Had an amazing snorkeling experience was able to see so much a sea turtle, sting ray and the pyramid fish were my favorite. Also got some photos, video and a snorkel as souvenirs. Highly recommend!

Great adventure. Abril curated a great set of cenotes for us to visit. One better than the next. Super chill and we could go at our own pace. She was very attentive with taking pictures for us while we swam and explored. If you don’t have a car or don’t want to ride around looking for the best cenotes this is the tour for you.

Brilliant morning out at the Cenotes, worth every penny with private access arranged and 4 very different cenotes to explore. We had places to our selves and the experience was magical. Abril was great fun and listened to what we wanted from the trip. If you want to see the cenotes but not the tourists give them a message. They are fantastic and we’ve also used them for snorkelling which was also amazing. Proper personal service at far too reasonable prices. Thanks girls, we’ll be back.

Shianne provided us with excellent information on multiple excursion options without being pushy or trying to drive a sale; a welcome change. We went snorkeling with Shianne and she was great with our 2 children making sure they were comfortable and able to see as much as possible. We visited 2 sperate spots and saw a multitude of fish and coral including a Baracuda and Morray Eel. She had a good knowledge of the area and the marine life we came across. She also arranged us a day tour to Chichen Itza at the last minute with minimal fuss. A great day out with a visit to a cenote and Valladolid, our guides we excellent; very informative and passionate about their culture. We would definitely use Eclipse again if we revisited the area.

Excellent package put together for us by Eclipse - perfect for the last day of our holiday. In the morning we went snorkelling on the reef and saw several rays, including a couple of eagle rays, as well as lots of fish and beautiful sea fans. Safety briefings were good, and snorkels are sterilised after every use. Then Abril took us to the Maravilla cenote, a beautiful relaxing place where we were the only two visitors. It felt very special. We finished with a late lunch at a polo ranch, which felt slightly surreal in the middle of the jungle! Great service, very professional.

Super friendly staff, locally owned and operated, very flexible with accommodations, both Spanish and English are fluently spoken here. They were punctual and regarded our time, and we were snorkeling the reef within 20 minutes of arrival. Their shop is just steps away from the beach and a short 10-minute boat ride to the reef. The local boat captain was also an excellent guide and spotted a stingray and a turtle that I would have missed. The tour groups are smaller as only 8-10 fit on the boat. I had my doubts about water clarity since there was a storm the night before and the sargasso (seaweed) is prevalent at times. But the boat got us past the sargasso and onto the beautiful reef, the second largest in the world. I loved it so much I went out again the next day. I happened to be here on a week when it was raining pretty heavily in the evenings, but it was still clear enough to be enjoyable. Because the reef is a protected national park, it was very safe, clean and monitored. I highly recommend Eclipse for your next tour! Shout out to Abril for her kindness and professionalism! I travel with my own equipment, but from what I saw their equipment is well-maintained and sanitary. But if you own a mask and snorkel you might prefer it to what is offered. Overall great experience!

We had a great trip to Cenotes Zapota with April! She was very knowledgeable and by asking around she managed to get us to the 4 cenotes in between the big groups of people. She also took lots of pictures for us. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent snorkel tour with Eclipse. The reef was beautiful and we saw a nurse shark, eagle ray, and countless fish. The coral was amazing to see and our guide was careful to take us where we could see the reef close up, without disturbing it. She pointed out many fun things to see all throughout. You could tell that they really care about keeping the reef healthy. We went with our young kids and felt completely comfortable having them hold on to the life buoy. Afterward, we had a great lunch at the Unico beach club. Highly recommend!!

I booked a last minute snorkeling tour with Eclipse Adventures from a Puerto Morelos beach club today, and I am so glad I did. Our guide and captain shared their knowledge and passion for the second-largest barrier reef in the world and gave us an amazing tour. We saw incredible schools of fish, and many species including a trumpet fish, a ray, several absolutely massive barracuda and a reef shark. The things you see are secondary, though. More important was our guide and captain. They were safe, respectful, kind and fun. I had a blast and recommend them highly.

Wonderful tour! We took a large snorkel tour earlier in the week that was a little crazy, a lot of people and we were in the water for maybe 20 min. The tour with Eclipse was a much better snorkeling experience! My kids (13-18) loved it as much as my wife and did. The guides were great and took great care of our group of 7. We saw a ton of see life and 2 sea turtles which was the highlight for us! We were staying at the Ventus Ha. It was a quick Uber trip over to the meeting spot at Unico. Highly recommend this group for any excursions. Wish we would have found them earlier in our trip. Thank you for the great experience!

We had a great trip with these awesome guides! We rode out on a boat close to the reef, got our equipment fitted, some quick instruction, and jumped in. We went to two different locations and saw tons of fish, a turtle, eagle ray, and nurse shark. We had a number of young kids in our group (ages 4-10) who were needed a lot of handholding and help, and the guides did an incredible job making it accessible for the kids and also making it so the parents could relax and enjoy the experience too. Highly recommend this experience!

