Excelente servicio, me gustó mucho el trato del asesor gastronomico Raúl muy servicial y amable pendiente en todo momento y el lugar brinda un lugar excelente y la música y el ambiente son adecuados tanto para amigos como para una familia.

Muy buen servicio, la comida esta rica, pedimos la promoción de 2x1 en pasta con pollo y otra con camarones y le gustó mucho a mi hija, también el ceviche de camarón estuvo delicioso, lo recomiendo para comer en la tarde y esperar el atardecer. La atención de los meseros muy amable. Cristian nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones y nos atendió muy bien.

No tome foto al inicio pero pedimos Arrachera que estaba muy buena termino 3/4, la bebidas también muy ricas, un filete de pescado también el plato estaba muy considerado y un platillo infantil 1.

Nos recomendaron el lugar pero la verdad deja mucho que desear, las porciones son pequeñas por el precio, a uno de nuestros acompañantes le tocó un pulpo muy duro, había promoción de cerveza 2x1 y cuando pedimos nos dieron las 2 al mismo tiempo como si te apresuran a consumir luego pedí una segunda ronda y nos dijeron que ya no había de la cerveza de promoción. Lo más rescatable es que el mesero fue atento y amable, baños limpios.

La comida es muy buena, l hay promoción de 2x1 en algunas bebidas, aceptan tarjeta y los precios son razonables. Muy recomendable.

Pedí unos camarones al coco y estuvieron súper ricos✨ El ambiente súper relajado para platicar y el mesero muy amable, platillos rápidos ❤️ Nos recomendaron los camarones con queso crema y estuvieron súper ricos y bien servidos y un molcajete 10/10 el sabor. De entrada pedimos un guacamole con pulpo frito y a todos nos encanto 🍃 Sin duda regresaremos

Had lunch here. Tables by the front have a good view out to the malecon and beyond. My spouse and I shared an order of ceviche and guacamole with chips, with a couple of beers. Food was great and server was very good. I would recommend.

Excellent traditional Mexican food. We chose this place because the clientele was all locals, no tourists even though it was on the Melancon. We had molcajete, 3 different kinds, and they were all delicious!

Great place for ex pats to catch sports- they only have one tv but our server Raoul was very accommodating in getting the Patriots game on for us. Great drink specials and you have to try the ceviche de camarón y la pechuga de pollo!

Best place you’ll find in Progreso. The drinks here are amazing and ask about the food because for sure you’ll be surprised. The staff here is so friendly and of course the beach is fantastic. A must stop at for Progreso!

Restaurant Altaviela in Progreso pleasantly surprised us. Of all the places I’ve eaten at, it has the best service. Mr. Alejandro took great care of us, making our overall experience truly exceptional. For our meal, we ordered chicken pasta and stuffed shrimp—both dishes were perfectly seasoned. We definitely recommend visiting this place.

The best dinner I’ve had on the beach all week. Bacon wrapped shrimp with mushrooms were very flavorful. Even without the sauces which made it even better. Chips are the best . Drink good and service was good.

At First, the waiter seemed to have an attitude and not much enthusiasm, but perhaps he was tired. I order a Margarita, to start. To my huge disappointment it had more sugar than I would need for a life time. I made a trip to the bar and returned the drink to order a natural Margarita. This time it was excellent…., Guacamole, with Prawns, Seafood Soup, Octopus, Flan and Coffee, we’re all excellent, but the Octopus was amazing. Quedé gratamente sorprendido, muy buenos platillos, su buena cocina, porciones bien y suficiente, y su promoción de pescado empanizado super bien servido, ambiente agradable. Si buscas comer rico y cómodo es tu lugar a elegir. Porciento tiene segunda planta y una vista bellísima. El flan napolitano super rico.

Determinada Coctelería 2x1, si se consume alimentos. Trago bien servido, probé margaritas de mango, gran sabor. De platos probé camarones con queso y tocino, acompañado de arroz y vegetales asados muy bien presentado y muy rico. Buena atención del mesero. Buena relación precio-calidad, sobre el malecón frente al mar. Recomendable!

Service was good. Food was mediocre - kind of plain and bland. Drinks were too sweet. Bathrooms weren’t clean. No air flow in restaurant. Just kind of a disappointing evening.

Had to order extra tequila as the marg was weak and a little too sour, but pretty and blended nice otherwise. The coconut shrimp was a great idea but missing the details on the flavor/salt mango sauce and batter was a little bit soggy but we still were able to enjoy it enough as we were sharing dishes. Still an ok choice for late night options.

I was extremely disappointed. The only good thing about my meal was the Michalada. My fried fish tasted like funnel cake batter. My coconut shrimp tasted frozen with spiced up canned mango that tasted nothing like mango. I am beginning to think from the previous reviews that either they had no taste or there was a different chef? And when their card reader wouldn’t work we ended up with a 15 % exchange rate instead of 19%. It felt like a bad switch and bate. Oh and I was sick all night after eating here, the last day of my trip and I did not drink the water. I would never eat here again.

I visited about two weeks ago, and unfortunately, it was one of the most flavorless meals I've had recently. The fish was very dry, the sauce lacked taste, and the rice was overcooked. The pina coladas were decent, though. However, at the end of the meal, they approached us asking for a review in exchange for a free cocktail, which felt manipulative and disappointing.

Incompetent managers and staff except the big scary waiter who is really nice. They will double charge your card after serving you frozen food and then demanding a tip. Avoid this hole. Avoid this town .

The location was the only good thing. The first guy who greeted us was very kind however the rest of the staff were making jokes about us. We took a promotion of one ceviche and two beers the ceviche was flavourless. Good knows if they washed at least the vegetables as the nachos were reheated, black and with a lot of old oil, seems like they did not change the oil in ages. I kindly requested to change them and they brought them exactly the same. The sauce bottles were all dirty as you can see in the pictures. No wonder why the place is completely empty. Never again!!!!!
