Very tasty, sauce not over sweetened unlike other pizza restaurants. Salad ingredients were very fresh, I highly recommend!

Though I can never just order what's on the menu, and always add/sub/complicate my order with weirdo specifications, my order is always perfect...By always, I mean over a decade of being a loyal customer and ALWAYS get what I order! Thank you guys for my normal pepperoni sandwiches, bacon-covered cheesy breadsticks, and garlic-y pizzas 🤭😁 Dan, the crew, environment, service, and quality shows how much you care.

We love the pizza at this Pizza Factory location. They somehow manage to get the crust slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is awesome. Our favorite is their Western BBQ Chicken pizza, although the boys prefer the Hawaiian.

Good Pizza near Lake Tahoe. A classic football Pizza place with nice ambience. It was 8.2 Pizza. Give it a try when you're in the area.

The food is great! The people working here are fun, kind, and very accommodating. They have some games for kids, beers, pizzas and salads, wings, and a lot more. The prices are fair and affordable. I had the all meat and the pepperoni pizza. Both were stellar! The crust was awesome, the toppings crispy but not burnt, and the pizza didn't drip grease everywhere. The beer selection is decent, with some fan favorites and a few unknowns. It's cold and it is served quickly. Win win! They do have events here that seemed fun. They had a painting, pizza, wine night sort of get together. It looked fun! I'm glad they are invested in their community. Support this place; they have good people working here and serve great food! I'm local, but if you are a traveler headed to Tahoe or beyond, give this place a stop to "fill up" before landing in your final destination.

I wouldn't be able to tell you how the food taste, since we didn't get our order. My husband ordered our pizza online, we got a call saying they were unable to make the pizza we ordered because they had ran out of sun dried tomatoes. They asked us if we wanted something else, which we asked for a pepperoni and cheese. We were never told that our order being changed was going to cost us another $5 plus. We had already paid for the pizza online. What awful customer service, to add an extra cost when nothing was said to us over the phone, and also unable to make the pizza we wanted. Maybe don't have an online pizza ordering service if you are unable to fulfill orders. And maybe cover the cost when you are unable to fulfill someone's order of it is a little extra. Update* The owner reached out to my husband and went out of her way to rectify the situation. She was amazing!

They did make my 24 cnt wings slightly incorrectly but they fixed it before i left with no issue. Patio is dog friendly and they can provide a little tin for water of needed. If you're on a work trip, real nice to go to while doing laundry next door.

Out of all the pizza factory locations, this one is my particular favorite. The food is always tasty! We typically dine in. We don't live in the area yet, but the staff are always welcoming and I feel like they recognize is since we go there like once a month.

Pizza is always good, but the service here is quite clunky and makes for an unpleasant experience almost every time I go here to get my pick-up order. The children running the place really need training it's always pandemonium trying to just give my name for the pickup order. Will order from here. Just know the service is way below par.

Overall a good experience and solid thin crust pizza and salad. Bathrooms were very clean. Nice outdoor seating area but needed a little cleaning.

The food was great, great prices, friendly staff. We bought a lot of different foods, forgot to take photos. I only gave 4 stars because one of my pizzas was not done with the correct ingredients. I live about an hour away so I couldn't/can't do much about it.

This is good pizza and a nice clean place to eat it in. I am going to try a pasta dish next time. We have eaten here twice on a Sunday evening while on a road trip. I think all the other sit down restaurants in Pollock Pines must close at 6 on a Sunday. It's no wonder they seem to be plenty busy, with to go food for the locals wearing their jammies. A dad and adult son came in with the exact same plaid my wife and I have. Being here and eating there twice, I can say that Buffalo plaid is leading the fashion trend with both author and local to go customers. So if you are driving by and hungry. You won't be disappointed here. If you are driving in your comfies, and hungry. You will feel very welcomed. Though staff wears pants.

