Come on. It's Taco Bell. Granted I've had mistakes here but 98% of the time it comes out great. When they're nacho fries come out and I hear about it, you can bet a jump in my car and go straight there.

The Taco Bell in Porter is pretty good they usually have all the sauces and get the order out pretty quickly the only thing I don't like is if they don't longer give refills and their drinks are pretty expensive by the food is a little bit healthier than your average fried Fair and the combos are pretty good they even have a family Taco deal at a very reasonable price I don't know if it's open 24 hours but several other restaurants in the area are
Quite decent for a Taco Bell! Employees were nice, and the food was good and neither over nor under done. The WiFi is fast as well.

I was amazed by the cleanliness of this place..There were maybe 5 customers besides me , The drive threw customers never stopped..The food was Fast Hot and Fresh. Restrooms clean. Parking lot was clean except one spot where someone obviously cleaned their vehicle out and just threw the trash one the ground.. I hardly ever go to Taco bell because of how bad the one in New Caney was...I will definitely go back to the Porter Taco Bell!!

This is the best taco bell I've been to. Let me tell you, I LOVE TACO BELL. I've been to multiple locations all across Texas. Only 2 stores can I say have given me the best service and hot fresh food everytime. The location in Tomball.. and this location in Porter. Ya know how some locations.. it's like they hurried up and threw the food together. Not this place. Everything I go there... at night after work, the food is always made perfect. I highly recommend this location.
They forgot something in my meal. I called talked it out with the staff, they were very understanding and told me to come back and it would be waiting for me. I pulled up to the window showed my receipt and they gave me my food and apologized for the mixup. I usually don't eat at Taco Bell because they don't serve Dr.Pepper now I'm gonna eat there more often
The girl Maree was wonderful!! We were there at 1:30am and she had an amazing attitude with excellent customer service. She needs a raise , we need more people like her in the world.
I come a lot to get the Baja Blast freeze and the last time I drove through the drive through to pick it up they told me it was free. The staff here are really nice.
Probably one of the better tasting Taco Bells. The staff is extremely nice and was very patient with me in the drive thru as I was trying to figure out what my kids wanted so I was taking forever. Im sorry ladies! Thank you for your kindness!
The new taco bell on 21883 FM 1314 was great! The staff was awesome! We were the first customers and the staff was so happy to be there. Go check them out! The food was good!
Night shift manager gave great customer service!!! Very pleasant , helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ve been here more than once and she’s the best manager they have had on shift! Thank you for your great customer service, very much appreciated!!
The service was friendly and fast. I ordered all Supreme items meaning they would contain sour cream. They equally spread the sour cream completely across the taco. Normally it ends up in one little spot of the taco. So that's a plus. The restaurant was clean. The food was good. Very fresh. Good location.
I’m pretty sure my tacos could have some vegan meat mixed and I would never know. Wouldn’t doubt if they could vegan up the chicken quesadilla as well. The sauce is what I like anyway. Any meat without seasoning or sauce tastes like cardboard. Let’s not kid ourselves, we are slaughtering far too many animals to supposedly get that PROTEIN FIX. Pretty sure we could all easily cut down on our mass amounts of meat consumption, we just need the fast food restaurants to take some initiative!!!! Should we all not forget a plant based diet is healthier. Let’s make that stuff taste awesome!

I was just there 11/24/2025 at 10:15pm my receipt says cashier Regina, she is wonderful amazing service always so nice and attentive the sweetest person on earth every time I come by she’s there she’s doing an incredible amazing job thank you for making my experience each time so wonderful!
Had a mobile order and everything was done, ready and hot by the time I arrived. No wait in the drive thru.
Gina goes above and beyond. I never come to this location and that's totally going to change based on this visit. She was thoughtful, kind and super sweet to my family. Plus the food was ready in a timely manner and tasted like Taco Bell would be expected to taste like. 110% recommend this location!
Store is clean and the staff is very friendly. I had a test order and they helped me with it exactly how I asked.
For taco Bell and it being a Saturday night it was a hassle free experience. The linewas a little long but it moved fast and the workers were courteous.
