I Needed A Lemon And While She Went On This Mission She Tackled A Task That The Manager ( Mike ) Had Given Her Then Returned ASAP Knack To Me With Packets Of Lemon Juice. I was Happy With The Effort These Two Have Given With A Smile And Confidence. Thank You Both For Making Me Feel Spoiled At Whataburger.
“Whata” great experience at my local Whataburger. We tried the new Buffalo Ranch Chicken sandwich meal today and it was everything I was looking for. The buffalo sauce was the right tangy and the ranch dressing complimented the spicy hot level perfectly. As always the fries were hot and fresh. We were attended by Tanya for our order and she was friendly and had a great attitude. She even came by later to check on us at our booth. We will be returning.
Was there this morning and saw some of the regular eating in there favorite spots, Haven't been here in over 2 years but nothing has changed from the service, clean tables and the locals having a good time meeting up. If you're lucky you will see the guys with the model As cars show up early in the am

I special order my #12 spicy chicken sandwich with a substitution of sweet & spicy sauce for the mayonnaise. Delete the pickles for that leads the taste buds in a different direction. Add a couple of slices of bacon. That creates a whole new experience. The Springdale, AR manager and I did a lot of experimenting with my orders. I was in Springdale for a couple of months on a construction job. 3 Whataburger meals a day for a couple of months will encourage one to do a lot of experimenting. Whataburger, from my 32 years on the road, is by far the best restaurant.
I come to this location on my way to work some days. I’ve had the privilege of coming thru the drive thru and Zachariah taking my order. He is such a pleasant, professional, and polite young man. Good customer service has been so far few and in between. I just have to say keep him in the mornings working the drive thru please. lol. I can’t handle the rude, tired, and unprofessional workers when I’m spending my money. It’s a few Whataburger I have vowed not to go to because their workers are rude and unfriendly.
The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The service was great. This Whataburger was very clean and well maintained.
Sofia up front was extremely helpful. She seemed new but very excited to be here

We stopped by on a road trip. As usual our custom burgers, fries and onion rings were perfect. Bathroom was super clean but interesting that you needed a code to open the door. That probably helped to keep it clean. If we run down the road again, we'll stop in.

Food is always great, but if you go at night, be prepared to wait..... it's ALWAYS packed. If there's more than 3 cars in line, it will most likely be a 1-15 min wait. 😬 I still love the food, but I hate the wait.

I came here a lot throughout my college days, paid a visit since I was in the area and everything remains the same. Food has always been fresh and quick for me, and I appreciate the food's presentation. Other Whataburgers will leave your burger kinda sad looking, not the case here. Minor detail but still important I feel. Lobby is always clean and stocked. I'd come here all the time but it's 40 mins from my house 😔

Yes, you will wait long if it's busy. It's fresh food and they get multiple orders at once. Anyhow, this is a great whataburger location with serious attention to food making and customer service. Two thumbs up.
The overnight crew at this location is awesome. They were more than accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that our order was perfect. Regretfully, I didn't get any of their names, but we were there in the very early morning of July 14th. Kudos to the crew and extra kudos to the parents that raised such wonderful people...
Was the food, tasty, efficiently, prepared, as always? Of course. However, I was taking aback by how cheerful the young lady that took my order was. Then, the person that brought my order to me was also very nice. Finally, the staff in the back had a pleasant laugh together something like a family birthday party. The whole experience had a positive impact on my day! Good job team! Good job leadership!
I was craving a breakfast on a bun my all time favorite since I was a child. I have been making breakfast sandwiches at home but it’s not the same. I came to this location after working night shift (that why the dining area looks empty)but the drive-through was busy, there was no one at the cash register while I walk in but as soon I stood at the cashier employee was ready to take my order, my food was made quickly it satisfied my craving, you can downloaded the Whataburger app to receive points with your purchase

