Just stopped by Wendy’s for lunch break and my burger tasted like complete vomit, all the veggies on the burger were spoiled and it looked like they tried to cover it up with condiments. If you go to Wendy’s I would highly recommend not getting the Dave’s burgers, on top of all of that they are incapable of answering the phone. Like McDonald’s is better at answering their phones, when it says there’s nothing happy about this meal on the bag for Wednesday Addams they really meant nothing happy about the meal.

Placed a pickup for breakfast and it still wasnt ready after 30 minutes and they had me get off the drive thru to go inside

Husband and I ordered 2 meals, and a chili. Got to the windows and was told theyre out of chili. We asked if we can have a fry to sub, said theyre out even though that was in our order too. They said no frosty. They could only give us cookies to sub for all the fries. Then, we got the food. There were fries???? Got to eating, my nuggets were spicy and not regular. Then realized, they didn't give us our drinks. Go back through, they couldn't figure out our drinks. I said I got an orange coke. They gave me 2 fanta after saying that??? Waited in line the 2nd time behind one car for over 10 minutes, just to get watered down drinks. The food was ice cold, old, and the cookies had to have been a day old. ALSO when we went back to get our drinks, they said "we are only taking doordash orders right now." It was 12:15 am and they are open until 2 am. The guy at the window was embarrassed it seemed and very nice, however the manager didn't say a peep and is the reason we drove off without drinks. -10 out of 10 stars and apparently everyone else thinks the same from these reviews.

Every time I come here I sand waiting to order inside. The workers see me Standing there and no acknowledgment for several minutes. Never has good service. I work next door and it’s still like this after 7 years. So sad the turnover rate is high. They should acknowledge all there customers that come in. Hate this place just because of that I gave them a chance again today after so many months and they failed once again. Never eat there again. :(

9:00 p.m. every light on the building is off. They look closed. They conveniently have no frosty's on numerous occasions. Food is old and stale. Will not be back to this location.

Food always cold, very immature children working inside. Owners of this restaurant definitely need to stop in more often to evaluate what’s going on. And something always missing from the order. I definitely won’t be going back. Today was the very last time

This is the most broke down location in the area. Can I get a receipt? No, it's broke but give me your 2000 dollar phone and I will take a picture of the screen. Kids working hang out at the dumpsters in back. Person said what can I get you. I said one thing amd person said anything else. Yes, I need this. Okay what else. Nothing else. Drive forward. Very rude and short. Drove up to the window to get my order and a huge metal tray comes out. Person swings it around like they swatting flies. Didn't even look to see how close I was. Ask for coke and it was something else flavored. All the fries and nuggets dumped in the bag. What happened to being pleasant. Not a single thank you and person acted like requesting napkins was a big inconvenience. 3pm on a Sunday. Do better.

My husband and I just left Wendy's on highway 365 and my husband's sandwich had no top bun we said no tomato and that was the first thing we seen attached to the photo of exactly how it looked unacceptable

I ordered 4 biggie bags. This is the burger they served. Absolutely ridiculous it’s harder than a freaking rock. And it was supposed to be a double stack not whatever the heck this is.
