Note to Management both of your bathrooms are out of order? There is ketchup on the walls the lighting is not good its to dim. I almost didnt come in i thought it was closed. The staff is nice good quality food. I will be contacting corporate with these concerns.

The food was just ok, not hot at all. The restroom was disgustingly ridiculous. Urine all over the floor and it smelled horrible. I will never go to this bk again

Only come here cause it’s super close to my job when I need a quick lunch. They literally never get my order right despite using the app. Today was the same issue again. I do not recommend.

I placed an order for delivery with this location using Uber eats. Food never was delivered. I tried for 30 minutes to call this store and no one would answer the phone. 18 tries but no answer. Tried operator to make sure I had the correct number. I did. No one answered.

I've tried go there twice in the past 2 weeks for breakfast. Usually I get the impossible whopper meal because they have been making whoppers for breakfast. I guess they dont do that now. "Burger" king doesn't have burgers all day anymore. Guess I won't be going anymore. It was the one good option for a vegan meal. Not any more.

Very rude staff. I understand they always have a lot going on because of all of the stragglers but to tell a driver no they can’t use the restroom especially a woman just because they haven’t cleaned the restrooms for the day is crazy!!

Very disappointed with their food,..they must've cooked the onion rings in the same oil as the fries bcuz they were Soooo salty and my hamburger was soggy with whatever sauces they piled on it but I won't be going to that burger king anymore! It really sucks when you're hungry and looking forward to a good meal with such a disappointment!

Went to Burger King on W. Holt in Pomona. I just ordered a Philly steak burger and what a disappointment! They look great on TV. The one I got was flat, barely anything in them and the patties were as flat as my neighbors God given ...I miss my old Burger King on Garey.

We ordered our food but forgot to order a PIE so we wanted to add that to our order because it doesn’t require cooking or nothing. They’re literally cold right out of the fridge so before we could even order it right away the guy at the window was like “we’re not taking anymore orders. We have a line” in a rude tone & regardless it took over 3 minutes to get our food at the window so I don’t understand why it was such a big issue to charge a damn PIE. He also had another employee hand us our food because he didn’t wanna deal with us when he was outright just rude & for no reason. These are the same people crying about wanting to be with paid $20 an hour but complain about doing their jobs. Won’t be returning to this location.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Rude employees and unsanitary at that!!!! Two different pair of hands with no gloves! after touching the register and ten different things, proceeded to grab and pass and make my food. Absolutely disgusting and the price is most definitely not worth it and horrible atmosphere at that. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning. If I could put no stars I would and not sure how these females got hired but obviously fast food isn’t the job for you with how miserable you are taking each customer.

Very bad service they gave me my order wrong when I got home I checked and all my order was wrong I had to go back to the Burger King restaurant to have them change my order since my order was big and I came back only to be insulted yelling at me stupid and ridiculous banging the window since it was by drive tru aggressively pulled my dad's bags and when we left he told us stupid I asked to speak to the manager and worst of all he was the manager of the night shift I went around 8 o'clock oh 9 at night I was so outraged about this and I couldn't complain to anyone about what happened because the customer service doesn't answer and I couldn't talk to a Burger King agent so the manager continues as if nothing had been there working getting away with this It's outrageous. I don't recommend this place.

Ordered 2 Whoppers 2 fries. Fries were cold and old. Whoppers were not too warm and bathing in ketchup. With my California Food Handlers Card, I could have done a retraining course here. Restaurant had some homeless patrons hanging out. General cleanliness was rough. Saw manager walk in and he went right to his office.
