Great crew of employees. Always going above and beyond, with a smile. The food is always prepared well and taste good. This one made my top ten McDonalds for cleanliness, food preparation, and freshness.
Good Customer Service: I received an incomplete order in the drive-thru. Management did exactly what it should, they made it right by me in 3 ways. 1. They apologized. 2. Refunded the meal. 3. Bought me a meal. Thank you for treating me well, I will be back.
Probably the most accurate and friendliest MD I've ever been to. Stayed 2 weeks fishing. Not once got a wrong order. Always so nice.
Awesome place to bring children, the play area is awesome. The plexi glass they have between the seating and play area muffles , other people can enjoy their food. In the play area are three seating areas for children to sit and eat or just a place to sit and just relax. Children get to be children. Yes I would reccomend this place for moms and dads
Love me some Mc D's! This one looks much nicer since they remodeled, but they made it much harder to watch them cook the food. Much cleaner & a more comfortable environment now
McDonald's just had a very big renovation! It is very modernized now! Walking in you will find brand new kiosks, a new soda machine, new tables, new chairs, NEW BATHROOMS, everything is new! There is also a new area in the parking lot for handicap parking and entrance to the building!

My wife and I have been here numerous times. Always very friendly staff and the food comes out hot and correct every time.
Always a pleasure to take my grandkids into this particular McDonald's restaurant. Clean areas and bathrooms, friendly and helpful counter workers. I had prepared the kids for a possible non working shake machine as we have encountered that at other McDonald's fast food places. Happy to say everything was working and the kids enjoyed their mid afternoon treat. .
New York doesn't have many places for southern folks to get a sweet tea, thank God for McDonald's and the sweet tea!!
Breakfast was FANTASTIC !! eggs Benedict was DELISH !! Perfect eggs and great sauce. The homefries were pretty damn good too !! My husband got the big breakfast and that was great also, really good pancakes !!!
They have the BEST double cheeseburgers and holiday pies but, the drive through lady during the day on week days has an awful attitude/personality. Everything and everyone else is great, though. Just gotta make it past the speaker and first window.
Food was hot and fresh out the back, got everything in under 10min, staff was great when I needed assistance with a deal!
My son fell in the parking lot and got a black eye. ( Not at the fault of the restaurant just my son is a cluts) But we told them and they instantly helped us get ice and try to make him feel better and fill out an accident report. Amazing customer service and a very clean restaurant, fast service. Nothing to complain about, one of the best McDonald's I've been in. Thank you to the staff member who cared enough to help my little boy feel better.
Great place to grad some food. The only issue I have is the workers choose to rely primarily on the self service machines more than having a real person out front for people to speak with
Nice, recently remodeled store. Typical McDonalds menu. Ordered McChicken and a small fry. Everything was fresh and hot. Crew was courteous and friendly. No complaints.
This restaurant is pretty good. The service was very fast. The employees were polite.
Everyone knows the menu, so I assume the lengthy waits at the drive thru are not from customers not knowing what to order. Some days you fly thru... but most days it's slow and a bit frustrating.
Drive through service was good. Food is on par with other mcdonalds franchises. The deluxe crispy chicken is better than the deluxe chick fil a . The cost was close to $40 for 4 sandwiches and 4 fries.
McDonald's is getting more expensive. The big Mac are shrinking.the hamburgers are almost see threw ...but the staff is still friendly.and the restaurant is clean ... oh and the chicken nuggets are always good 👍

Has computer ordering board... didn't use it. I prefer helping people keep their job. Place is really clean. And kinda enjoyed the seating, you order then take a numbered plastic thingy and they bring you your order. People were VERY friendly and nice. 🙂
It was a quick meal stop on our way to 1,000 Islands. They were slow to get our meals but made up for it by giving us extra fries. Nice workers who tried to please. Fed the gang and headed out to see the castles in Alexandria Bay.
Your typical MacDonalds. Food is ok even though the portions have gotten smaller. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff was very friendly and quick.

We go through the drive-thru there every other weekend for dinner and it has always been fast and the french fries freshly cooked. We must have great timing! I rated the decor lower just because it's a McDonald's, you get what you get.

