great food great service. The manager on duty was super helpful when I came in for a rush custom order for my pregnant wife. Definitely saved the day!

I absolutely love this CPK. The manager loves our dog and always gives him a free plate of grilled chicken! The pizza always comes out perfect, not too hot and cheese evenly spread. I love their drinks and they make the key lime pie so good. The staff are so nice and so courteous. On my birthday, they gave me a free pizza and ice cream because I’m a rewards member. :)

Absolutely phenomenal service! Terrific food. First time going to California Pizza Kitchen and returned 3 times in 2 weeks. Clean and well managed. Respectful staff . Incredibly fast service. Absolutely no complaints about the food. I look forward to bringing my friends and family here anytime we are nearby! Had many different waitstaff each pleasant and great in their own ways!

We didn't wait long to be seated and the food was good. We got the Kung Pao pasta, tequila chicken pasta and the BBQ chicken pizza.

The lettace wrap is so good (even better than most Chinese places) and the avocado egg roll is rich and legit. The kongpow spaghetti is super delish too.

Nice size bar. The bar area has multiple TVs sports showing. Good sized portions. Waiters get the orders correctly. Quick service. Free bread and olive oil.

Really clean and peaceful atmosphere, I liked that it wasn't noisy, the server Isabel was amazing, the food delicious as well, I was pleased with it all!

It's been forever and a day since I had been in a CPK. We ordered a white corn quac and chips, pepperoni pizza, chicken piccata, jambalaya, and a sangria flight. All of it was good and I had no complaints. Price was no more than McDonald's but portion was a little on the light side.

My wife and I stopped for lunch and had a really nice meal. As we were eating, we couldn’t help but notice the manager all over the place helping everybody. My wife stopped him to give him a compliment, and he was very grateful. His name was Nathan. Our waitress was also very good, and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name also. They seemed to be a little understaffed, but Between this manager and our waitress, they didn’t miss a beat. This is the type of service you hope to get every time you go out for a meal.

Please ask for Anthony ! Everyone else is always mad and give terrible service . Anthony is very attentive and gets everything right the first time . We are a family of 6 and he always gives us fast and efficient service . The only reason we go back is because of him otherwise we would never dine in . Thank you Anthony for awesome service .

Great place in Stoneridge mall to eat pizzas and pastas. They didn’t skip on the toppings. They were running thin on staff so the service was as best as they could do, still we got food on our table within reasonable time after placing the order. The portions were large.

This is a great place to have lunch. The pizzas here are really good and I especially like the thin crust pizzas. The service was good and the wait time was not long. We first went to the Cheesecake Factory which is right around the corner down the Pizza Kitchen and they had a 75 minute wait! Went to the Pizza Kitchen and the wait time was 10 minutes!! I'll take it!! Good service, good food and a nice atmosphere inside! Enjoy!!

I enjoyed the pizza here!!!! Great service and speed. I ordered the Pepperoni pizza, well seasoned pepperoni, the cheese was delicious, the crust was perfectly crispy and the sauce tasted just right. I was greeted and seated immediately, the restaurant was very clean and they also have a few TVs inside to watch the football games etc. Very good pizza for a good price!!!!

Their food is absolutely amazing 10/10, drinks are good as well as their service and atmosphere is. They bring in food at a good time and exactly how you want it. I had their New West Coast Burger with WAGYU meat which is the best beef meat today and usually is highly priced and all together it was cheap for such good food and their drinks are good as well. I recommend this place for family dining and date nights as well.

I love coming here, not as crowded as the the nearby restaurants and amazing food. The pastas are amazing and the pizzas are delicious. Every time I come here the staff are very nice and friendly. I love the attention to detail on some dishes, I order the Kung Pao Spaghetti with chicken and shrimp regularly and it's always a delight to see them arrange the ingredients in such a fashion! So cool! Hope to continue coming here many more times.

I have been coming to this location for many many years and make it a weekly Sunday ritual to come and have lunch here. Each and every time, we request to sit in Anthony's section. The reason is he is very welcoming, has awesome social skills and overall every interaction is superb. Hubs always orders his Chicken Tequila pasta, 2 kids off the kids menu and the one kid orders from the main menu. I switch it up from selecting the pasta or one of their unique pizzas. Food is always fresh and tasty. No complaints from us. Going back to Anthony, he truly demonstrates excellent customer service which goes above and beyond.

