It was my first time there and the employees greeted me and my daughter they were extremely nice explain the menu to us and how to build your own pizzas. They showed us their dessert menu and the pizza was amazing delicious and I definitely would return back to Blaze pizza

Amazing pizza. Fast and super friendly service. I think this is by far the best service I have had from ANY restaurant. I've been there twice so far and they always come by and check to see if everything is ok, they will offer to refill your drink and take your trays when your finished. If this place stays this friendly, this will be my go to for a long time. Mainly because of the service. Blows anything else in the valley that I have tried.

Pizzas here are always really good and today David had great customers service but due to lack of employees the requirements to fast service is not being met and to me that is a managements problem.

I’ll start by saying our pizzas were yummy. Cooked perfectly and the crust was light and crispy. However, i only gave 4 stars because they were out of gluten free crust, garlic pesto sauce, pineapple, and plates. Like HOW are yall out of all those things. Things that I wanted so I had to adjust my entire order. Again, what I got was good but I was disappointed that I couldn’t get my usual. I don’t feel a restaurant should be out of all of those things.. something is wrong there.

Past two times have been the same. Very rude about the whole mask issue and even encouraging people to go to the Habit to get one which is great at advertising for the Habit but making their own company look bad. Then last night when we went they didn’t let us know they were out of a ton of fruit and veggie toppings til we were already at the end. Didn’t have a sign saying they were out and when I recommended they put one out you could tell she couldn’t care less. Horrible customer service. And the time before that they tried to tell us they didn’t have any marinara.. a pizza place with no marinara.. I asked for red sauce that they used for the pizza and the guy said stuff under his breath. All I understood from it was marinara. Like I said.. horrible customer service. Edit: some places have their ups and down. For the most part I’ve liked the food they make. Don’t think I’ve ever met a helpful or friendly worker here but at least the food is good. Expensive for a little pizza but good.

My husband and I were loyal customers and ordered pizza frequently...stopped going more than a year ago...the quality of the pizza was disappointing 😞 We loved the one in Tulare so we would frequently go there when possible, good pizza and good service but they closed this location 😞 The blaze in Visalia is not consistent...so we are eating pizza elsewhere.. We really loved building our own and the quality and service in previous years!

Put a mobile order in today at 7:32 and pickup time was for 7:48 . I went in at 7:40 to wait for my order inside and waited and waited and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt because I thought maybe they’re busy but after waiting 12 minutes after my original pick up time I went up and asked if they had a noble ready for Maria and she grabbed a pizza off a stand in the back and when I revived it, it was already cold. They never placed it in the takeout area where it should have been where I could have seen it to grab it. All the workers saw us come in and take a seat and didn’t even ask us if we were waiting for some thing or if we needed to order.

Starting with the type of staff member put less than a minimum amount of sauce,almost laughable. Typically, a 12-14 inch pizza has 1/2 to 3/4 cup of sauce. This wasn't enough to cover the pizza, much less such a thin layer. With toppings, it wouldn't be noticed. It's not a big deal I requested more... she put a teaspoon more on. Eventually, after repeating ourselves, we got it where it looks like the basic. Turns out we as well as people in front of us requested more of every topping we asked for due to the limited amounts they put on. It got to the point where I told the staff member she didn't need to worry we could afford to put extra to avoid the nonstop hassle of continuously asking for a basic amount. As we scanned over the basic selection of other toppings, one couldn't help notice the lack of quality/freshness of anything available. Including no tomatoes, they were out. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Towards the end of the line, there was a basically empty cooler of drinks in addition to the soda/pop available, but with it being half empty, who knows what they usually fill that cooler area with. When I requested a water I was presented with this little baby cup for my water, assuring I would be going back and forth. That was awesome since 8/10 tables were dirty, so I got to continue walking back and forth, looking at food on the tables. Overall definition can't find much positive in our experience besides the cook time. Pizza places are a dime a dozen, so we can't find a reason to come back. We can only guess they are about to close the doors which would explain unless this is how business is conducted.

The service here has always been good but today we decided to go in and whoever “Nick” is apparently hates their job. We asked about possible birthday rewards as we figured Blaze would be a nice treat and we were met with pure annoyance by this team member and seemed as they couldn’t care less that we were even there.