Came to have dinner here on 7/28/24 after Goldin Chic employees were having a rumble inside the store. This whataburger was night and day different. The property was so well run, and the female manager on duty was on it. All employees were cleaning, getting orders out servicing guests. My food was also on point.
It might have been just a bad night , who knows but they were super slow. Waited in the drive thru for 30 mins 😩. Food was semi cold, fries were not fresh. I love whataburger but not this one. Sorry folks you have to do better .
Have tried the cinnamon rolls on 3 different visits. 2 of the 3 the rolls tasted like they were made yesterday and were not heated properly when served. The fact 1 of the 3 times the roll tasted fresh and was heated properly, indicates a training issue.
Fries lukewarm😕 Took more than 10 minutes to receive my order. Young Lady can't out with my order and she did not have on a yellow safety vest.
I stopped for breakfast, the place wasn't busy, inside. Ordered the scrambled egg bowl, with sausage, and the gravy on the side. What they brought was gravy glopoed on everything, except for the sausage on the side. Had to wait for replacement. I npticed a note on the order slip: no condiments. Does that mean none ordered, or that I can't get any? I like ketsup with my scrambled eggs. These were not that great; I suspect they were poured from a carton, not fresg-cracked. The bowl is a horrible idea, a platter or plate is much better. I don't like to have to dig. This is my last order of that; maybe my last visit here.
Most of the service was horrible but there was one young lady in there that smiled and did everything she came to make you happy
It's not only this location, this is just the latest occurrence. They should change the name to Water Burger. By the time I was done I had a puddle of water on my tray from the lettuce and tomato. The bun was so saturated I threw it away and just ate the meat.
Food was cold both the burger and the fries. Service was fine just the food ot so good.
Upon our arrival, several young adults were congregating in the parking lot. On this evening, the atmosphere resembled that of a club rather than a restaurant, and upon entry, our order was completely erroneous. Please do not misconstrue my intentions. Despite Whataburger being an excellent establishment with delectable food, it did not meet expectations this evening. The dual drive-through had one lane closed without a cone to indicate it, causing vehicles to queue only to find it unusable and forcing them to enter the premises.
This experience was not good due to it took 30+ minutes to get our order via drive thru. They seemed under staffed because the person taking cash payments at the window was making drinks and bringing orders to waiting cars at the same time. Our chicken sandwiches tasted like old grease or they had a weird taste to them and we did not eat them once home.
Worst waterburger. 5am and 2 people in the drive and it took them 30 minutes to get my food. Quality/expectations of employees have really gone down
Food is good. The only issue is don’t try to eat here if you have to be anywhere anytime soon. Plan at least 2-3 hours to eat here. I ordered through the app, as usually it’s the best way to get your order right. While I was waiting for my order, for 30 minutes. Several orders were given out in the drive thru. 10 minutes after I was given my drink, I asked about my order I was told that they were short handed and it was almost ready. 20 minutes later when i realized I was late for work and requested a refund or my food immediately I was told they were waiting on hashbrowns, I said I don’t need them took what food they had ready and left. The food was cold, so it had been ready for a while. I won’t be returning to this location.
Food is great but drive through takes 10+ mins. This is the third time I ordered extra side hash browns (and get charged for it) with my meal. But I only get one side of browns.