Update: changed from 4 to 5 stars. We went in today (8/16) and everything was great. Menu was updated to be more attractive. My first time to CPK - I'd say pretty good place. We got the street corn, kids mac and cheese, 1/2 and 1/2 pizza, and butter cake. the service was pretty good speed and the food was pretty good as well. I will be going back there again!

I've never been to California Pizza. It's only fitting to try their pizza and so, I did choosing "The Works" which is like an equivalent of what we know as a combo pizza but I ordered it with thin crust option. Yes, you can choose the thickness of your pizza. Their domed oven is gas fired so pizza is lacking that wood "smoke" aroma. However, I didn't miss it honestly because my pizza was cooked to perfection. The flavor of the pizza was spot on. My wife ordered the Chicken Piccata, a pasta entree that came with capers and a hint of lemon. We shared both dishes and they did not disappoint. Before our main course came, our very nice server brought us our drinks with complimentary bread and "secret recipe" olive oil with herb dipping sauce. I loved the flavor of the dipping sauce that even my pizza slice deserved a good dowsing. We highly recommend this restaurant because the food was good and service was welcoming. Can't wait to return.

Recent review So after having a very bad experience earlier (see below) the manager Abraham called me and tried his best to convince me to visit again. apparently there is a new manager now from my previous experience and they are trying their best to deliver what CPK is all about. We visited last week and surely were happy with the positive experience. The manager has tried to turn things around, they are better staffed who are friendly and the food is back being good like before. Now the experience was great with my kids and we will surely want to come back again. I would really want to give a shout out to the manager Abraham who brought back my loyalty by just being nice . Worth a visit for sure now with their delicious menu and friendly ambience !!! Earlier review - Horrible location.....waited for almost 1 hours for the food over the additional 25-30 mins wait time for the seat. We had to wait for even water refills , dessert . The staff doesn't feel energetic or happy to serve , They are grossly under staffed and everything including the rest rooms are horribly managed....would never ever come back to this one !!!!

As far as chain stores go. It's not bad. Pizza is ok. The only thing I would as to fix is the tables. They are too high and the chairs are very low. When you sit it feels like you need to reach up. Food is chest height. The waiters are very excellent with customer service.

Stopped by for my first indoor dining experience today at lunch. While the wait was about 30 mins, the cocktails and the food completely made up for it. Tried the Tropical and Moscow Mules for drinks. The Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower is a great starter. Went for the California Veggie and the Santa Fe power bowl and they were great too. Received great service!

It was my first time eating at this establishment. The wait was long. It was about an hour but was initially told 30 minutes. I thought they only served pizza. I had the egg rolls. I was a little hesitant about eating it because of the avocado, which you couldn't taste, by the way. And I had the chicken piccata with salmon (salmon piccata). It was a side of salmon that cost the same as the meal itself with just the chicken. It was good. The noodles were just right. I'd recommend it.

I really enjoy CPK. I love the uniqueness of the dishes and the variety. They seem to be suffering significant staff shortages like everyone else; was about 45 minute wait for a seat but the restaurant was only half full. Our service was great. The meals were fantastic.

Spicy chipotle chicken pizza is one of the best pizza one can ever have. Ambience is so peaceful and good. We went around 5 pm and it was having a lot of seats available. Staff was helpful.

Not greeted. Just had to stand there until someone decided to help me. Food was mediocre to cardboard-like. Drinks were ok. I ordered takeout and the food was ready when promised. Not a good experience. Not looking to return anytime soon. Cheesecake Factory is right next door with better service and more options.

Great tasting food, but deceivingly small portions for the price. The service was slow due to a low amount of staff, but they did their best considering how busy it was. The area was practically spotless despite the busy crowd, which was really nice. The free bread was nice too, but I'd rather go to Olive Garden and get much larger portions of equal quality food for the same price. Menu is quite limited, as well. It's a recommendation for anyone seeing the sights in the bay area, but not somewhere to go regularly.