I ordered the $5 meal deal which came with a double cheeseburger, 4-piece McNuggets, small fries, and small drink. The food quality was mediocre. The burger was served warm, but the fries and nuggets were cold and didn't taste the way they're supposed to. I wonder if it was because there's not a lot of traffic that goes through this town? At least it was a good deal for a quick bite before heading back to Canada.
Only had coffee and orange juice. Both tasted watered down.
It's hard to give five stars to McDonald's when I let my gut have a vote. Before consuming, I salivate. During the rapid gorging, I throttle my last reserve of restraint and begin to accept the fate that always follows. On this occasion, it was two bacon, egg & cheese McGriddles. The momentary bliss gave way to gastrointestinal catastrophe. By 9 a.m., I found salvation — or maybe penance — in a handicap shower stall at a Planet Fitness, where I purged McSin from both ends. There, seated like a pope of regret, I accepted my truth: I am an addict. I am now two days clean from McDonald's.
Fast fast food.. enough said. Kiosk orders, still don't get it right. Nobody paying attention to the counter and no lights on outside after dark

I hadn't been to miccy Ds in a while. Because the ones near me do not care if your food is hot. So I gave this one a shot. It was 10:39am and I asked if they still did breakfast. They answered they could make it work. So I ordered a McMuffin meal. The egg and ham were not centered, not even close. It was hot. But impossible to eat in my vehicle with out making a mess. One reason I like that meal is its not messy. But this one was. The potato that came with it was clearly over cooked and only slightly warm. The juice was good😉. Overall very depressing.
I had to go in twice to get my drink and they still got it wrong. The lady that took the order at the drive through was pretty aloof, no greeting, no thank you, not very customer service oriented.
It's great for kids but not much else. The big Mac I ordered they forgot the sauce so it was pretty dry. And their ice cream machine everytime I've gone has been down
Decent food but sometimes very slow fries are not very good cold. Doesn't deal with irate customers very well. Gets orders wrong a lot of the time.
As far as fast food goes, this place was ok. It seemed to be quite understaffed, and they still managed to get the food out in a reasonable amount of time. The food was however mangled and not very presentable. Again, this is fast food and you get what you pay for.
The food could have been more fresh. The chicken nuggets were old and hard. Normally they are better.
I hate their app, it never fails that I have problems with it. I’m sitting in the parking lot trying to figure it out. I finally go inside and ask the person working the counter. They proceed to tell me there’s nothing they can do about problems with the app, it’s run by a 3rd party company and we have nothing to do with it. Shame on you McDonalds if that’s truly the case. I was able to figure it out myself soon after and go through the drive thru.
Very mixed emotions about this McDonald's. It purely depends upon the staff working that day. It seems as if one day you can go and have a great experience, then the very next day you could go and it will be a nightmare. The drive thru is very spotty with their customer service. I've actually had them be rude before. I would give less stars, but the other crew working is good enough to keep this at a solid 3 for a fast food joint.
The service was ok, the cashier had a smile and is the reason they get 3 stars instead of anything lower. The french fries tasted weird. Like the oil needed changing. The cheeseburger was put together really quickly that the ketchup was all over the place.
After relying on McDonald's for years as fast , reliable road food, I've stopped going in retirement especially after my first stemi.
Why can't any McDonald's not forget things. Simple order double quarter pounder meal and 6 piecs mcnugget mael with sweet and sour dip at drive thru. There are 2 sodas, no straws, also no dip for mcnuggets. Last McDonald's, in fulton gave me a bacon quarter pounder w/cheese that had no bacon and no cheese. With what they get paid, anyone who gets an order wrong should be terminated.
If you like surprises, then this is the place.... friendly and fast maybe but you could get angry snail-troll. . Hot fresh good or yesterday's leftovers hmmmmm guess you'll have to visit and surprise yourself
My Quarter Pounder with cheese was no juicy like at other McDonalds. Mine seemed a little undercooked and pink but was still dry like it was made in bulk for lunch and left over from noon.
They rushed our blue slushy drinks and it was nothing but syrup and 1/4 ice.
Why is McDonald's still begging money from customers.i can see asking for donations for a week or two even up to a month but I think it's been at least 5 months here. So it makes me think the owner is using the money for other stuff like paying their taxes or maybe paying their workers salary.
Food laying under tables, tables dirty, no napkin dispenser, fries were old/hard
Multiple repeats of the order of 1 double quarter pounder meal and 2 single McChicken sandwiches and it was still wrong. Corrected it at the window and had to pull forward and wait behind another car already waiting for their order. Burger was gross. Meat tasted funny and it ended up being tossed. Fries were obviously older and had been sitting for a while and the sprite had a weird after taste.
Service is horrible lady took my order and then got the orders for 2 people behind me in line, also workers fought about their work calenders in front of customers. You would like that a bunch of works over the age of 25 would know what's right in the work place.
Really bad customer service. Just stopped in as I was passing through the area. I wanted to get some coffee and dessert. I went inside and ordered a medium coffee, apple pie and caramel sundae. Coffee was brought out first, then the sundae, which I noticed was only about 3/4 filled with very little caramel. Then she comes back and said they didn't have any apple pies made and that I would have to wait ten minutes. I asked if they had any other pies made, and she said no. I said forget the pie then. She didn't know how to give me a refund. So I took the coffee and what there was of the sundae left. I got in my car and put the coffee in my cup holder, when I got in the car I could smell the strong aroma of burnt coffee. I opened the lid and noticed the cup was about 3/4 full and the coffee was definitely burnt. I don't think I will ever bother stopping at that McDonald's again.
Understaffed 45 minutes in the drive thru only 3 cars in line lobby about the same wait time then the order comes out wrong new owners don't seem to care.
Dining room was filthy, tables not cleaned, chicken nuggets on the floor, took over 10 minutes to get service.