Snorkeling with Abril and her team was a highlight of our trip for our entire family when visiting Puerto Morelos! We met Shianne at Unico Beach in Puerto Morales and hired her company to take the four of us (two moms and two 16 year old boys) on a cenote tour one day and snorkeling the next day. Well we were blown away by the fact that she took us to four cenotes, three of which we had completely to ourselves! It was incredible. She then took us to an Eco Habitat restaurant that served us a delicious lunch. It was just a wonderful day. The next day we went snorkeling out on the reefs, she pointed out so many fish, eels hiding in coral, unique things about certain coral and fish, and we were lucky to see 3 sea turtles! All and all we were so impressed by this company and Shianne, who was our tour guide for both days. I would absolutely hire them again and I 100% recommend them if you are in the area.

We are a family of four (2 x adults and 2 x children age 6 and 9) travelling to Mexico for the first time. Eclipse Adventures took us snorkeling (first time) in the reef and we had a day visiting cenotes on a private tour. Snorkeling we were lucky enough to see a huge grouper, turtles, barracuda and many other smaller tropical marine life. Cenotes were fabulous, my son even overcame his fear of heights to jump in via the zip line (although wasn't necessary). Prices were more reasonable than booking within your resort. Went out with Eclipse Adventures for some snorkeling over the Mayan Reef, and really, these ladies (Abril and Shianne, along with Captain Eddie!) were awesome, as they were very safety-minded and very accommodating to a couple of the less-experienced snorkelers on the outing. They know the landmarks and the water routes very well and were quite confident in leading us to healthy, vibrant coral/reefs and a ton of fish. Two thumbs up! Seek them out!!!!!!

Great tour- Cheyenne took us to 2 locations and we were lucky enough to see a green sea turtles at both! The reef is really beautiful with gorgeous corals and such a big variety of gorgeous colorful fish. You get a brand new snorkle and can keep it if you'd like.

Une toute nouvelle agence de snorkeling, pêche... qui s'est ouverte en décembre. L'accueil est très chaleureux, les prix compétitifs (au centre ville les prix varient de 380 à 630 pesos). On sent tout de suite un vrai professionnalisme et on se sent immédiatement en sécurité. Le jour de l'excursion, tout le matériel est fourni (gilet de sauvetage, masque, palme, tuba). Comme l'agence est toute récente, tout le matériel est neuf. Elle se trouve tout prêt de la plage. On monte sur le bateau avec comme Capitaine Francesco accompagné de notre guide Shianne. Une fois arrivé sur le spot, Shianne nous montre le chemin accompagnée d'une bouée si nécessaire. Elle est très rassurante, très attentive et très professionnelle. Durant la sortie, elle prend des photos et nous filme, l'ensemble que l'ont peut acheter à la fin. Donc, mention spéciale et un grand merci à Shianne ! On recommande à 300% !!

Spectacular 4 cenote tour with Abril! She went over and above all other tours we have taken. Picked us up from our condo and took us on an extra little excursion. Abril tried to get to all the cenote where we were the only ones there. It’s was absolutely incredible, we visited 2 closed cenote and 2 open ones. All different and amazing. Then we had lunch at a beautiful outdoor restaurant which was delicious. We were very well taken care of. Definitely recommend this company. Great day!

We had a lovely time with eclipse adventures today. We happened to drop by looking for a last minute afternoon plan. Abril and Shianne were great and helped us book a boat trip for the same afternoon. They were punctual, communicative and were kind and supportive through the whole snorkeling experience. We were picked up on the beach just a short walk from their shop. Martin was our captain and the boat ride was just a few minutes out to the reef. The boat was easy to get in and out of. It was covered for shade and had dry storage for our towels. We had a great snorkel tour and even though it was overcast the colors of the coral, fish and anemones were vibrant. We saw 2 types of sting rays, a barracuda, dozens of fish, sea cucumber, sea urchins, various types of coral, crab, a starfish and an eel. Shianne and Martin both snorkeled with us guiding the route, and pointing out interesting things we might have missed. It was the perfect afternoon adventure. I would happily recommend them. Ps. Make sure you apply sunscreen 2 hrs before the boat trip to reduce impact to the reef.

Lo pasamos genial con ellas! Nos llevaron a hacer snorkel en frente de Puerto Morelos y fueron muy buenas guías con nosotros. Antes de lanzarnos al agua nos dieron un briefing que denotaba su interés por la seguridad de todos. We had an amazing experience during our snorkelling trip around coral reef with two nice guides. We saw turtle, nurse shark, eagle rays, lobster, barracudas and many colourful fishes. The trip was organized very well and all equipment provided. It seems one of the best tours you can do in Mexico: short and very intense! The sea was very warm so you don’t really get cold being in the water for more than 40 min. I highly recommend as this is an unforgettable experience!