Surprised, The place is nice, good atmosphere. The service is good, the girl who served us was very nice, spontaneous and professional. The food, the artichoke and spinach dip is very tasty, the sandwiches are delicious and the salads are fresh and tasteful. Their flavored water drinks are delicious, I tried the cucumber and mint one and I loved it. Upon entering the place, the only thing I disliked is the smell of the carpet, it was as if it were the carpet of a bar where it never dried, but then you get used to the smell. I don't know what the rest of the menu is like, but I'll find out on my next visit!

Visiting California for military training. Came with a classmate, and we went straight to the bar and sat down. The restaurant was nice and spacious, clean and lots of seating. They had tv's at the bar, so we were able to catch the game as well. The young lady at the bar was nice and professional. We ordered different items but the food was good. The chicken was more flavorful than the pasta. The street corn was good. Probably could have used a little more seasoning, but the char on the grilled bread was great.

Food was awesome and our server was also cool. They are still under staff and so the service is very poor . They have lots of space and can easily accommodate more people with 6 ft distance. It took 40 mins after we got our table to get water 😔 . I can see the server was new and running around. He was trying his best and he did with our order by getting us in 10 mins .. they need more cleaning around the tables and furniture. Restrooms are clean .

I tired the link you sent me to go over my review, but it doesn't work! We were there at 5:30 PM with very few people inside at the time, we were a party of 12 and we had to keep asking for service. We were served bread with no napkins, and when we asked for some, the waitress brought us 3! One of us had to ask twice for water. It took a long time to receive any food, and then they only came out at about 3 at a time with a wait in-between dishes! I could understand if it was BUSY and us having a big group but that was not the case!

Food was good but sadly that location is hurting. Way understaffed. They are trying to hire though. Took a while for food to come out and my wife's pizza was made wrong twice in a row. Food was very tasty though. Our waitress was very nice but a bit forgetful because we think she was overwhelmed. I sure hope they can staff up here. Would hate to see it go under.

Went for a late lunch on a Saturday a week before Christmas so it was busy had to wait about 45 minutes. Not a problem as it was expected. The table was bare no settings at all. Waitress dropped off our menus and crayons and coloring paper, saw two members of my party go to wash their hands and asked what drinks we wanted. She saw my daughter was 4, I asked her for a child’s cup she came back with 3 big glass glasses of water. Usually we get a small cup with a lid and straw, but no problem as we always bring a water bottle along. We weren’t given a kid menu and weren’t told that it was on the back of the coloring folder they gave. She brought the bread and left it on the table and left as we weren’t ready to order. She came back and stood on the other side of the separating wall to take our order. My wife asked if she could have any other veggies besides mushrooms for her fettuccine Alfredo. The waitress initially said no, then said you can get broccoli and tomato so my wife did. We ordered a margherita pizza for my daughter and I got the veggie king pao spaghetti. Besides the pizza which was soggy and not cooked through at all the pasta dishes were pretty good. I’d get both again if I went back. The waitress told us she had been working since 11 (it was now about 4) and she was going on her break and someone else would take over. We didn’t see anyone until we were almost done and looking for a check. We waited for the check for about 10 minutes when my wife went up to the waiter, he said system isn’t working and I’ll help you in the front. Then another guy p minutes later when we asked for the check they said we are restarting the system. It took about 40 minutes to get the check from the time we requested it and nobody gave us an update unless we walked up to them and asked. The demeanor of the waitress was rubbish. If she was better they would’ve received a large tip because the pastas were good. Service was just horrendous beginning to end. Though it didn’t really dampen our mood. We had fun there. Atmosphere is average, what you’d expect, nothing special. We had planned to go to Cheesecake Factory but ended up here by mistake. Next time I probably will go to Cheesecake Factory unless I’m craving strongly the kung pao spaghetti. Picture had to be posted separately as Google wouldn’t let me attach it to this post.

Our Server was great. Food was yummy. My only issue was the bathrooms. I have seen cleaner bathrooms at restrooms along the 5. My shoes were sticking to the floor. Only 1 of 3 stalls were usable. The restaurant is only seating half capacity and it was that disgusting? Yikes. If you don't need to go then enjoy your dinner.

Food is not good. We ordered Pizza, Salad, and Pasta. All 3 were bad. I couldn't eat the salad at all. The chicken bite in salad tasted no fresh, the veggies tasted refrigerated. Pizza was bad. And the worst part was pasta. Supper oily, and it wasn't delicious at all. Big waste of money and time.