For me to offer this 4-star rating it must be knowing that I'm only reading it against other Taco Bells because I for one am not a big fan of Mexican food to begin with however of the Taco Bells that I've eaten at this one did have the fair size portions and the freshest tacos so I'm a level of 1 to 5 as compared to the other Taco Bells I would rate this one a four.
Pretty normal texmex fast food lunch. I do not like the not being able to order in person at the counter. I'm not a huge fan.
Fast friendly kids. If you do an online order and add sauce packs check your bags before you leave 90% of the time they give you no sauce
Food was good and hot. A little light on the steak in the steak taco. Store was ok for appearance and employees were great. Took two times to get my order right.
Fast. Quality. Correct. Clean. Friendly. Only the ladies that make the food can’t speak English. Only speak Spanish but you don’t really have to deal with them. English speaking Cashiers. Don’t arrive after 10. You will wait in line 30 minutes because there are so many people.
I only eat Taco Bell for breakfast and I only wish they'd started breakfast years before they started. It's by far better than the normal fast food spots. Fresh and Hot. I suggest the Steak or Bacon Crunch Wrap
I always use the drive through, and it's always fast and easy! The food is what it is, fast food Mexican food, not authentic Mexican food, but it's definitely good to eat for something fast and easy when you're hungry!
In the past year or so this location has gone from being horrible to one of the better locations in my area. I'm sure this is due to the management team being better at their jobs, but aside from being a little slow they don't in my experience mess up orders and the food is usually done right and taste good
Location has recently been updated and is quite nice. Drive thru is sometimes very busy. When drive thru is crowded the loby is almost always very very fast as no one is inside at these times. Last visit was met with drive thru personnel who was difficult to hear and quite short with me which I took as a little rude but hey the youth today is a bit different then from when I was a kid. Also no Dr pepper
This is not authentic Mexican, save for the nice ladies, but when you want fun tacos like Doritos tacos or double cheese-it tacos, you come here. You can't find those at La Casita, our favorite authentic Mexican restaurant, which has a good Caucasian waitress

This Taco Bell is one of the best. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the few times that my stuff wasnt right There have been very few times that there is an issue with my food. The people are usually always very friendly. They are very punctual as well, I never have to wait long. They definitely out-do the taco bell by hobby lobby.
Good food, good service, and a clean restaurant, but I have a problem with the beefy nacho loaded grillers they are serving. This is the second location I've visited within a week and both served me a beefy nacho griller, but neither of them were anywhere near loaded. Considering I'm paying almost $2 for the "loaded" griller and only $1 for the beefy Frito burrito, I think it's clear something is wrong here.
The young lady at the counter was Awesome .pleasent.and held a conversation well. Need more people like her. Didn't get to get her name she was a fullfigured African American lady. Just sn sll around. Friendly lady.
Who doesn't like a sloppy taco at midnight? This guy here!! Either you get a taco with ingredients all at one end and the other half a rolled tortilla. Or you are always missing food from your bag.

Their staff doesn't listen and aren't very friendly... and the throw away wrong orders... at least give them to homeless people. USE TO LOVE THIS PLACE BUT ITS FADING
I don’t think I’m going to come to this Taco Bell during the remainder of this pandemic. I came in to place an order and was told that I have to use the order kiosks because their computers were down. There was a family that just used the kiosks before me and they said that they were only taking orders through the kiosks. I then told them that I would use the kiosks only if they are sanitized after EVERY customer. He then only after I told him, sanitized the kiosk before I used it. He did not sanitize them after. So I’m not going to be coming here anymore, since they should be turning OFF their order kiosks to prevent the spread of COVID and informing health department they are not following COVID regulations. Also very slow for 5 people in the back. 15min for an order while I’m on a 30min lunch break isn’t the best timing.
The Taco Bell is getting stingy with the toppings. They have moved into the spicy stuff all around to cover up the flavor they use to have. Now everything is spicy. Even the mild stuff is spicy because they cook it all in the same grease with the same utensils so even the mild gets spicy. I do not like spicy.
It'd be nice if I got the correct order. The employees are fast and friendly, but twice in a row I've gotten the wrong order.