I am hesitant to leave negative reviews unless truly warranted. I have been to this McDonald’s three times in the past six months and have experienced similar outcomes - consistently long wait times and mediocre service. The last two times I have walked out after waiting 10+ minutes without having a chance to order. The drive thru is continuously backed up. There doesn’t appear to be a shortage of employees. The time of day doesn’t seem to be a factor. I hope they can figure out how to manage the customer flow and employee workflow better.
Party of four. Last of our four in line was ignored after the first three ordered. Had to wait. Old, hard fries. Ordered and PAID for a double cheeseburger but it was a single! Ordered burger with no pickles but there WERE pickles on it. Guy that waited on us was so lifeless we thought he was high.
Real slow service and the food sucks made real sloppy fries are hours old not fresh at all
I have gone here several times and gotten drinks, diet coke and sweet tea. They taste aweful. Could not even drink them. They are not the same as other McD's I have been to.

Got food through drivethru on Saturday, everything was old and burnt. Called they replaced entire meal the next day and again everything was gross again. Definitely not returning.
Took my 3 year old there to spend time with him since I only see him a few hours a week and his fav thing in the world is a happy meal eating at the table right inside the door with the kids computer tablet thing and employees where standing right out side the door smokeing and you could smell it inside and it ruined my sons time there cause he wanted to go home and not eat any more of his food cause of it
I was at your place on Monday and the manager Heather was working . I was in dining room when she was yelling and correcting an employee loud enough the whole place heard it . When I confronted her she said we were just kidding around .she needs to be more respectfully to employees.
ordered coffee three cream two sugar large they brought me out a small black he went back in brought me out a medium two sugar or three sugars two creams finally I had to go inside and I got the correct order three times
Lunch gets served at 11:00 am. Lunch menu was on drive thru menu board. Was told still serving breakfast not ready for lunch. Drove around the building. Now it's 11:02 am and still not ready for lunch order but lunch menu still up. Managers must really suck there
No service. No one at counter. People standing waiting forever. We left. Father's Day 2025.
The drive through shitshow. One of the overpaid females was complaining at the window infrastructure of there manager how she needed to charge there cellphone. He then told her he is not giving up his break fir her. He then left then called over another girl to say he yelled at me . I finally got my food and just SMH at they way these individuals work, 🤦 McDonalds get robots..

