Quick pleasant service. I actually forgot one of my bags because I was worried about misplacing a credit card and drive away too early. When I called them they said they would have my food hot and fresh when I got back. They were true to their word. Love the Briscuit sandwich.

Heading home from South Texas decided to go thru the drive thru and get a quick bite to eat. The staff was very patient and friendly. They did not carry the pecan chicken salad i had eaten lol about a year ago as it was seasonal the staff informed me. He did recommend some other item to me and i appreciated that. I decided in the Jalapeño Bacon Ranch Wrap which was delicious. I actually had it for 2 meals. I have seen you can go wrong with Arby's I have been to different ones in different states and always delicious 😋 Can't wait till they bring back the pecan chicken salad

Arby's located off of I-69 in Porter Texas is one great place to enjoy a fantastic meal at an outstanding price. I was under the misconception that Arby's was only roast beef sandwiches but upon entry I realized that there is a plethora of delicious looking sandwiches on the menu. There are numerous specials offering two-for-one OR discounted prices that only add to the pleasure of eating at Arby's. It's a known fact that if you are surrounded by happy smiling people then the whole experience becomes twice as enjoyable .....this is the case and my experience at Arby's. I was you stuck in a bubble and thought that Arby's offers only roast beef but when in reality there are Greek sandwiches... fish sandwiches and etc. All the specials are wonderfully prepared and are delicious to eat. Do yourself a favor don't miss the treat always go to Arby's for something good to eat.

5 star ( as far as fast food goes ). It's my favorite out of all the fast food chains. The Reuben I had was a lot better than the " New York style deli" right down the highway and about a third of the price!

The food is always hot. Not the heat lamp hot, but fresh, made to order hot. I never feel rushed, and the service is really friendly. I've only ever been through the drive through. But their service and speed is great. Any delays are mentioned and explained apologetically.

Let's be honest, I love the beef. I don't care if it is healthy or not. I just love it. This place is a good stop on the way from Clear Lake to Nacogdoches. The food is good. The drinks are strong. And, the cookies are yummy. The staff has always been very friendly. Every single time. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

Convenient location right off the highway exit. Food is fresh and tasty as expected. Portions could be more generous. Dining room and restrooms are clean and well maintained. Service is quick, efficient, accurate.

This is the BEST ARBY'S I drive 30-40min to get there and NEVER DISAPPOINTED. The staff takes pride in every aspect of their jobs and ALWAY treats me warmly and the wants to make sure my meal is perfect. Even making sure the food is placed on the tray perfectly . Chic Feilet staff has nothing on these guys.

From ordering to food being handed off...the experience went smoothly. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and got my large order correct. Everything was hot, put together correctly and flavorful.

Unbelievable experience....order completely wrong....potato cakes stale....sent back...2nd set same...potato cakes old and sandwiches wanted no sauce but still sauce.. 2 times...wow. Wanted refund horrible potato cakes and mgr didn't know no this (needed to wait 10 minutes for phone call)

The foods tastes awesome with so much flavor! The chicken sandwich with the crispy crinkle fries go well together. Dipping the fries in a mustard and ketchup mix was soo good!🥰🤗❤️ My new favorite is the lamb or beef gyros! The flavors blend together and just hit the spot with a coke to wash down! So Yummy good! We'll be back to try other items in the menu. The staff really work hard and do their best to serve the community. I love this location!

The service was Very Outstanding especially with the Manger on Duty Paula; she was an amazing individual who was gave exceptional leadership with in her crew, on a steady pace Friday Night shift. I was informed that she has been working for only a month so far, But Damn!! she knew how to run a crew, and keep her composure with a smile on her face, and also keeping up with Company standards in Food Safety and Productivity. We door dashed our order They missed my uncle's order when they delivered. Had to get out and drive back up there, (after the door dash) and explain to them that our food was now going to be cold when we got back. They refused to do anything except give us turnovers for the inconvenience. What's the point in door dashing if we have to go and drive back to the restaurant and have our food cold when we got back with my uncle's (who is handicapped and bed ridden) to try and eat it. I don't blame doordash, though. I blame Arby's for not getting our order right.