The manager assumed I was lying and claimedy my order was correct when in fact I was missing 2 items. After she tried brushing me off a few times, other employees took care of what I was missing. After she finally checked the bag and the order she said they were making my 2 items. Mistakes happen, I understand and don't mind it. However starting the whole conversation with rude statements and assumptions I do mind. Thank you to the 2 employees who took care of the order and for apologizing for the managers behavior when it really should have been the manager voicing the apology.
I hate that you have to order at a kiosk now. What happened to customer service. Price go up and employees go down. Doesnt make sense. Anyway i ordered a steawberry freeze with my meal and made it a ñarge for about a buck more. When they called my number the lady tells me they are out if the strawberry. I didnt want mt dew so i said i guess i will just get a soft drink. Then asked for a large drink cup since i paid extra for the large feeze. She seemed upset that i asked for the large cup cause the cup she handed me was a medium even thou i ordered the large freeze. They said well give me back the other cup first. Ok here is your medium cup back. Dont think u will be going to that location for awhile.
Food is worth the price. But they need to learn how to wrap the food properly. I shouldn't have to assemble the stuff myself when I get home.
Usually this place is on point but they shorted me a couple items on my order and I didn't notice till I got home. Just goes to show you that even with a good track record, i need to check my order.
Love Taco Bell. But rarely ever does this location get our orders right. We have stopped going to this one. Recommend going up the road to 99 or 1485.
I ordered 2 crispy chicken tacos, and there were barely anything in my tacos.
I ordered 3 $5 boxes and got those but forgot to order 2 bean burritos so i got back in the drive thru line and ordered them, paid for them and by the time i got home and checked i noticed that i was given 4 crunchy tacos instead. My littles were not happy
Vanessa was very rude, I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or what, but it’s uncomfortable customer service & I have never witnessed something like that before.
I eat at Taco Bell once every 10-12 years and so I popped in after church one Sunday night and tried some Doritos Tacos and I was presently surprised by the flavor. Only thing I wasn't happy about was that each Taco was very litely filled. So it will be another 10-12 years before I return. One of the 45 or more local Mexican restaurants that we have in this area has much better tacos and less expensive. Watch out Taco Bell new Mexican restaurant owners are crossing the border every day now and soon they will run you out of business!
I've had so many times where they were just plain rude. Had burritos that didn't have barely anything in them. And tonight was the last straw. Attitude was just completely unnecessary. I will be going out my way to a different taco bell here on forward. I don't recommend them at all. If you want skinny burritos and attitudes then this is your place.
Would give ZERO stars…. They messed up our WHOLE order and instead of FIXING it they charged us AGAIN for what was suppose to be stating they “can’t take food back and was going to have to charge us again for the CORRECT food.” I have NEVER HEARD OF CHARGING THE CUSTOMER AGAIN FOR THE CORRECT ORDER MAYBE THE PAYMENT DIFFERENCE BUT NEVER ANOTHER WHOLE MEAL….. We will never be back to this location…..
I walked in and ordered. The entire time I spent here, there was an employee (short female) that sat in the dining room and repeatedly coughed over and over and over and over with no mask on. I'm sure I probably have covid by now. Thanks for the tacos and virus. When employees are sick, they need to stay at home.

Very disappointed in service today. I come here all the time and order the same thing. Now the new manager tells me that I cant have it. I get charged for the extra stuff that i want. Now this new manager Ms. Fairy is what she told me her name was. Now instead of getting my food by my house. In Porter Tx. Taco Bell store on 1314. I have to drive 5 miles to a different location to get my food. 11:30 pm 3/29/2021. Never had a problem before. Now new manager loses Great customer and money. An her service today was very poor. Even after I told her I get this everytime I come. Now you're telling me I can't. Hope she has a great night!
Worst experience in a fast food place I ever had. Not only was my order completly wrong I had flakes of something in my chesse cup. I called to get my order replaced and the lady hung up on me. I was not rude what so ever. I have worked fast food before so I'm aware mistakes happen but no one should pay 25 for food they can't eat and get hung up on when trying to get money back or order replaced. Will never go back.