Pleasant staff timely service. Pizza crust was tasty, sauce was ok, toppings were plentiful and of a decent quality. A decent pizza but not spectacular

The pizza was pretty good, and XL means something here. The staff is nice and friendly. But if you don't order ahead using their app or by calling them, you are welcome to wait for your pizza for half an hour or so because they usually have plenty of orders these days. No hot drink options, only the cold/iced ones.

Overall the pizza and service are good, but there is an issue with the Twisted Breadstix. Everytime I have ordered them they have raw dough in the middle. They are also very inconsistent in size. I'm no baker, but it seems like there is a problem with the yeast not activating in these.

The pizza was good! We do feel the cheesy bread was a little under cooked. But the pizza was on point!!! I don't agree with the round table prices but I also understand with the current state of our country. I would recommend still as other locations are also great!

Hey guys, we've had some good experiences here in the past, but the service has gotten pretty bad when a manager or owner isn't there. Specifically, 5/10/25 at 12. We called in our order at 1150 "ready in 20 minutes". Went to the counter at 1215 "will be ready in 4 minutes". Ok no prob. Sat until 1240. Asked why it took so long. No apology just "well they fogot to call your order, I'm the only one working back here right now". Meanwhile he was talking to his coworkers while we were waiting, took a personal phonecall. There were 3 other customers in total. We got our food last and ordered first. I've met the owners and I know they expect better.

The service and the overall atmosphere at the P.P. Pizza Factory are fine; the pizza not-so-much. I've eaten here a few times and would say that the pizza and breadsticks were average - to - below average. Not a great deal of flavor, crust seemed over-cooked. For the inflated price of pizza right now, I'd rather just make my own at home, from scratch.

We have lived in Pollock pines for decades. We have been going to this pizza factory forever. We love to support local businesses. With that being said, tonight we ordered an XL pizza. asked for ranch. She said we could only have 2 and would have to pay if we wanted more. I completely understand food costs. 2 is totally understandable for a smaller pizza. I was like I'm not paying more. It's an extra large pizza. Miss Pamela is rude! 2 ranches when 5 people are eating an XL pizza. Absolutely ridiculous!

I must have gone on a bad day. Got it home and the dough was not cooked enough. Took it back and was treated rudely. She said that they would run it through the oven again. This was after she handled the pizza with bare hands, no gloves. I refused and a credit receipt was tossed to me. She really needs to smile a little. Not going there any longer.

The doors were locked at 8:40pm, even though they close at 9:00. When my wife knocked and spoke to Pamela (said she was the manager) she was very rude and argued with my wife, even though they all saw us outside knocking on the door at 20 minutes till 9 but ignored us......Horrible customer service. You would think if they were going to stop serving at 8:40 they would not say they are open until 9pm. Will be sharing my experience with the local news station in the morning. Disgusted with the way my wife was treated by this "manager" . I will make the drive to placerville Pizza factory moving forward and will urge my friends, colleagues, family and neighbors to do the same. What a horrible way to treat local customers ... shame on you Pizza Factory for allowing your "managers" to treat locals who eat here at least once a week so rudely......never again.....not in pollock at least.

The spaghetti and meatball was okay as well. Nothing very fancy. The meatballs seemed factory manufactured versus handmade in-store. The pesto, sundried tomato,and garlic pizza was blah.The sundried tomato were chewy and they were whole. The pasta orders came with tasty garlic bread though, they arrived to our table crispy and crunchy in the right places. I would have liked their boneless chicken wings if they were crispy and crunchy. They did not come with ranch sadly. Night shift on a Monday night.

Went there last night and the two male workers were nice and helpful, they took our order. However the other 3 female workers were singing dancing and quite frankly being obnoxious the whole time and acting like toddlers when we were there. Also our server came over to give us our pizza and she spoke extremely quiet and we little to no care at all. Not impressed with the staff at all and ruined the experience. Food was decent. EDIT: I went to the bathroom before leaving as there was literal shit on the toilet seat, I understand this really isn’t staffing fault but seriously.
