Like every year, for the Moto Guzzi rally in Mandello, we pass through Valsassina, and a stop here is a must. The very kind owner, on our return in the afternoon (we had also stopped for breakfast that morning), offered us coffee. Truly brilliant.

"Brioche pistachio me amor" Bar where we had breakfast on Friday and Sunday. The barista was just as welcoming to us, French tourists, as to the locals. We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent cappuccinos and the chocolate brioches, or my favorites, the pistachio cream ones. Very affordable prices. If you're ever in Primaluna, don't hesitate to say hello from us 😊

A very friendly welcome awaits you at this village bistro, frequented by locals. It's ideal for breakfast if you're a tourist passing through Primaluna. The interior is typical, with built-in wooden furniture, a bar serving as both a table and suspended benches. There's a slot machine, newspapers, and the waitress's smile suggests she might also be the owner, given her dedication. The prices are unbeatable compared to other tourist spots on the shores of Lake Como.

An excellent bar: well-furnished with benches inside. A lovely courtyard with tables along the provincial road. The staff is truly friendly. It overlooks the northern Grigna, the legendary Parete Fasana. Enjoy a beer or coffee, and a chat; it's worth stopping here while traveling through Valsassina... and not just for Moto Guzzi enthusiasts :-)

I always love returning here. The owner (whose name I can't remember, and I apologize) is a very friendly person. We chatted about beers; the last one I tried was a Valtellina IPA, recommended by him, which I really enjoyed. A tough one for me, a Guinness lover 🙂, but it was a real treat for the palate 🍻 17.08.24 YAY! Today, I was very surprised to enjoy a Guinness served especially to accompany a delicious piadina.