I came in around 10:45 for that good breakfast Crunchwrap a they said they had no breakfast items. Then when I asked if they could make some she said no. I then ordered to chicken quesadillas an the cheese was cold. Used to work at a tacobell. This is how y’all train y’all’s managers?
Really zero % stars.. I got severe food poison there on Friday, Nov 1. I ordered Nachos Bell grande box, beefy layer burrito, & fiesta potatoes. I started getting nausea 😷😫 and threw up everything 2 minutes after I was finished. I broke out in severe hives all over my face. Cramps over ,my stomach hurts so bad. I call the manager at the store ,after I got through throwing up and everything. She was like what do you want me to do about it. Not a concern are worry in her voice. So I went back up to the store, and finally she gave me a refund. I'm just warning everyone else, please don't eat here. Don't order what I had either. I'm still very bad sick 😷😫.
Not good. Not good at all. Very poor management, for one thing. Dining is open, but the help is too lazy to take your order so they force you to use the kiosk. Then the food is absolutely horrendous. Old taco shells. Poorly put together items. Very little content, and not as ordered. As just one example.. i bought burritos with everything in them and got 99.9% beans. Just a touch of anything else. Just a mess. I will be contacting corporate on Monday.
My order# was 314883 and I ordered 2 steak chalupas but just received 2 ground beef chalupas instead. If it wasnt bad enough that I had to pay extra for steak* they also forgot my cinnamon twists. Hope the management gets back about this. My cashiers name was " Fairy T ". Ordered on 2/28/21 at 9:59 pm.
Had a large order, paid with a 15 dollar taco bell gift card and the rest on debit. Well not only did we didn't not get our sodas! When I look at my bank statement I saw I got charged twice, now looking at the receipts she didn't even use my gift card.
I'm done with this Taco Bell location. The workers always get the orders wrong. They only give two or three napkins for a big order, and no sauce packets even after they ask what kind I want. The Triple Chalupa Box shows three separate Chalupas on the menu with a regular taco and cinnamon twists, and they give me three mini chalupas merged into one. They got me, lol, but never again.
** Another update** I was out of town for my brother's funeral and ordered delivery off the app for my kids that stayed home, it came from the porter location . Once again, my crunchwraps were beef not chicken. I called the location and spoke to Emily. Since door dash did the delivery, I had to call them as well. Once door dash reapproved a reorder, emily called doordash herself for info she needed to get the order remade so my kids could eat dinner. Thank you Emily! **Update** Went in 6/23 to get my crunchwrap. I let the cashier know that I spoke to Gina about replacing an error on an order and my name would be on a book. She got Gina, and she said no problem. Then Irene comes out and asks for my receipt. It was an online order so I showed her on the app, she then tells me it was my fault because I ordered it wrong that I added chicken but didn't remove the beef. I told her no, I did remove the beef and swapped it for chicken with an upcharge. She just wanted to argue with me and I then got annoyed and said are you going to argue with me about this? She went to the back, told thr other girls back there sometime and they laughed. The cashier brough out my order and sarcastically said "have a wonderful day".. this location is losing my business for sure. I guess this location just reopened so there are still issues. My kids love Taco Bell so they placed and order and I picked up. Luckily I went inside and made sure I had everything, which I did not. I was missing 3 items that they had to recount cause I guess they didn't believe me. Then I got home and 2 of the crunch wraps that I ordered and paid an upcharge for with chicken were made with beef. My son doesn't eat beef so trusted it was chicken, he took a bite and swallowed then looked and realized it was beef. He was sick for the rest of the day since his body is not used to beef products! Called the store and was told I could go later in the week and they would make it right. Went back layer in the week and they were closed I think for training. Ugh. They still owe me for 2 chicken crunchwraps.
This taco bell only hires idiots who can't read. If you want your order completely screwed up then you've come to the right place. I haven't had Taco Bell in over 5 years and was craving it. I ordered 4 items and they can't read and get it right. I specifically asked for 9 fire sauces and they gave me 3. This has happened twice in a row through door dash. And the managers act like there is nothing they can do. They just say oh well sucks for you. Stay away from this place.