I mean why is this considered fast food in the drive thru 10 minutes and noone has moved. Do better i could have made breakfast at home before I left if I knew I was going to be waiting 20 minutes for one measly breakfast sandwich..
30 mins in a drive-thru lane for a salad and coke. And get the order wrong. Absolutely ridiculous. Drive-thrus are supposed to be efficient and quick. Not at this place....and it was actually 45 mins total. Not exaggerating
What are they doing? This is my second time coming to this location. And its my second time wanting to tell them cancel my order, refund my money, and piss off. Slower than any place I have ever been. If you want to wait fifteen to twenty minutes for a #6 combo with no special instructions this is your place. If you want to have to ask for the cup that comes with your meal have we got a place for you. Maybe if they put even 1% effort into doing their jobs. I wouldnt have witnessed two cars before me drive off after being stuck in the drive through lane for twenty minutes. Corporate needs to watch this place because its a joke. Come around 9PM and get stuck here for life.
Today I bought 3 orders and they told me that they did not have bread that they would give me my order with tortillas I told them it was fine. When I got home I checked my order and they never gave me the tortillas. and they charged me everything at the same price as a normal burger. I think it is not a pleasure that they charge you so much for an order that does not have bread or tortillas I called the store to tell them about my order and it turns out that nobody request or say something about getting tortillas. Before I place my order a young lady came out to tell all the cars on the line that they had no bread and that the hamburgers were going to be found with tortilla. When I asked for the order, they told me the same thing again. and the one who answered the call told me that they never said anything about tortillas. It is not a pleasure that they want to take advantage of clients, and especially if you live far from the store in that way and practically say that we are liars.
I went through the drive-thru. They take my order at 4:17. Recieved my order at 4:31. I asked for cheese ? Do you see cheese on this burger. I ask for crispy onion rings. Do they look crispy to you? Wait get this, i get to work i start to enjoy so i thought i was going to enjoy my meal... No cheese , onion rings not crispy. I call and told them , all they said was come back up there and they would fix it . What i already spent 24 minutes waiting for them to cook my meal and they want me to come back up there so they can try to fix it. So if yall want to have a very bad experience please stop on by.

Traveling out of town and picked up breakfast at 7am. Got the breakfast bowl. With coffee. The biscuit was hard. Tasted like days old. The coffee was cold n bitter. It was probably previous day leftovers. Ugh so disappointing.

Horrible customer service experience. Ordered a small shake and the lady comes out to my car to ask me what my order was after 10 mins waiting for someone to get my money. I asked her how much, so she tells me I should know the price and holds out her hand for money. Mind you I do not work for the company, she then tells me I should of gotten in the other lane , and I tell her that there is no way for me to get in the other lane when your establishment has separation cones for the lanes. So why offer a second lane to be open. Close it down if you can’t handle multiple lanes. So I tell her there are bumps in the road back there so she tells me well I’m not a car. But you work at this establishment and should know what it looks like.
I witnessed the most disgusting work ethics known to man. An employee was restocking ice in the ice machine. When she left to get more ice, a customer was getting soda and some of his soda wasted into the ice from his already used cup. I told the employee what happened and I suggested that she dump out the contaminated ice. She then proceeds to fill the ice machine up after I showed her the spilled soda. 🤔 I told the manager, but that went nowhere. After I received my food, I checked it and my fries were cold, my meat patties looked dried out and the buns on the burger were not bunning. I simply got my refund and left the premises. I WILL NOT go back to this location ever again.
There is no reason why the wait time is this long. It’s literally 3 of us in line and I’ve been sitting still for almost 30 minutes. The inside is EMPTY, so I just don’t understand. Corporate definitely needs to be called!
Waited over 40 min for food. Was not fresh. No team work among the staff and they didn't care how long you waited or how many orders they were behind on. We got food that we didn't even ask for and when telling them our order was wrong, we still didn't even get it. Out of all the locations, I'm done with just about 4 that I really care less to even at Whataburger at this point.
I came in for lunch and as I was waiting for my order (which took forever) My eyes were on the manager, manager Jerry- He seemed to be an arrogant person. Someone who uses micromanaging and barking orders to the employees ( I saw them just sink within when he spome to them) He was disrespectful to one of the sweet employees, treated her like she was below him (She deserves to work somewhere that she is valued) He also plays favorites to others.. So sad!
They forgot the fries to my combo and I had to go all the way back and I asked them to make the order fresh and they just refried the same tenders that I brought back to be replaced. They aren't even edible and now they won't answer the phone. I will be calling corporate. This is unacceptable when they could have easily dropped some fresh tenders for inconvenience.
Walked in at 4:50am. Girl at front counter was more worried about flipping fries than my order. Looked at me and never acknowledged. 5 min later she asked can she help. She then told me they didn't have any coffee made. I'm like then make some it's almost5am what do you think people are drinking if they come in..lol.. horrible. I never got food or coffee because she said a 2nd time we don't have any made.
Spent over 20 minutes in the drive through line on a a Sunday morning at 6am with 3 cars in front of us. I ordered a a sausage biscuit but was charged for a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese because there was no other option. Sausage was dry and having to pay for the egg and cheese I did want was an issue. Sadly I would have been better off ordering Jack in the Box 99cent breakfast sandwich. Not sure what has happened to Whataburger over past couple of years but the service and quality has gone down hill since they sold not just at this location.
Food is good however we were left with only half out order and we asked if everything was in there and they said yes. Payed for something we didn't even receive