We loved the Greek Giro. We saw the advertisement on the road where it offered 2 Giro's for $7.00. We chose the Greek Giro and it had very good seasoned beef & lamb meat. The bread was so good too, the whole Giro was really delicious. 😋

The Onion Rings are the bomb! The batter is crispy, the onion inside its cooked just right, the taste is good and it is not saturated with grease!!!+ The person taking the order was very polite and was handling the lunch run like no bodies business!! Place was clean as well!!!

It's Arby's. You know what to expect. Good if you like it. Curly fries always a safe bet. Nice they finially opened the seating area again.

Haven't been to Arby's in a long time. Didn't disappoint. Kind of bummed they don't carry the chocolate turnover anymore. But the food is good quality. Place was clean.

All in all , still a great Arby's but sometimes thier Rubens are too "wet" making for a soggy sandwich and then other times the makings are just right but the bread is soggy...go figure that one. Will I go again? For sure, hey, it's Arby's!!

Seeing positive changes. They have recently hired new manager. The atmosphere is more upbeat, and food is good. They're also adding new products. Love the smoke house brisket sandwiches.

Full menu being served; but as of my latest visit; only drive through service available. Can generate a long line during certain midday hours, but moves at a decent pace...usually. Access to/from US 59 frontage and FM 1314 can be an adventure, so be aware during heavy traffic times. Feel free to mention my name, but there's no discount associated with that.

The 1/2 LB Beef and Cheddar is delicious, but that is too much meat to eat without it sliding out the back of the sides of the sandwich. The service at the window was super friendly and prompt. Also, the Buffalo Chicken Wrap is super delicious. Not bad for fast food.

The restaurant was slow, but the restaurant was dirty. The drink station was nasty. The area where the sauces were nasty. The tables and seats were not clean.

I have always enjoyed this Arby’s. The food is always good and I don’t ever recall having an order wrong. The place is usually clean in the dining room. There are small occasions when dessert items are not available or a shake machine never works. Otherwise, a good place to eat.

It was a pleasant customer service experience. Everything I tried tasted good but I wish they'd serve Fish sandwiches throughout the year instead of only for 3 months. There french fries are always good. Their restaurant looks clean and organized.

If you like Arby's food then this will satisfy. Sandwiches and menu isn't what it used to be but you can still customize it into what you want. I have always thought Arby's has one of the better French Dip sandwiches.

Drive thru experience has been fine. Have had a couple issues when ordering pickup (forgotten items). Overall, experience has been positive

I stopped here a few minutes ago, and had a great experience. The only issue was … I asked twice for “a lot ” of horsey sauce. I was given 1 tube of horsey sauce, and a tube of Arby’s sauce which I hadn’t even requested. Since when is “a lot” of Horsey sauce (or any sauce for that matter) one measly little tube? I can’t even taste it.

Tried the Good Burger meal. Was feeling a bit nostalgic. The strawberry shake was absolutely amazing. The burger was okay at best. The sauce on the burger was really good but the meat was okay.

I will say this about Arby's. Not all Arby's are the same. I've had two near me close down. I don't know why, but their sandwiches just weren't as good. But the location at porter is just better then all the rest that I've been. Their sandwiches taste better. Everyone that I've tasted before between the Italian, French dip and Swiss, their brisket sandwiches. Have been better then the two previous locations that have been next to me. So when I feel like Arby's I have to go a little bit out of my way to porter to get it.

I ordered the chicken salad sandwich. When I got home to eat it, I found that the portion of chicken salad was very small. It was disappointing, because it didn't even cover the bread.

The speed of service here is like experiencing life in very slow motion. We continue to dine here because of the variety of offerings. The french dip sandwich and its au jus is great. But, expect to wait. Bring a magazine to help pass the time.

The main problem with this place is that it is too dark. You would barely know it's open by driving by and it isn't super bright on the inside. Service is generally fast enough and friendly enough. Place is not usually dirty, perhaps because nobody can tell that is open. I continue to go so it is nothing I can't get past. Just seems like they could be doing better for themselves.

There is no reason for serving over hold time food so late in the afternoon. Except for the roast beef slider, everything else should have been still sizzling hot. Tasty as expected though. Some things just can't be messed up. Train the kids better and it'll be a much better experience.

