What terrible service! The employees are giving you dirty looks. They don't give us free food, we buy it. If they don't know how to provide customer service, don't hire them.

The service is terrible, they're doing you the favor of serving you. I bought a Cuban torta, and when they delivered it, it looked like it was from the Chavo del 8. They say we should support local businesses, but with this, I'd better think twice before... I don't recommend it at all.

Finding worms in the food was disgusting. Upon receiving the food, the lack of hygiene and freshness was immediately apparent. The staff's service was just as poor as the food itself. It was a regrettable and unpleasant experience, but equally regrettable to find something like this in a prestigious shopping center like Angelópolis, which boasts of being the best in Puebla. Is this how the food vendors inspect their stalls at the mall? As the mall's own security supervisor personally stated, "they are not responsible for what happens inside the establishments, and providing a health certificate is more than enough." They have no sense of urgency regarding what happened, no interest whatsoever in an event of this kind, and it's not indignation, it's something much more fundamental: the hygiene and health of consumers. It's unbelievable that even after reporting the incident, they did absolutely nothing to stop the REAL DEL PASTOR establishment from selling its disgusting food. The reaction of those responsible for working at the mall was truly appalling. It's a shame I'll never eat with confidence at that shopping center again.

Terrible place, please do not eat there. I found a WORM in my tacos at the ANGELOPOLIS location and when I complained about what happened, the employee got angry and did not want to refund the purchase even with the evidence. Due to the climax of what happened, I did not take any photos. In addition, the food is not good, nothing tastes fresh, the tortillas and bolillo are hard, the toppings are also outdated, and the plaza supervisor was indifferent to the problem. I expected more support from her. It was a traumatic experience.

I ordered a specialty called Real de Arrachera. Given the price, I assumed it would be a full meal, but I was sorely disappointed to receive a tray piled high with nopales, bland meat, stale onions, soggy tortillas, and a lifeless horchata. The service is terrible and the quality is very low. I'll never eat here again.