This is possibly the worst Whataburger location, at least in the metroplex. Staff are consistently rude and unprofessional, orders are almost always wrong in some way, and they are so SLOW. Which, if the orders were right, being slow could be forgivable, but not only is this location SLOW, your order probably won't be right for your troubles. I usually choose to drive out of my way to the further Whataburger location on Little Rd just to avoid the Forest Hill location. Whoever was working the window around 3am 2/23/25 needs a serious attitude adjustment.
30 almost 40 minute wait..like always. Get home, to no condiments(asked for spicy ketchup specifically). Also. Asked for and Charged for gravy, on 3 chicken strip boxes and no gravy. To top it off our fries were cold. Not warm. Cold. Save your money or just don’t visit this location. You want good whataburger. Make the drive to the one on west berry or Hemphill.
This location should be shut down. The staff is incredibly rude and the wait time was ridiculous. While waiting in one of the two lines with only 2 cars in front of me I witnessed 9 other cars from the other lane be served before I was even able to pay. None of the other line referred to was inline before we were. Service and attitude from employees is completely unacceptable had I not been locked in the drive through line I would have left 15 min to a 40 min wait. Absolutely awful.
The lady Manager got mad at me for trying to get ice and yelled at me saying there’s no ice! I could of yelled back “ then do your job and put ice in the machine “ definitely shouldn’t be managing with such a disgusting attitude.

These neeps are BOLD 😭 I came one night, literally waited over 10min for my order just to get fries and bread..? I just got my refund bc she asked me if I wanted to check my order and I said no bc I don’t like being that type of person to trip. But after I seen that I’m like she knew good and well so that’s on me. A few days later I get off work (I shouldn’t have to go out of my route just for good service, if you don’t like working, don’t come SIMPLE!) so I tried again. I waited about 5-7 min then they told me to pull up and they’ll bring it…..they forget my whole pancakes and I know she knew g. I hate generalizing but atp why hire young people? They take it as a joke and making it harder on themselves by going out their way to be rude and wonder why nobody wants to pay them(i mean thats not why but the TERRIBLE service doesn’t help).
Received two calls from two different DoorDashers trying to get pick up my order, saying the store was refusing to give them my food and that the employees were being rude and didn't want to argue with them. The store was supposedly saying the order was already picked up. Not sure how that would be possible, as multiple Dashers were assigned to pick it up and were all refused my order. Not my fault they gave my order to the wrong person, but now I'm on here writing a review at 1am instead of eating.