Good food if you want it drive thru only. Advertise online that you can dine in but it's not. Called no plans as of 4/19/22 to reopen for dine in.

They close at 10. I pulled into the drive thru at 945 on 6/14/22..not 10. The girl was obviously annoyed bc they close at 10. Her tone was rude the whole time She was passive aggressive and interrupted me mid-order to get the size bc I didn't say it in the order 'she wanted me to' and bc she's annoyed there's only 15 minutes left in her shift. You're literally getting paid to be at work. And I'm sorry, but I get off work atleast 2 hours late everyday. I literally don't feel sorry for that. I thanked her, and she slammed the window shut without a word. Just rude. I almost said something, but then I read the review about the girl threatening to spit in someone's food. Not sure if it's the same girl, but I don't think I'll be going back. That's nasty. Conveniently, the cashier's name on the receiot says: order taker. I tried to read it, but she slammed the window too fast. I think it said Denise but I can't be sure.

Came in for a quick dinner. Employee Eva took our order #AAC9ZLNJACAN. I asked for a water and a regular roast beef. My husband ordered beef and cheddar and a drink. Well I never got my sandwich. I did notice two small drinks. I asked her you charge for water now. She stood there with a straight face and told me no just the size of the cup. Never going here again.

Fish and cheddar with fake canned cheese. Disgusting. Front counter service with a zombie who obviously didn't want to be there. Too many other places that value you as a customer to eat. The manager had her grandson there babysitting. That child deserves better than that.

The food quality was good, but only having drive thru options is creating a customer service issue here as the Drive Thru is not built to support a high volume of cars. Especially during times where people have limited time to stop and grab a meal. Not withstanding, I prefer not to eat in my car. Essentially, I went elsewhere for lunch. I'm not sure why the inside dining option is still not available, months after the state re-opened. Inquiring with them to understand why the dining area was closed and when it would re-open as usual yielded no response other than we don't know. I understand it's the prerogative of the franchise owner to determine how best to serve customers. That said, I think this decision is costing this location business. Will just go to another location going forward. UPDATE: While I appreciate some type of response here from someone affiliated with the business, I raised this to a manager who had no answers. If the person responsible for running the restaurant is unable or unwilling to answer when this restaurant is going to re-open, that tells me there's a mandate in place. I'm unwilling to invest time in a survey that is unlikely to change this outcome. Perhaps you can just visit the store and view this for yourself?

The hush puppy fish is just ok, I would not get that again. The TV ad presents a much nicer looking fish and fries. It is not good. The French fries were barely warm and tasted like old grease. Hadn't been to Arby's in years and probably won't go back.

I was not happy with the philly cheese steak. The steak was odd and the cheese tasted more like thin cheese sauce. I threw more than half of it away.

They didn't give me the marinara sauce. The fries are cold. The mozzarella sticks are smashed. The soda taste flat.

Just left here 15 min ago, business was slow , made a simple order of 6 piece mozzarella 2 buffalo sliders no Ranch and a ham and chz slider. There was no ham and chz and extra ranch on both. So put of 4 items they got 1 right. Also same scenario 3 other times looks like I will not be returning

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Not only did I wait in the drive- thru with no response from the staff, I went into the dining room and the staff was to busy talking in the back to even acknowledge my presence at the counter! Absolutely horrible customer service!!!

This place is horrible, don't waste your money. Everytime I get the craving to eat here, I instantly regret it afterwards. I've gotten food poisoning from this location twice now. I told my girlfriend that the next time I get the craving for Arby's, please stop me from visiting this location.

We we're just there. Went through drive through. Did order for 27 dollars. All we had was a hundred they refused it. The help and Manger said they couldn't take it. Said something about when the money builds up they put it up and can't take it back out. It's Saturday at 2 in the afternoon.( Come on now. ) Needless to say we left with no food.