The interior is old and dated. Seems to be neglected. It took us 15 mins to seat even though there were empty seats. Apparently there aren't enough servers. This time I ordered the roasted veggies salad instead of my usual pizza. Salad turned out to be OK, not refreshing. The service though delayed was still good. The server was polite and good.

The food is great and tasty, but the service is not satisfying. First, the server, whom I forgot the name but starts with letter P, is in haste. He took our order and I can definitely feel that he is in a hurry. We were browsing the menu and was asking questions abut the food that we are about to order but seems like he is not accommodating and seems like he wants us to order right away without asking. I mean you are working in a customer service position, you should be at least willing to listen to your customers and made them feel that you are there to help them. In addition, the waiting period from ordering to serving took long. The restaurant does not have too much people that time. It is not full and there are empty tables. But other than that, I have no complains about the food. Food is definitely delicious. I just hope the servers/service will improve a little more in terms of relating to the customers.

I think the quality differs at different CPK. Wait wasn’t too long (15min) and service was decent. We ordered chicken tequila pasta and Caesar salad. Salad was good and bread too. The pasta was just ok. The sauce was watery instead of creamy like it should have been.

Went there for my wife's birthday. The host was awesome. the server felt like they were waiting for their shift to end. We started off the evening being told about all of the items that weren't available to order, which included that they have blended drinks you can't order because they didn't have a working blender. They gave us bread as an appetizer eventually, but it was really close to when the pizza came out since they didn't have any started yet. The cocktails were okay, but not really that great. Cauliflower pizza didn't come out that great for a member of our party. Birthdays are usually a moment for the restaurant to get an easy shine. My wife brought up her own birthday, the server said they do birthday Sundays and brought out a melted Sunday and mentioned they could sing if she wanted after my wife asked if they do anything else. This place just had that feeling of a restaurant that is going out of business.

So cold inside. Won't give a warm place even when there are comfortable seatings. Makes us to be seated in the front where it is cold, to show people outside that the restaurant is busy

CPKs in general have good food, but a little on the pricey side. One thing I really dislike about all CPKs is the service is always slow as molasses. Don't use Google maps to get to this location because you will never get there. It takes you to the opposite side of the mall and wants you to drive through a building. Instead use Cheesecake Factory directions and CPK is right next to it.

I was very disappointed to see that their menu was very limited. Only one choice for cheesecake . You used to have several different flavors and types of cheesecake . So dissatisfying. Also you had very very few menu items . This must be relatively new because when i ate at CPK in the past you had more burger options and menu offerings and more then one type of cheesecake . I probably won’t go back unless you go back to ordering more than 1 option for cheesecake type.

Cold food was served. Food took too long, server seemed to be overwhelmed or inexperienced. Appetizer served with main course. The spinach artichoke dip which was supposed to be warm per the menu was cold (as though taken out from freezer, left to defrost and served), chips tasted stale, we returned the dip and chips. Soup and pizza tepid (almost room temp). Would not visit this place again.

We were quite disappointed with our favorite restaurant! We ordered cauliflower in buffalo sauce that we have enjoyed forever! As always we ordered with extra sauce. However, the dish came lukewarm, with less than usual sauce, the center part inside each bite was cold as if it was just unpacked from freezer and defrosted served!! I'm not going back for a long time. We complained, the waiter said he's checking with the manager, and kept on saying he was still waiting for the manager to get back!! Manager never showed up, never sent word as to why the cauliflower dish so poorly served!! We ordered a take and bake pizza special for $8. But we were charged full price of $16.xx. So, I cancelled that order. It was not too crowded, so we were surprised at the service and the quality of the food! If CPK is going to be serving defrosted soups, defrosted appetizers, they lost my business!! Been an ardent customer for 20 years or more!!

Soggy pizza. This was the most disappointing pizza I've had in a long time. I ordered "The Works" which was one of their recommendations. When it arrived, the crust was soggy, and since the ingredients were heavy, I couldn't even pick up a slice without the whole thing falling apart. I had to fold it in half and eat it like some kind calzone abomination. It was only a personal sized pizza, but it was so disappointing I didn't even bother finishing it.