Never! a Whataburger has disappointed me to piss me off,this 1 did smh I waited 20 minutes for my food through outside drive thru and seen many people get there food smh.
My girlfriend and I ordered curbside pick up, we made the order about 1-2 minutes before we walked out of our front door to go pick it up with the whataburger app saying it would take approximately 6-9minutes. Chyanne was very kind and friendly, she brought us our food with a smile. We arrived home and started eating with MUCH disappointment. Our food was cold, and soggy like it had been sitting there for hours. The only thing in the entire order that wasn’t a waste of hard earned money and deserved to go straight to the trash was the drinks. Dear Whataburger corporate office, if you want to be better than McDonalds, make your food fresh as the order comes in, the speed of the order is NOT as important as the quality. While you’re at it, fix your regulations that you DONT want screenshots of released to the public because it would show your corruption.
The white girl with glasses that was bringing out the food to the car because they were making everyone from drive thru pull up and park. Had a nasty attitude I ordered a malt shake and I got a regular milkshake. I asked her if she can give me a malt shake because she gave me a regular milkshake she said no cause I had a straw and drank out of it. Well how do you think I found out it wasn't a malt shake ? Very disrespectful and will not return ever.
The owner of this restaurant really should consider paying someone from In-n- Out burgers to teach his/her team of young employees what true customer service is and how to manage orders in a professional manner. The team preparing the food in the back was busy while the team in the front are basically just standing not knowing where to help. My friend and I ordered food, I got my food and my friend didn’t until I went to ask for my friend’s food the young ladies at the front didn’t even know that her food was to dine in. Imagine sitting with a group of friends or family and only you get your order and by the time your friends and family get theirs yours went cold. The staff has so much potential just they weren’t taught how to manage in a busy atmosphere. Any how never going back to this place since I didn’t enjoy my experience.
Waited in curbside pick up for 15 minutes before I just went inside where my order was sitting on the shelf and is now cold. Dont worry though the workers were too busy talking to offer any help. Place was empty and a worker looked at the 3 cars waiting in curbside. Other curbside customers just went inside as well
100% awful. Waited 40+ minutes for my food. Left my hotel at 10:45 didn't get back till 11:35 and it's 2 minutes from the Hampton. Food was NOT fresh. Can taste it's over an hr old fries and burgers was absolutely cold by the time I got my order. Mind you I ordered through the app ahead of time at 10:40. I'm born and raised here and took my husband here to try it for the first time and this was our experience. Plus this was vacation. We didn't even touch the burgers after trying the fries. We ordered Jack in the box instead. Highly suggest ANY OTHER burger joint than this.
Count your change! This is the 3rd time I have been shorted on my change at this location. They look at me like it's just 5 cents or a couple pennies and then say we are out of pennies. For real? Nah, didn't want to count them out or something else.... If they are shorting me I promise they are shorting you also. Also, bet they wont let you short them on payment.
I work night shift so I go on my lunch break sometimes at 3am. I have mad respect for anyone who works the night shift but these people have terrible service. Waited in the drive thru for Literally 25min with 1 car ahead of me. When I pulled up the woman in the window doesn't open it for another 4min-ish. She finally opens the window and I reach my hand out with my Card and she ask "what was your order?" It's me and 1 car behind me and you don't even know my order. I wasn't going to wait another 30min, it already cost my entire lunch break and didn't feel like critiquing them so I just drove off and said "never-mind, I don't want it."
The service here is terrible and management is no help at all. I've waited 20 minutes for curbside orders where I've had to go in and ask where my order is, and they tell me my order isn't on the video board. Then, they find it sitting on a low shelf. Have to remake it bc it's completely cold now. And what was supposed to be a quick stop for fast food becomes a 30-minute ordeal. But when they have their stuff flowing right, it's a great location. UPDATE: Just went here after not going for 2 months bc their service had gotten really bad and then they were renovating the location. But no big surprise, nothing has changed with the service. Ordered a patty melt at 11:25a for curbside pick up between 11:35a and 11:40a. Pulled into space 4 at 11:35a and checked in. Proceeded to sit there for 15 minutes before i finally decided to go in and ask where my food was. As you can see from the picture, the only orders on their expo screen were for me and 1 other person out there at curbside. When the employee told the manager about my order he didn't even look up at the expo screen, just asked what it was and told them to tell me that they didn't have any Texas toast. I told them i don't care what kind of bread it is that i had 5 minutes left in my lunch break and needed to get back to work. It took them another 5 minutes to make the food that they had apparently never started in the 17 minutes i had been waiting. I wont be going back to this locations now. I can see his is just how they do things here at this point.
Came to the drive thru. Ordered my meal. Had to be moved to a numbered spot. After waiting 10 mins I got my food and I left. I realized the fries were not there. Had to return. Upon arrival not even an apology or offer to up size the fries for the inconvenience and fries were tossed in. Got back to eat and the burger had tomato’s after I said no. And they forgot the ketchup. Not happy at all. This has been the 3 time I’ve visited this place. Always errors.