Waited for over 30 minutes for my food went to counter twice. They served everyone after me But yet I was still waiting for my food. Had to go back to counter for third time just stand there to get my food. Horrible horrible service. They said sorry we lost and over looked your order. How when I asked twice and then stood there. I ordered a Greek gyro just now and it comes with tomato. When I got it, it had no tomato. When I came back they said they were out of tomato. They could have told me that when I ordered it. When I asked for the refund, she asked for the food back so I gave it to her UNEATEN and she had the nerve to say it was half eaten without even looking at it. She was RUDE and had a tone the whole time too. Currently sitting in the drive-thru waiting for my refund. So unprofessional. She didn't even apologize after she seen the food wasn't eaten or touched. The lady that did that was wearing a black bandana for management if they wanted to know who it was.

I ordered two roast beef and cheddars, one a classic and one a double. One had no cheese and the double literally only had a dot of cheese lol. The roast beef was dry and with no cheese it had zero flavor. Such a shame and a waste of $25 :( no problem though because I will not be going back.

Love the food! But, we went there in April and was charged for our food. Was charged the exact same again in June and didn't even go there again. We live 3 hrs from this store. Contacted the store, they said that there was an issue with the card machine in April and was charging people from then. I told them that we had already been charged and had the bank statement to prove it. Talked to store owner, he kept saying that he would check and call us back on several occasions. Never heard back from anybody. Never credited the double charge back either. If you do go here, pay with CASH ONLY. I will never return to this thieving store.

Got the gyro which was extremely greasy and inedible. Also had the chicken bites. They were rubbery pieces of meat covered in sauce. The cashier was not very personable at all. Needless to say, I left hungry and went elsewhere.

Need to train your employees before you put them on the register! I ordered a double rescue sandwich with curly fries I had to repeat myself three times and he still couldn’t get the order right when I took it back they wanted to charge me extra no air-conditioning and it’s 100° outside this place is a freaking joke! Got coupons in the mail for Arbys, saw the Pecan chicken salad and sweet potato waffle fries and they looked great. Got an order to go. My sandwich was mostly bread and lettuce and weighed 3-4 ounces max, and I am pushing it to the max on the weight. Waffle fries were over cooked or either cooked twice, thin and crispy crunchy with all moisture cooked out of them. Over $10.00 spent for such a pitiful meal! The Coca Cola was very good. Thank God we purchased a large drink to fill us up. Will not go back again. Workers are young girls who have no clue what's going on! What is this world coming to? I could have made my own chicken salad from a roasted chicken from Walmart and bought frozen sweet potatoe fries at the same time and a few other ingredients and spend just a few more dollars then had samitches for a few days! Now I am hungry and looking for something to eat. Last time I had the chicken salad sandwich at the same Arbys, it was very good, heavy and had some chicken salad on it, could only eat half of it, but tonight I could have eaten 2 of them because it was bread and lettuce with a very little bit of chicken salad. Too far to drive to return it. With so many restaurants fighting for customers, this place is running customers away. Management is pitiful for training these employees to sell their food and give their customers very, very little for their money! I will definitely not be coming back again but if for some crazy reason that I do I will make sure that my bag feels like it has something in it, I sent my wife to pick up the food tonight and she has never had a chicken salad sandwich from Arbys before so she didn't know what to expect. Now she is aware that we were short changed! I made her chicken salad sandwiches before and they were absolutely delicious, Pecans and grapes and lots of chicken and good bread and cheap in cost. Food was warm and good. Service was terrible!! Ordered two roast beef sandwiches with cheese and a Jamoca shake. It really is just a coffee flavored shake but that is what they call it. Got my order and the shake was a vanilla one. Went back and told them it was a vanilla and not a coffee one. They said the machine measures it out and they have no control over it. I said maybe the machine is out of adjustment and was told it was just calibrated three days ago!! I said but is it possible that it was mis-calibrated or has gone out of alignment? This is where it goes south fast. I was corrected and re-told that it was just calibrated and it HAD to be right!! I said it tastes like a vanilla shake. One of the employees makes a comment that it is a vanilla mocha shake. I was not in the mood and that is not even on the menu!! They say they have no means to control the mixture or flow. As this was being said a young man came from the back with a bottle of syrup to add to the mixture. So I guess they do have some control after all. They proceed to mix me one and I said could I please have a refund. At this point the female employee came out of the back and was identified as the manager. No one had a name tags on so anyone could be the manager. She explained again that they could not control the machine and that it had just been serviced three days ago and it had to be right. I said to her that it is not a jamocha shake. There is no coffee flavor to this at all!! She started to get argumentative and I asked for a refund. She did apologize but only after I had to listen to her go off about that it is controlled by the machine and that was a jamocha shake and there was nothing she could do and it was just serviced three days so it had to be right!!

