We went to sushi night on a Tuesday and it was amazing! I love this deal, and although it took a while to serve us this time, it was fine because it was packed. If you want to go to this deal, I recommend going early. I didn't really love the sashimi, but the rolls and bowls were 10/10.

Exquisite dishes, highly recommended!! I think they need a few more servers because when it's busy the service is inefficient. The preparation of the dishes is perfect!

Everything was excellent! The food was delicious and arrived very quickly (even though it was busy). Our waiter, Jesús, was always very friendly and attentive. Plus, the place is beautiful and well-located. I definitely recommend coming here! 🙌🏼

Good service, food at the right temperature, delicious, and varied, including sushi, ramen, and vegetable dishes. The mixed teppanyaki was delicious. The ramen broth was delicious. The drinks of the day were super fresh. I really liked the place, the staff were always attentive, and the atmosphere was very calm and harmonious. I definitely recommend it. The wide variety of sushi was excellent. I recommend listening to the drinks of the day; they're good.

It's a must-see place to visit or experience. I discovered them in Mexico City, and they've become my favorites. I saw on their website that some locations already have vegan options, and that excited me greatly, but they don't yet have them in Puebla. Stop by; it's well worth it. The restaurant has a terrace with plenty of space, and the staff is incredibly attentive.

Delicious! The presentation was incredible, the flavor fresh and harmonious. I'm not usually a seafood eater, but everything on the menu looked tempting—a wide variety of rolls, yakimeshi, cones, yakisoba, and more. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back more often. The service is very friendly and fast during reasonable hours. The prices are fair for what you get per serving, the service, the flavor, and the modern yet elegant setting. I loved it!

Delicious and top-notch service. We've been twice, and the service is excellent, but the food is even better. They have an extensive menu, and the portions are perfect. Order as you like, as the portions are generous.

The food is good, I won't deny it. But for the price, for example, you expect a better portion at a yakimeshi restaurant. It took them about half an hour to bring the first course and the drinks (we ordered one rice dish and two rolls). My companion started eating, and after 40 minutes (he had already finished his dish), they finally brought the rest, so one of us just stood there watching the other eat for another 40 minutes. With the rolls already on the table, we ordered another drink, which they didn't bring until we asked for the bill. The place doesn't have the best atmosphere; it's very crowded, and the waiters aren't very friendly. I went to the restroom to wash my hands, and it was dirty. That really ruins the experience and the "good taste in your mouth."

It took 20-30 minutes to bring the food, and they delivered it to a table that had arrived and ordered after us. The Saturn Ball was very good, but the spicy ramen was very disappointing. It wasn't spicy and didn't taste very good. The service was slow, it took 10 minutes to bring drinks, and the waiter didn't appreciate my 10% tip. The San Ángel location is a thousand times better.

La comida es excelente y muy rica y el lugar está muy bien ubicado. Pero desde hace un mes entró un mesero que nunca nos quiere atender. La primera vez dejó pasar una hora hasta que le hablamos a la supervisora y de ahí siempre que vamos y nos toca el como Mesero le pide a otro que nos atienda.Ojo siempre vamos y normalmente nos pedimos rollos o ramen, hoy fuimos a las 9:40 y nos dijo que ya iban a cerrar y de propina dejamos desde el 15 hasta el 25 % depende del servicio del mesero.

It was good until today, when I waited over 40 minutes for my order while the table next to us received their rolls just 15 minutes after placing their order. The worst part was the waiter's rude attitude when we asked about our order. We were completely ignored! I left without dinner, very upset, extremely disappointed, and determined never to return.

They took far too long to bring our order. Another table arrived after us, they ate, paid, and still our food hadn't arrived. We ordered two drinks and two rolls. The rolls were incredibly bland, the rice was cold as if it had been taken from the refrigerator, and we had to drench them in soy sauce just to make them taste somewhat good. Although the staff was friendly, it was very disappointing.