Always slow, there is always 4-5 cars waiting in parking spots for food. Employees stating they are making fresh food but even after waiting 10 mins food is cold and stale. Might be the worst McDonald’s around.
A few weeks ago ordered 4 mcchickens add cheese add tomato, we received 4 with ONLY cheese and tomato. The manager put me in the book for a new order, 35 minutes after showing up in their dining area, I finally received the correct order. Then the following week, stopped for breakfast and ordered a steak bagel meal with an extra side of breakfast sauce, all great except there was a tiny sliver of sauce in the cup and NO sauce on the sandwich. Returned yesterday morning for breakfast and whilst the manager promoed our meal, we were still missing 2 hashbrowns and the large orange juice that we had ordered. Not sure what's up with this McDonalds but we are done with it. Forgot to mention we get pulled ahead for almost EVERY order at night time.
Just asked for a simple invoice and they are unable to provide it because the kiosk is out of paper and the GM is not in the restaurant. Ridiculous
New kiosks suck! Waited for 15 min in drive thru after fighting a crowd inside and have no success with that kiosk. Wouldn't give me a simple bacon double meal. What a joke.... Oh and no straws to go with our drinks! Thanks tons!
I'm not a fan. The food always seems to bother me, and the employees make way too much to get the food wrong. One day, there is going to be a class action lawsuit just for all the millions they are making for forgetting to put the bacon on the sandwich. Or for false advertising milk shakes, they can't ever seem to make.
Was not impressed at all. I ordered thru the self serve kiosk because there was no one at the registers, but that to me is normal now. What irritated me was we waited 13 minutes for our food when we were the only ones in the foyer waiting on food. Then it came out wrong not once but twice for the exact same issue. When I spoke up to say something a lady hollers she'll just have to do it herself and storms to the back room. A few minutes later after our fries were cold out comes my burger. She did give us our money back on the item because it took three times to get it right, but it came with a harsh attitude as I had my back to her when she slammed it on the table. I was honestly surprised she gave our money back and wasn't expecting that but Holy cow, the customer service was awful. Not normally one to complain (look at my other reviews) but this experience was absolutely horrid. They weren't busy, there was only one person in drive thru, and no one else was waiting.
Took 20 minutes to get my order. Staff focused on drive thru orders first then attended dine-in orders. Only ordered 1 McChicken, cheeseburger and fries. There was an employee who was just standing there barely helping out not sure if she was knew but she was ringing customers at the front, I'd assume that she would focus on those orders. I know McDonald's is like this, just experienced it first hand.
You’d think the workers could read, you have to be a high school graduate to apply in the first place. I ask for no onion on my burgers, I expect no damn onion. But instead most times I ask I get onion or even extra onion. I’m allergic. Any time I see anyone headed in, I’ll be sure to point out the pizza at the gas stations instead. Rude workers that won’t even either return the money I paid for the food with, or remake my food.
Go here often. 1 of about 5 orders come out right. If being put in a reserved spot waiting for my order, it should be correct. Got charged more than usual due to the spicy nuggets, none of them were present so I paid extra for regular nuggets. 10 dollars in fila o fish and I get none. Check your order before you leave.
Old cold fries....chicken nuggets old and warm...double cheeseburger fresh but hot cheese unmelted...this happened 3 times. It comes with drink for $5 so it served it's purpose on filling me up at a cheap price.
My wife and I stopped and ordered a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder. We asked for fresh and were told we would have to wait for a little bit for them. When we finally got our food 5 minutes later both burgers were cold to the touch. We returned them and had the remade. This time they were warm but hastily thrown together. Stay away from this McDonald's.
Went inside to get my kids a happy meal and the flys are so bad in this place!! Couldn’t even sit down and eat. They need to take care of the problem!
Drive-thru was ridiculously slow. Sat for over 10 minutes from the time we pulled up to speaker to leaving and all we ordered was a happy meal. Absolutely ridiculous! I would give it O stars if I could.
@ 5:20am I went to this McDonald's and ordered a large FRESH coffee a cinnamon roll and bacon, egg & cheese biscuit meal. I was given a small coffee with no cream and sugar, then when she handed the food out I had told her I ordered a large coffee not a small and that I needed my cream and sugar in a bag, she took the coffee back inside the window and set it on the counter while proceeding to pour me my large coffee. I pulled up to the parking spot and watched behind me and she took the small coffee opened the top and poured it back into the coffee pot!!! WHAAAAAAAT????? I went to put my cream and sugar in my coffee and they gave me splendid. So I went back around and asked for my sugar and they said so you just need one large coffee?????? Ummmmm no I need my sugar, she said you want splendid, ummmmm NO I AM BACK HERE BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT YOU ALREADY GOT WRONG! So I said I. NEED. REGULAR. SUGAR. PACKETS!!!!! to top it off the coffee was not hot, it was burnt, and the sugar packets were hard and crumbly like they had gotten wet and they just let them dry out. Not surprising seeings they poured coffee back into the pot brought back into the window after it was in someone's vehicle and touched. With covid rampant I am absolutely disgusted and I guarantee the owner will be getting a call from me TODAY!!!! This is the most absolute ridiculousness ever. Who knows what's been brought back into the window and given to other people and who knows what I've eaten. Never ever again will I go here. Very tempted to call the board of health.
Worst service ever! Won't even give a star! Went inside ordered on kiosk spent $43.00 waited about 25 minutes for my cold food and no drinks. When asked by the manager why is was still standing there. I informed her that I didn't think it took that long to make a shake.when I made comment about waiting for cold food. The manager said I will heat it up.... No I didn't pay $43.00 of reheated food! Smh this is the second event that occured first one was myb6 year old grandson was given a happy meal. Since this is not a normal occurrence, he was excited to get a toy in his meal ONLY TO FIND THERE WASN'T ONE
Waited over 15 mins for my order and when I asked for an update and stated that this is no longer fast food I was told with a lot of tone "I can give you a refund and you can make your own food. We are short staffed and it's a holiday" So much attitude from the manager. Not even an apology. How rude and the audacity to say that to your customers lol. Learn how to run a business and treat your customers.
In the last week I have received over cooked fies and nuggets. Burgers that are black and burnt. Today I stopped and the burger buns were old and rubbery. The pies were doughy. Service is slow and everyone working there just pokes along. This establishment has been going down hill. I blame this on the management. Other McDonald's I visit have good food and serve in a timely manner.
Waited inside over 20 minutes for 3 things before I decided to leave WITHOUT my food. The manager was too focused on his drive thru times to care about serving the multiple people at the the front.
This McDonald’s is absolutely the worst. The drive thru lady (older, black hair, constantly yelling) is the WORST, she needs to be fired or have her attitude straightened out. This McDonald’s is lazy. They never use the ‘reserved’ spaces, they back the line up and serve cold food because people order $40 of McDonald’s in the freaking drive thru. Giving it 1 star is being above and beyond friendly. Seriously, the worst McDonald’s in all of the state of New York. The employees are incredibly lazy

