Estaban por cerrar pero muy amablemente nos atendieron. Las tortas estan muy ricas, como de Guadalajara! Totalmente recomendable! Y muy rica también el agua de arroz y los taquitos dorados! No tomé fotos pero si les sirve, baile mientras comía LOL

Las mejores tortas que he probado en Vallarta , soy de GDL y créeme que no te vas a arrepentir , el servicio es excelente se nota que les importa su clientela !! El birote salado crujiente las carnitas frescas , todo estuvo espectacular !! Estaré 3 días en Vallarta y aquí vendré a comer todos los días

This restaurant embodies the idea of keeping it simple, there are no menus, they make tortas ahogadas with various meats (we went with maciza, which is pork) and they do it right. Enjoy!

Very good tortas ahugadas which I thought was impossible outside of Guadalajara, but, nope, this place is legit. The tacos dorados are tasty as well. It's a family run place. Sandy, the daughter of the chef, is a great server.

The birria soup is good, but not excellence, pork tacos are small, have not much meat. I would say that based on the princes one would expect something better in quality and quantity.

Ahogadas translates to Drowned in English, and the Torta is. I think they flash fry the roll so it won't get soggy. Quite popular with the locals.

No so clean the place

Tortas muy regulares como las pidas ó de lo que las pidas, te las sirven como quieren. El servicio también regular. Y el lugar muy caluroso, falta de ventiladores. Pueden ver otras opciones.
