Like others we chose this place based on David Chang’s Ugly Delicious episode. The tacos Árabes were incredible. The meat was juicy, tender and flavorful. This place exceeded my expectations and the hype.

Once I came to learn about the Lebanese influence in Puebla, I ran directly to Tacos Árabes to taste how the authenticity of flavors started. Through some previous research, I had read to order both the tacos and meat by the pound - which was absolutely necessary in order to get the full experience. We started with the Tacos de Carne Arabe which comes on a naan bread. The meat was tender and all I did was add one of the three delicious (and spicy) sauces on it before I inhaled it. We got a kilo of Carne Arabe AND Pastor - there were four of us so we anticipated finishing this off. If we had not each had a taco already, we may have accomplished our goal. It was sad to leave a bit left, but we did stuff ourselves the best we could. I could not decide which meat I enjoyed better, they were both flavored with spices from the trompo and very tender. When you order by the kilo, it is accompanied with corn tortillas, naan bread, cilantro, onions, pineapple and limes to make your own taco. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Tried this spot for tacos al arabes and al pastor. I did not enjoy the al arabes and found it flat and dry. Al pastor was solid. Glad I tried it but wouldn’t go back nor recommend.

We had to eat here because it is the original, but we actually had better Arab tacos at a nearby hole in the wall place. Great service though and good prices. Portions are huge. Salsas are good especially the peanut one.

Very good taco joint. LARGE TACOS ARABE! I had one for $25. Only thing missing are slices of avocado and chopped onion and cilantro. Pickled onions would be a bonus. My wife had ChocoFlan. I had a small nibble. Very tasty. Cheesecake light!!!

Really good place to try original Tacos Arabes, price is extremely cheap and the tacos are reaaally good. I would recommend taco Bagdad with jocoque and maybe a Torta. The downside is the music and tables, that's why I gave it 4 stars.

The meat was extremely dry and tasted old. Not a good option for tacos árabes, there's better places were taste was much better.

Quite disappointed with the tacos here. Reviews led me to believe that this was THE place for tacos árabes in the city so I was expecting a lot. The meat was not freshly cut from the spit and was not juicy, but on the dry side. It came with no condiments like onion or vegetables and the salsas were overwhelming. I'm hoping to have better luck with other places in the city...
