a friend but there should be a warning for those looking to get work done as it’s an uncommon policy. (Not that there is anything wrong with it. Just should be more transparent with the listing.)

Pan dolicza sobie pieniądze za podanie kawy. Cena całkiem inna niż w menu. Zamówiliśmy rogalika i go nie dostaliśmy, dal innej parze ktora zamawiała po nas. Jak się odezwałem kiedy otrzymamy naszego, rzucił mi pieniądze na stolik jako zwrot za crosuanta.

I ordered a cappuchino that only tasted like milk and then had to pay extra to add coffee to it but it still tasted only like milk. I didn’t want it and left without drinking it but still had to pay (5 USD) for it. Also uncomfortable seating. I’m sure it’s a great place for people who don’t really want coffee in their coffee though.
