I never had a good experience here, but this time, it was very unsettling because in the bathroom were signs saying not to flush the toilet paper or paper towels. Paper towels, I understand, but toilet paper!? The bathroom wasn't the cleanest either and they had their dirty work gloves on top of the nonworking paper towel dispenser onstead of in the trash bit right under it, so I didn't even order food, I just left and went somewhere else.

I placed a mobile order 10–15 minutes in advance, but when I arrived, my order was not ready and required corrections, causing an additional wait. They don’t answer the phone. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and was a very frustrating experience.

Waited over 40 minutes today because the people forgot about me waiting in the parking lot they had to remake my food and still gave me the incorrect items. They were sure to give me burnt chocolate chip cookies that crumble to the touch. Thanks for ruining my experience with your store. Until they figure out their operations issues I will be avoiding them. Smh!!

I went there and placed an order, after receiving the order it was messed up so I had to go back in and they asked me if I actually ordered. I had to hassel to get it fixed and after hassling with them I accidently left my phone on the counter because I was so frustrated... well I noticed I was missing my phone so I grabbed my tablet to locate my phone. It showed it was in the store so I went jn and asked for it and they said they didn't have it. After 3 times asking for it and even showing them on my tablet that my phone was in the back they still said that it wasn't there. So I told them I was calling the police. Immediately one of the female employees pulled it out of her pocket and handed it to the manager to give it to me even after she told the manager that she didn't have my phone. It took the police being involved before they would return my stolen phone. Horrible and stressful experience and I never will visit this store again.

Each time I’ve came here the spicy chicken or regular chicken is so old it taste like it’s been out all day nothing is ever fresh when I come here at lease the chicken taste like it’s been sitting their. Any other Wendy’s I’ve been to they make it fresh.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at this Wendy’s location. When I approached the drive thru , I was greeted with, “What can I get for you?” — which immediately felt dismissive. After placing my order, there was an extended silence, and when I politely asked if anyone was still there, the response I received came across as if I was being impatient. Rather than feeling like a valued customer, I felt attacked and embarrassed, which ultimately led me to leave without ordering. I understand that busy moments happen, but customer service should never leave someone feeling unwelcome or disrespected. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback to ensure better communication and courtesy moving forward.

I don't even like to go there Wendy's is getting higher and higher. The people on the evening shift are lazy and have their family members working at the shop with them. The food is always cold. Then people barely come to the counter to take your order.

Service here sucks… Bernardo or Vernado was extremely rude when I asked for an extra packet of condiments even offered to be up charged but still rudely denied. No wonder why the stock sucks though. We try to give you money and you won’t take it

The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of themselves.. I visited at 7:39 pm, the store was dark. Not Wendy’s sign or parking lot lit up. I ordered a double stack biggie back and got stale food that gave me a stomach ache all evening. If the owner is unable to locate a quality manager and workers this location should be shut down.

Lousy food and extremely rude employees that act like they're doing you a favor by acknowledging your existence plus there was trash everywhere which happened to be a lawsuit waiting to happen. The food was downright criminal and had to get it replaced twice before it was acceptable, Save your $$$ and go elsewhere!!!