They are very enthusiastic and fun while also professional and safe! We went snorkeling with them on one afternoon. Saw turtles and rays and so many beautiful fish on the reef. We also did an amazing day of ATV and Cenotes with them. Abril picked us up and we went to La Ruta de Cenotes for a visit to 2 open and 2 closed cenotes which were spectacular. In between we rode ATVs through the jungle. Finally we had amazing wood fired pizza and a nutella pizza and saw an ecohousing development project before heading back to PM. Abril took pictures all day and shared them with us which was wonderful. She was great company too! My teens loved the ATV and enjoyed exploring the cave like cenotes and zip lining and platform jumping into the open cenotes. I enjoyed the spectacular beauty of each one. A very special day! Both Cheyenne and Abril are amazing guides. They took us on the best snorkelling trip I’ve ever experienced. We saw a sea turtle eating on the ocean floor, swimming to the surface and diving back down. A nurse shark swam under us. All the colourful fish and sea life were in abundance with both guides making sure we didn’t miss a thing by pointing the wonders out to us. If your visitors Puerto Morelos, be sure to look up Eclipse Adventures and book the snorkelling trip…it will be one of the great highlights of your visit!

We had an amazing private tour to 4 beautiful cenotes. Abril was awesome! So knowledgeable and accommodating. She even took pictures of our experience. We also had a delicious Mayan lunch at one of the cenotes. We definitely would book with Eclipse Adventures again!

My husband, daughter and I did two excursions with Eclipse. The first was swimming with the whale sharks. It is one of the highlights of life that I will take to my grave. We met early in the morning and took a quick bus ride to the dock. About 10 of us boarded a boat and trolled looking for the whale sharks. While we enjoyed the ride Shianne pointed out dolphins, eagle rays, jumping fish, sea turtles and more. Until, there in the deep blue sea were the enormous gaping mouths of the gentle giants in the water. Shianne had educated us along the way as to the habitats and how to affix our gear and get in the ocean. I still dont know how I did it, but somehow summoned the courage to jump in. It was absolutely breathtakingly incredible. BUT, even more incredible than that, was watching my little girl jump in the water with Shianne. Shianne was amazing with my 5 year old and gave her the confidence she needed to forge ahead- without mommy and daddy. She did it. In that moment I saw tremendous growth in my little one and will remind her of this moment in her life whenever she faces tough challenges. It was absolutely spectacular and having Shianne as our guide was icing on the cake. So much so, we booked the snorkeling with Shianne and Abril and went out to the most beautiful reefs to explore a world we seldom think of. Abril was pointing out sea turtles, eels, conch, lobsters, sea anemones, and all sorts of spectacular colorful fish. It was breathtaking. Abril and Shianne were amazing once again with my little one and ensuring a majestic experience. I simply couldn’t recommend Eclipse Adventures and Shianne and Abril more. Mexico was a special trip for many reasons, but our time with these two ladies were the highlights for us. Huge THANKS to Eclipse Adventures for being a part of these moments and making them happen. Wow! Going snorkeling with these two amazing guides (Chienne and Abril) was my favorite part of my trip! While at the Unico beach club in Puerto Morelos they came up to us and asked if we wanted to go snorkeling. We were hesitant at first but they answered all our questions and we signed up. It is a very reasonable price. Amazing deal, even! They took us out onto the boat directly from the beach club, Gave us brand new snorkel tubes that each person gets to keep, and made sure to go over very clear ground rules to keep the reef and our party safe. It was very clear that they were experienced and knowledgeable and cared a lot about conservation. All the gear that they had was extremely clean and they took the time to make sure everyone had their gear on properly and that it was the right fit for them. They knew the reef very well and was able to take us to some really cool spots that were full of life. We got to see a shark, lots of really cool fish, a moray eel, lobsters, anemones, coral, a school of barracuda, an eagle ray and turtles!! They made sure to point things out so that we didn’t miss anything. Even with a life jacket, swimming is hard work and I got a little tired, Thankfully, they have thought of everything and bring a buoy with them to hold onto if you need to. This was an all-around amazing experience. I would 100% do this again multiple times with this company and our two guides, Chienne and Abril. Thank you both so much for making such a magical experience for us!

Net buiten de haven staat een kleine huisje met kleurrijke fietsen voor de deur, waar je een snorkeltrip kan boeken. Martin en Sheyen nemen je mee in hun bootje waar je gebruik kan maken van schoon snorkel gear om te snorkelen. Niet ver uit de kust kan je met hun een kleine twee uur snorkelen in een klein gebied van het rif. Martin en Sheyen nemen je mee naar de wat rustige plekjes die niet heel druk zijn, waar je in alle rust kan snorkelen. Het was prettig dat Sheyen Engels sprak en ons veel kon vertellen over het gebied. Het is ook mogelijk om foto's en filmpjes te laten maken door Sheyen, maar geef wel aan wat je wil. Zo hadden wij niet veel foto's van het kleurrijke ondnerwaterwereld maar veel van ons zelf snorkelend 😄 Niet duur en waar voor je geld! $
