5/5 10/10 Could not ask for more, as far as chains go, IKE’S is supremium. Is it the best sandwhich you will ever have? No, that goes to that place you found at 1:30 am in your twenties. But you know what? For the same price as Quiznos or some Subways, you get a, way better sandwhich thats got all the weird stuff you could want. They have *DOPE* random options and all the restuarants are cool. They have them all themed after their host cities. With local players and names as themed sandwhiches. Plus, they carry Zapp’s chips, and “Zapp’s chips are the endorsed brand of YOUR favorite sports team”. Really good quality, a good amount of meat, one size, decent portions, awesome chips, great staff and clean restrooms all. I will always support an Ike’s wherever i go.

This Ikes in Pleasanton CA is Superb. 💯 The manager Mark & Brenda the Cashier Greeted us with a Smile 😄 and the Food was Fresh & Delicious. I had the Roast Beef with Bacon & Avocado on a sourdough with the works. A Caribbean Calypso Melon Lemonade & Kettle chips from Nola. I Loved it. The food was amazing. I go to the shop in pleasanton, california and i have never once been unhappy with my order. An employee at this store, Alex, has always given me amazing service. He’s recommend me sandwiches and always been there and once gave me a free combo. I love this store!!! would HIGHLY recommend.

This was my time at this location from which I received excellent customer service. I wasn't certain just how hot the habanero sauce on the Madison Bumgarner sandwich. So the cashier nicely provided a sample for which I was grateful. There's plenty of parking available & since family has recently moved to Pleasanton, I'll definitely visit this location again. Overall a wonderful customer service experience during this purchase of a tasty sandwich (minus the hababero sauce 🔥 😃)!

I visit Ikes on a weekly basis. I visit the Pleasanton CA Ike’s location weekly, and sometimes at Ikes Dublin, California location. Tonight I had a chance to speak with Alex and Cole, who are just as amazing as the other Ikes employees, and I mentioned to them the reason that I do not patron any other sandwich places other than Ikes, and explained that it is because there is no other customer service like Ikes. The sandwiches are fresh, so delicious made with love and care, and over the top Customer Service which is key and something that many other businesses have pushed to the wayside. Alex and Cole (and all other Ike’s employees) make you feel welcome, they’re sincere and kind. This says a lot about management, Ike’s values and integrity. So I just want to say thank you to Cole and Alex for another great dining experience at Ike’s. These experiences are now some of the greatest memories created since moving to Northern California from Denver, Colorado.. Thanks for all that you do! Rita

I have been a fan of Ike's since the original days in the Castro. After moving out of the city, I was so excited to have one in walking distance. Although they started off strong during their opening, they have gradually slide down in quality. 1) Its hard to find the sandwich you want in the app. I LOVE the "going home for thanksgiving" but for the longest time, I could only find the "fallin for Ike's" which is the vegan version. I do see this is available now, but i typically repeat my orders is "order again" 2) Their attention to detail from the online orders is variable. I always order the version I can find in the app with a note, "not vegan, reg turkey please", and order double meat so that hopefully it would highlight the note. It has a 50/50 chance at being regular meat vs the vegan version. The last time I ordered, it was both the vegan turkey and it was the standard portion despite paying the $3 more for double. 3) The wait times really vary. Sometimes the store seems very understaffed, with only one person visible from the counter. I can see how this could greatly effect the quality if they get more than a few orders at a time. I'll be ordering from their local competitor from now on. I miss the days of a really good Ike's.

Don't bother. We have given this location multiple chances and they mess up every time. We pre-ordered and despite the place being empty when we got there at the estimated pick up time it was another half hour before they even STARTED our order. This has happened multiple times. They have messed up vegan orders and put real meat in multiple times as well. How they can continue to be so careless is beyond me. It's well worth the drive to just go to a different location that will be faster and actually make your order right.

This was my first time visiting this vendor despite having seen negative reviews on Yelp. I had some errands to run in the area so I thought I’d give it a try regardless. I ordered early afternoon for pickup at 5:15 pm. My errands finished early so I thought I’d just go in early and wait for my time. I got there at 5 and the employee told me my order was waiting for me. I saw the greasy bag and asked how long ago it had been made. He told me “just 10-15 minutes ago.” I explained that it wasn’t supposed to be ready until 5:15. He glared at me and said “so do you want me to remake it?” and I replied “yes please” to which I was acknowledged with attitude as he threw the bag on the counter. When he was finished I told him I really appreciated it and he replied with another glare a “have a good one” and walked away. When I got home and unwrapped the sandwich it was missing 3 ingredients, 1 of which I paid extra for. I guess I should have followed the other reviews and steered clear but, lesson learned.

Waited so long for this sandwich made me late for a super important work meeting! The lady that was there before me took even longer to get served. I am so bummed out because one of my co-workers had highly recommended this place. Maybe it was just a bad day? No wonder this place hardly had anyone in the building.. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I’m better going to Togos or Subway at least they don’t take years to make a dang sandwich.. 😠 Also the sandwich that I ordered said it had wasabi mayo and normally I like just a little bit of a kick but wow this was way too spicy! The rest of the sandwich was good but the bread was WAYYY to dry!

Ordered a sandwich from the vegetarian portion of the menu, asked to make it vegan. Got home and tore into my tasty sandwich, two bites in I realize it’s real meat and real cheese. It’s really my fault for not checking because this happens 75% of the time I eat at ANY Ike’s, not just this one. For reference, I’ve been vegan for 13 years, I have had to ask for vegan substitutes hundreds of times, and Ike’s has served me meat or cheese more times than anywhere else by a long shot. I think I’m finally done torturing myself, won’t be back. EDIT: After posting this, Ike’s customer service team promptly asked me to submit my experience on their official customer service page, and I did. A day later someone emailed me offering me a free sandwich, how very generous! I’ve wasted $125+ on sandwiches this company (at many locations) got wrong, and their solution is another sandwich? I’d rather eat dirt.

When I got to the store to pick it up, there was no order for me. They said they would remake it, so I went to the Safeway next door for about 20 minutes and did some shopping. When I came back, I asked if my order was ready and I was told that it never got made and that the workers were confused. I waited another 20 minutes while they remade the order and talked to the manager, Destiny, about a refund for the double charge. She was unable to authorize a refund and gave me the number to “the manager”, named Katya. I called katya, who said she was actually the manager for a different store and couldn’t help me. But, she said that she would contact the regional manager, and he would reach out to me. No one reached out to me. They finally got my order remade, but it was on the wrong bread and had the wrong ingredients. I will never go back to the store again, I wasted two hours trying to get three sandwiches and left there with incorrect sandwiches and $74 worth of charges on my credit card that nobody seems to be able to refund. I will be reporting them to the headquarters and to anyone else I can get a hold of. Please please please do not go to the store. They steal your money and waste your time. It shouldn’t be this difficult!