The food okay but very greasy drinks horrible and the service was terrible and the place smelled like sour milk to the point of we thought about leaving. Additional details on service we were a party of 2... there were 5 other customers 2 pairs and one single three were 3 workers being the bar plus a full kitchen, manager, one cleaning and two serving. You could tell with the loud talking and laughing behind the counter that the team was enjoy themselves (which is perfected acceptable) it was a bit louder than expected, but it's a pizza place not a restaurant. The issue was that it took over 5 minutes to be noticed at the front. It took over 10 minutes before our server asked if we wanted bread. She did not mention anything else so we asked for waters And over 15 minutes later came back and asked if we were ready YET after never asking us a first time. We figured we had to order drinks and everything else at once because she wasn't coming back. Did didn't take too long but she didn't come by again... after we were done and she had still not come by we put our plates in a pile and waited after 10 minutes we tried to make sure contract with any of the other 5 people behind the bar (where she was also standing refusing to look at us) a gentleman saw us and got her attention pointed to our table at which point she continued to do a few other things go to the back of house come back up from print the receipt and drop it off (taking another 5 minutes before making it to us) This location is at the mall so it's not somewhere I wanted to spend my whole evening but it was about an hour of additional wait time outside of the normal order wait for your food, eat ect.. for everything to talk this long when the person is within sight the whole time is just crazy.

We waited a few minutes to be seated, and it was pretty empty with a few tables being used. We had to wait at least 15 minutes, maybe for someone to come to take an order, but the food to a while too come out, but that was good..

The service I experienced at this location was uncomfortable & weird. My server, lacked hospitality & seemed extremely impatient. While I noticed he smiled, made eye contact, & checked on his other tables; I did not have the same experience. Honestly felt like he did not want to serve us. While paying for the meal, he made the comment, “The tip isn’t included”. No duh?! Isn’t that how most restaurants work 😂

On Sunday, restaurant was only at 25% capacity. The service was slow, almost non-existent. We literally had to call the server to order food after 15 minutes of service. After another 15, we did not get the drink or food, we had to call them again just to ask for water! New plates came dirty (picture attached), unusable, were sent back. It was not this bad a few years ago. Management, step it up! >:(

My friends and I over the years had always enjoyed CPK. Then the pandemic hit, no one ate out, but once the shutdown ended we sort of forgot about this chain. On March 19th, 2025, a girlfriend and I remembered how we loved their sangria sampler and decided to meet there for lunch. Let me preface that the food was fine, not out of this world, but perfectly adequate. It was the sampler that started the trouble (*cue ominous music*). First off when we ordered ours, we were treated like we were speaking a foreign language. Apparently, one orders a sangria FLIGHT now. Our server (our receipt said her name is Marleny) made it very clear that we were savages. Quite rudely in fact. That was okay we figured, there we were two gals ordering an adult beverage on a Wednesday afternoon- life was seeming pretty good. Then the drinks arrived (looking quite pretty) and we commenced to dive in. One problem, previously the white wine sangria had been peach based, now it is pineapple based. Not a problem for me, I love pineapple, but my friend is super allergic to it. To be fair, when one reads the description it clearly states that there is pineapple in the drink. We thought we knew the menu and hadn't looked, that's on us. However, when my friend explained our mistake and her severe allergy, Marleny didn't say, "Oh wow, let's get you something that won't kill you." No, she started to argue with us that it had never been peach based. (It had, we checked online later.) Her voice rose and when I tried to back up my friend's request for an alternate sangria. I was yelled at and a hand abruptly put in my face. I recoiled and thought she was about to hit me. We did eventually get a replacement sangria and the manager did come over to investigate, but his manner was not very gracious, there was no apology over the server's rudeness, nor did matters improve throughout the meal. Our server continued her rudeness, doubling down on it in fact. She never apologized for her aggressive behavior and generally made us feel that we were troglodytes who needed to return to our caves. Honestly, it was awful. This should have been an easy customer service fix. It was our initial mistake in not reading the menu and we said as much. Just bring a different drink and move on. Don't mistreat us like this- I mean, you work on tips for God's sake. (I did not leave Marleny a tip- a first for me. Ever.) The restaurant was not the bustling, chatty busy place it used to be and, if this is how the staff behaves, I completely understand why business has slacked off. It makes me sad, but we won't go back. Lazy Dog has an awesome sangria sampler and if we are shopping at Stoneridge then PF Chang's and Cheesecake Factory are both great places with excellent menus and friendly staffs.