I can't put into words how much I hate that awful AI voice taking my order in the drive-through, especially when half the screen is broken and isn't confirming my order as it goes. Instant 1 star rating.
I placed our order (which took a minute because menu has changed some, since last I went). Pulled up to window & paid...they handed me drinks & I'm sitting there waiting on food & our change, when after a couple minutes, the girl looked at me & said "can I help you"? I replied ...yes I'm waiting on my food & my change. We sat there a good 20 minutes to discover that NONE OF THE FOOD WAS HOW WE ORDERED IT. We took it inside & they made us wait another 20 minutes to prepare the order right. There was NO APOLOGY OR ANYTHING FROM ANY OF THEM. Needless to say, I won't go back here🤬
I came at 9:30pm ish and my total for my order was $38.52 and I tried to hand Regina a $50 bill and she told me she didn’t have change. It’s $11 and you’re telling me you don’t have change?? She proceeded to tell me I could go somewhere else and get change. Then they gave me cold food when I came back. I’m having a hard time understanding how you can’t give $11 back for change. Very unprofessional, I had to get someone to Cash App me.
pulled into taco bell parked ordered my food ahead of time to go through the drive thru. I tracked it through the app to see when it would be done. Sat there and waited for about 20 to 30 minutes as I seen three other Cars go through the drive-through order their food and get their food so I go to the drive-through after the third car. They had paid for their food and got their food within probably 510 minutes if that pull up to the window and they had just started making my food not to top it off the quesadilla the chicken quesadilla that I got barely had any chicken cheese or sauce on it only half of it. The other half is nothing but tortilla and they didn’t really fully cook it all the way.
Even though it’s still 30 minutes before it closes, they said no to me whatever I want, they said they turned off everything, they keep looking each other’s faces and laughing they think its funny. They should get fired, even if 5 minutes left for service they have to provide service it’s complete nonsense.
While it was clean, the service sucked. The employees giving off dirty looks, not paying attention to the counter and not cooking the food long enough. Not my first time having these issues at this location. Im pregnant. I just wanted some soft tacos and it is hard to disappoint when im hungry, but that was just sad. If I could leave zero stars I would.
worst management at this place. I ordered through the taco bell app & instead of being helpful the manager said she couldn’t help. when i asked her who picked up the order she just said “some lady”. then the 3rd party re submitted my order & spoke with her on the phone & they lied said they didn’t receive my order after already confirming that she had. GINA the manager here has no customer service skills whatsoever. No communication skills. Spend 35-40$ on uber eats for them not to give you half of the order. JUNE 6 10pm
First of all ms Irene the night shift manager was super rude. I asked her just to make the fries fresh she started a whole debate with me about the fries when they were soggy. Then she acted like I didn’t know Spanish wanted to say some slick stuff under her breath. Emily was super sweet and nice and I feel like she would be a great manager and good asset to the company unlike ms rude Irene over here mad over a question
We ordered on line so it can be delivered to me due to being disabled and not having transportation. It was order through taco bell delivery. 20 min later it was picked up and delivered yet no food. We called door dash and referred us to talk to taco bell upon doing so we called the store to question and we were immediately disconnected by the manager. We drove to the restaurant after being able to have a ride and explained our situation to the manager just to be told that next time just come up their and order the food through drive thru instead of online. We were frustrated due to the fact that a 16 dollar order could not be completed as to be replaced. Issue with the manager she should never of suggested us to re order or hung up on us. To make it worse she told us never to come to the location. Glad to take that suggestion thanks.
I went to this location on Sunday to get a couple cheesy double beef burritos, and they gave me really bad food poisoning. Spent the next 40+ hours throwing up, along with really bad diarrhea. Never going here again. I've always questioned their beef before, but I've NEVER gotten any problems this bad! Whoever is in charge of your food safety practices, in the words of Joey Swol: "You need to do better!"
Second day I go for a late snack upset obviously not the same people working both nights unfortunately First day AMAZING! Second I was disappointed less ingredients in the double Chalupa & I paid extra for steak the crunchy tacos you could barely see any of the ground beef(Double chalupa I was starving couldn't take a pic)