Everytime I go through the drive thru line, it takes 20 minutes minimum to get to the window. Only to be told "we're waiting on your fries, please pull over to the parking space." The last time I went, I had to wait 34 minutes. I don't have that kind of time to waste as I order a meal for a 2.5 hour drive home. What baffles me is that I'll order it ahead of time thinking it'll be ready by the time I arrive. It's not... What's going on inside this restaurant.... I gotta start going to BK down the street or something else.
Spent $35.00 for 2 meals. The fries and burger were nasty. The girl working the counter was berating the man changing the garbage cans the entire time. They are overworked and understaffed. Corporate is just lining their pockets. What happened to this place? Won't go back.
This is the absolute worst McDonalds location I've ever been to. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Garbage overflowing from the receptacles. No napkins. Miserable employees. Long wait times. We've stopped twice in the last month while travelling and will never stop here again. Avoid this location at all costs.
Why is it that every time I get food from here it's wrong? Or there is food missing from my order? It is so angering to pay $80 for barely any food and yet you can't get the order right?! I don't want you to "write it down in your book" for me to get it at some other time. I want you to do your job and for the food to not suck or be missing
I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the way we were treated on Sunday. This establishment was empty, we ordered food and see for yourself in the photos....management has not addressed the complaint filed so we filed with corporate. Racist, Rude,Anti law enforcement staff. We won't be back and we will warn everyone we know to follow suit. Other businesses can have our loyalty and money.
McChicken was Batista bombed and tasted worse than my tree out back.#2 my filet o "fish" tasted like it fell out of the ice cream machine and was fetched up for the previous decade plus to top it off there was a bone in it. #3 French fries sucked but that's kinda normal. I would've took pictures but the food's expensive and I felt bad wasting it so I choked it down
Placed mobile order at 6:58pm and drove to location. Waited in mobile curbside spot for food until 7:25pm as I had kids. There was no line in drive thru and it was not busy. It doesn’t take almost 30 minutes for 2 happy meals and a cheeseburger meal.
The last four weeks, end of March into the beginning of April. The wait times have gotten terrible. The girls are working as hard as possible and polite as always. Upper management needs to increase the staff not take away . Between door dash orders and a worker having to walk an order out to a drive thru person is out of control. The person that walks in is at the bottom of the list . I am a local and have seen customers walk out in frustration. Get some help for the great staff that is suffering thru all this. Unfortunately we do not have the time to wait for our breakfast orders so will be cutting down our visits. Fast food does not apply here anymore sad to say. Not because of the staff or local managers, but because of the hours of staffing they are allowed.. it's quite obvious to see. Richie from another local store.