It seems fewer and fewer people are coming here. It used to be really busy but no longer. I think I know why... the portions are smaller than they used to be, and quality has decreased. I ordered a turkey and brie sandwich... It had four tiny thin strips of brie cheese, some spinach, and a little turkey. And it was nearly $20. I won't be back.

Sahidy, a lady who served me at the take out window, just spoilt my day, not once but multiple times. Arrogance and insult hidden in her facial expression. If you are not dining in there then be ready to have this experience at this location. To the restaurant manager of this location, I suggest below options : -give this person a nice training to have patience and to be able to explain things in a better way. She needs to know how to be a good listener -let her bring the food that has been already ordered to have minimal interaction of hers with the customers... I will avoid this location.

I remember california pizza kitchen had a good quality bbq chicken pizza. But not today here Stoneridge mall. Poor quality and very salty. Toppings was very hard to eat and dried. I'll never be there.

You should rename your brand name to coldest pizza kitchen. The wild mushroom pizza we ordered was completely cold and dry. Pathetic! They refused to change it in good will and rather just gave a small discount - so they expected we eat that trashy pizza. They would not bring plates, waters until we asked for it. There was a cleaning guy roaming around but he would never come clean dirty dishes off our table and kept piling up. We are done with CPK and are never coming back.

They were too short staffed to be able to help support their customers. We waited over an hour for 2 salads and 2 pizzas and then, only tot them because WE had to get up and go to the kitchen to ask where our food was. Our waitress was too busy also bartending. The manager was very nice and comped a good portion of our meal. But, I still only give one star because the food we got was not very good. We aren't even sure our salads had dressing, and our pizzas had very little toppings. Overall a disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointed right now , we tried California pizza for the first time . I explained our server Marleny that we cannot eat meat and especially requested for a clean knife . We had a good time , enjoyed the food and one of my daughter who ordered vegetarian pizza couldnot finish it and bring it home . Now when she ate it at home she found bacon on it which was under vegetables. I won't be going there again but felt very bad that we were misled and our religious restrictions were violated despite of our requests .

Very average pizza, we tried Veggie and Mozzarella, there is hardly any cheese on both of them. The best item was the hot bread with olive oil they served at the beginning. Our table service was good, but the main food lacked by all means any tasty pizza, almost felt hot bread with no cheese!!

First off we ate here during the pandemic.... it was filthy. I watched how they clean the 5 tables they have and they spray them with a cleaner and wipe them with a paper towel. Our table had food crumbs and chunks stuck to it. They no longer bring bread unless u ask for it. We had a pizza that had 2 different halves. They charged us 2 separate fees to do this and never told us until we got the bill. One half had a hair in it. It was a horrible experience.

Came here tonight with 4 adults total and 3 kids (2, 2 & 6 years old). They told us it would be about a 15 minute wait and we said ok no problem, so we wait. About 10-15 minutes go by waiting and a couple with two kids probably 4 or 5 years old walk in and don’t even wait 3 minutes before the hostess goes and seats them at a table of 8 they had just finished cleaning. The hostess sat down the couple and their 2 kids and the large setting for 8 people. We all looked at eachother in our group and said are you serious right now? We are a group of 7 that’s been waiting for about 15 minutes already and you seat a group of 4 at a table mean for 8 instead of seating our group of 7 there, and the. They tell us we’d be waiting “a little bit longer” so we decided to get up and walk out, absolutely ridiculous, I will not ever be coming back to this location, and they lost a good amount of business tonight. Horrible service and the staff we dealt with did not have much common sense when it comes to customer service. They also did not have enough high chairs to support the number of customers with children. Nope, never again

Service was good. Pizza ordered today around 7:20 pm. California Pizza was so dry hardly any cheese some bacon and a little chicken. Had lettuce Avocado and Tomato on top. To much lettuce. You eating a dried out pizza (piece of carboard )with one bag of shredded taco lettuce on top with some nasty dressing on it. Sorry this is the worst pizza I ever had and this was my second time.

