It was a very quiet lunchtime very early in the season.., but the food was very tasty.., unsurprisingly the service very friendly and attentive. We had eaten here many years ago, during busier periods and always enjoyed it.

The food was very good. Nicely cooked octopus and a tasty tumbet, the setting is lovely, but the service was disinterested and not friendly. Also there was a large family with extremely noisy child which spoilt the whole ambience of the place.

Last minute booked for a table of 11 which was very accommodating. However after 15 minutes we had to go and ask for a drink ourselves and then after another Minutes we got our starters taken and then it was too late to keep the menu for later as they close the kitchen at 22:00, so we ordered another bottle of wine. Wine took too long that we decided just to get the bill and move somewhere else. Very yummy food though, from what we did have.

Rating seems to be too high. They have nice garden. Staff was pleasant. Food was not so great. Olives too bitter. Fish with mayo and tomato sauce was a good concept but taste-wise it was out of balance. We also had Soller Prawns. It is the most expensive dish on the menu. While prawns themselves were good the salad on the side looked like a homemade thing I would make (I am not a great cook believe me :-D). Overall very mediocre lunch. I would give 2,5 stars if possible.

Very disappointing dining experience. We were recommended this place as selling authentic mallorcan cuisine. The service was terrible, no smile in sight and we did not feel welcome at all. We ordered the Lamb shoulder and expected it to come with tumbet or some typical mallorcan vegetable dish. It came with strange tasting fries and vegetables that seemed like 'microwave in the bag' - a few watery green beans and carrots. The lamb itself was OK and fell off the bone but was nothing special. If this is genuine Mallorcan cuisine then I'm not impressed and would not recommend. We have since spoken to another couple who visited a few years ago and also the same time as us. They told us the food was so much better a few years ago and they too were very disappointed this time. The best thing was that the gin was cheap.

This restaurant was recommended to us by locals. We went in on a Tuesday early. Not many people yet, the only two or three waiters were on bar and waiting duty and clearly missing an extra person. It took half an hour to get a menu and a drinks order in. After that it went quicker. The starter, croquettes were very bland nothing special, the chipitos were fried well, crispy but had too much salt on them. We had cod, dorada and steak, but none of us were terribly impressed with their food. The cava and wine were price friendly. Still, we had much tastier food food from the Sollèr catering shops. Knocked it off on 85eur, which is very reasonable for 3 people. No harm done, but we won't be back.

My wife and I came here for lunch and were greeted by a waiter who didn’t seem to comprehend how hospitality works effectively when asking us if we had a reservation. We said we didn’t and unfortunately he informed us that they were full. This would be fine if there hadn’t been tables available with no reservation signs on them. Maybe next time work out how you could progress the conversation by offering a table later or on another day, y’know, do your job. In hindsight, reading other reviews of this place, he probably did us a favour as the food is about as dynamic as the staff.
