It depends on the day and the staff for service. I've been during the week and the service is good, but on Saturday nights, it takes ages to take your order, especially if you're outside, and they don't even notice you. It's a chain restaurant, and I like the brand in general, but they should improve the service! Quiet atmosphere.

The people at CFE are very rude and treat you like they're doing you a favor, when it's just part of their job. And I work in customer service, and with half the way they treat you, I'd already be unemployed.

Honestly, the last time I went I left very disappointed. There was no service; I had to go and ask for the menu, I had to go and get napkins and ask for sugar. Only once, all afternoon, did they come up to bring us what I had to go down and ask for, and they didn't even come to our table for the bill. Very bad.

To begin with, when I arrived, they stared at us like we were some kind of freak. When they finally decided to serve us, they left the menu on the table and didn't even clean it, even though it was dirty. Ten minutes passed and no one took our order. What's more, the two employees hadn't even looked behind the counter for quite a while; they were off doing who knows what. In the end, seeing that they weren't going to serve us, we went to have breakfast somewhere else. I won't be back.

They never answer the phone. I try to call them on a number they gave me, but they don't answer. If it were up to me, I'd order every day. But Rappi doesn't let me choose the type of milk, and I'm allergic to whole milk. I told them, and they told me that even they didn't know why Rappi wouldn't let me choose the milk or syrups. I've lost my money three times because I texted them asking for coconut milk, and I pay the driver, and they give me the plane. No way, I'll stay if I hate eco. Terrible service from the moment you walk in; there's no one to greet you! The young man (Carlos) serves us very rudely, denying me access to the upper floor, and once inside, he made me change tables just because the table wasn't the number of people indicated! What a shame I didn't get to try their coffee; I preferred to go back to my old café!