Honestly, the customer service wasn’t what I expected. Maybe the server was having a rough day but that is no excuse for him to be inpatient, especially for a family that was just trying to enjoy out night. When we decided we wanted something else to eat instead he crumbled up the piece of paper and gave us attitude. I really wish he had better manners and knew how to greet us. Will most likely never come back

Literally waited 20 min for drinks. Was Basically overlooked for a bigger party ( guaranted gratuity) and they got their drinks before we got our three drinks. . Finally got our appetizer ( 1 not 50) and the artichokes was cold supposed to be warm or hot. Pizza came out cold obviously sitting under the lamp but still came out cold. Ridiculous service not even that busy.

We (4 people in our family) have never eaten such a bad pizza. First and will be our last time at CPK! The dough is like a shoe sole. Extremely expensive (each $20) for the exremely poor quality. You get a shoe sole and a scarcity of something on top. My "Neapolitan burrata" had nothung to to with Neapolitan pizza. The burrata - you get one burrata ball for the whole pizza which consists of a shoe sole and tomatoes. I am certain this is the worst pizza chain in the world. We went to the place because my daughter had a gift card for $25 from CPK. The card was from a couple of years ago but it said that the funds never expire. The CPK computer did not accept the card. Very bad business.

This is the third time I tried CPK in stone ridge mall and each time it gets worse and worse do any of these pizzas look appetizing or worth the money. A frozen pizza looks better than this!!! I am so disappointed with CPK it use to be our family’s favorite spot to each especially with kids but now it keeps getting worse instead of better and no one seems to care! The food is bad, management is worse and unfortunately the service is horrible too.

My family and I have been dining here for about 5 years now, and the service is always unpredictable. I have more negative experiences from here than positive ones. The waiters are not attentive, and our food is often cold by the time it's brought to our table. The service tends to worsen over the course of the meal, with the waiter coming by to check on our table less and less frequently, even when we try to get their attention by waving or politely calling. Our last experience there was so bad that we won't be coming back. I asked the host for a table on the evening of Valentine's Day. He already appeared to be irritated and when he asked for my contact information, his attitude got worse. My friend and I both heard him repeat my phone number incorrectly but when I tried to tell him he responded with sarcasm and refused to consider the possibility that he might've said it wrong. He was also visibly annoyed that he didn't know how to write my name and had to ask me about it. Honestly, I just wanted a nice evening with my family, so I decided not to engage in such a silly argument and left to dine somewhere else. I went to this CPK for years, hoping that the next time would be better, but the opposite has occurred. I'd rather drive an extra hour to Santa Clara or Walnut Creek because I know I'll receive better service and food.

Wow...I haven't been here in years and it has gotten really bad. The place was empty, took forever to get a pizza and it was so greasy it dripped all over the table. My son is 15 and finished it but I wouldn't have been able to eat it. The service was horrible. I had to get up and go to the bar to ask for napkins, a plate and a box. we never saw the waiter. I would suggest...not going here.

Dominike is the worst server I have ever had it took her 15 minutes before she even greeted us she forgot about us multiple times never brought our refills after saying she would along more bread that never came she lost the table’s next to us order completely and had to retake their order we waited at least 20 mins after the food was gone for our check our free app was not taken care off and then when we finally got our debit cards after waiting about 10 more minutes on those then she said “ I’m sorry my service was so bad “ the food was amazing thank god it’s chain and I can go to a different location because I will never be back to this one

Ordered a take out at the restaurant and the staff and kitchen manager had no idea how to process digital gift card with a pin. They are going to loose out on those customers. Food was ok. Service was good. I don't think I will make plans on the go to eat at CPK! Update: In response to the owners response. I have already left a comment on CPK's Contact Us page on Nov 27th. No response so far!

I am absolutely shocked and disappointed by our recent experience. We came in as a family, and my son, who just turned 11 — literally just had his birthday — wanted to order from the kids menu. It’s what he’s always enjoyed here, and it’s a reasonable portion for him. Instead, we were flat-out denied because “only kids 10 and under” can order from it. Seriously? We’re talking about a difference of a few weeks since his birthday, and they still refused to make an exception. I am highly disappointed.