Do not waste your time and less your lunch here waiting in line for nothing pass in line for 10 min. I placed my order while I was still waiting in line I arrived at the window and the cashier very patient told me we do not accept $ 100 bills and my order was for $ 20. I had to leave hungry, without food and with little time to look for another place, make another line and with no time left, I had to eat in the car while driving to work. NO STARS!!

Ordered in the drive thru. Specifically asked for fresh dropped/fried chicken nuggets. Was willing to wait. 100% got refried old nuggets. I worked at Arby's, I know what they look like and how it works.

Literally went to the drive thru at 1031 pm after a full day of work and then college class. I heard feed back on microphone and was ignored multiple times. Cars were in the parking lot but no response on DT speaker. The DT window and google says closing is 11pm for the pick up window. I even tried calling the store and was answered then hung up on with no words said. Very disappointed in that service at least answer or let customers know what is going on.

I used the app for the first time and was charged twice for the same order. Whe. I arrived to pick it up the manager gave me a # and assured me i wouldn't have a problem getting a refund. Well 12 days later and 4 emails back and forth refused to refund insists that i wasnt charged twice when i have receipts and bank statements! Dont use the app! Its not cheaper because they steal!!!!!

Around 10pm after work we were eager to grab a bite to eat we notice when we check what time does Arby's close it says 1030 or 11 when we get there before 1030 or 11 they turn off the lights but we went around and there's still people there inside just talking please check your hours or employees thank you

Curly fries didn’t have one single curl in them. They were hard and crispy ends. And stale. The burger was cold. Everything tasted old. The drive-thru window lady that took my order had an attitude. The lid came off my drink and everything spilled everywhere. I threw it all away.

I went out of my way today and took a friend. We placed our orders and then was told, "We have no cheese steak." I was pissed!

$9 turkey sandwich Arby's porter texas. Very sad. Last time I went the turkey amount was what I saw in their photo. Wont be going back

They completely messed up our order. All the food is cold. And, went to call the place and they have a disconnected number. Don’t come here unless you want to wait 20min to get cold food and the wrong order. Ordered 3 sandwiches. And got 2 completely wrong ones. Spent $40 on food that’s not even edible. Man this place has gone downhill. First I get there and it's hot inside. Mind you not 100° plus like outside, but noticeably hot. For what they charge for food you would think it would be at least in the 70s. Then I see the waiting customers 5 in all waiting. I order the French dip combo, and have an email for free gyro. I show it to the cashier Joselyn and she looks at me like I'm from another world. She gets the Asst mgr (Cassie) and she frowns and says if not in the system she can't help me. Then she says try using the app, maybe it's in there. I try getting on and I'm having difficulty because I've not been on the app in a while. Finally get through on the app and place my order, Joselyn still looking at me like I'm crazy. How can the employees and mgr not know their own specials? I get my order and the French dip is skimpy and the gyro meat is dry, looks old. I ask for extra aujus and Cassie tells me $.75 for extra. The cup is not even half way. It's not even to the first tic mark for a regular dip. So disappointing. Didn't eat the gyro threw it away. Thank goodness it was free. P.S. there were several senior customers trying to order. Joselyn was speaking so low and fast, they could not understand her. I and other customers had to repeat what she was saying. After it slowed down I could see Cassie on her phone outside right by the door smoking. I could smell the cigarette smoke from my table. Yuck.

Today I ordered only one item a classic roast beef and cheddar with horsey sauce. I received a plain dry roast beef. Y’all had one job lol. It’s kind of sad when you can’t even make your companies own classic sandwich.

Upon walking in, the girl who greeted us, did it in such a tone that suggested we were a burden to her laying across the counter. There were no other people in the restaurant. The whole dining area was a mess. Not one clean table, trash and food on the floor, the beverage counter was total mess, waste bins were full, and we watched 2 employees step out to smoke right next to the front entrance. The food was decent, but this visit put a bad taste in my mouth.
