I was a little nervous after I saw it only got 19 reviews and it had a 4.9. But I think they live up to the rating for sure the service was good I was quickly seated. the food was delicious I had the lamb chops and mash potatoes I didn’t like the asparagus tho and the lemonade was calm I’d visit again 🙏🏾.

The food was delicious! The lobster Mac n cheese had great flavor. And the rum punch definitely packed a punch! 😅

I've been here twice, and both times I was seated right away. I will start of by saying that the staff is very nice both times. And Both times the food was delicious. First visit on Valentine's Day we had the oxtail quesadillas, jerk Lamb chops rasta pasta, surf and truf Mac n cheese and the Soul Roll. Our 2nd visit 2 weeks later we had the the Rasta Pasta with jerk sauce no meat ,soul roll and the Crack Wings. The crack wings were way to salty but overall dinner was good. The only negative I have is on the first visit our food took a very long time to come out and the place was practically empty so not sure why it had to take so long. And on our second visit the staff barely came to our table we had keep flagging them down and the place was packed. Overall I would recommend.

The Chickin Box was cool. I had the jerk lamb chops dinner. Omg it was so delicious. I wanted to show love to the establishment because love was shown to me during my pop-up shop. Definitely something you wanna try. It lives up to the hype. The atmosphere is really cute, with a cozy bar/restaurant setting. It feels friendly and inviting, with a convenient pick-up area in the back. This makes it easy to grab your food and go without feeling intimidated. You can also dine in if you prefer. The food is great, especially the 'soul rolls', which are always fried perfectly. Plus, the staff is very understanding and accommodating.

We went around 8 PM and it wasn’t too crowded. The Valentine’s Day decor was cute and the vibe was nice. Service started a little slow—the server seemed new and overwhelmed—but he was doing his best. The rum punches were strong and delicious, and the food was amazing. The soul rolls, baked mac and cheese, lamb chops, and rasta pasta were all standouts. As the night got busier, it was clear they needed more staff—another table even left due to delays. They also ran out of popular items, so I definitely recommend making a reservation to ensure you get what you want. The music set a great vibe, though the lights could be dimmed a bit for a better dinner atmosphere. Overall, we had a good experience and stayed for about three hours enjoying ourselves.

This is differently a hidden gem. Though being that it was late Sunday and there were some things that weren't available on the menu, the food I had was delicious. The lobster mac and cheese is pretty decent and the drinks are good too. Would love to go back and try other things on the menu.

We visited last night and had only one server handling the floor. He truly did his best to provide great service, but the number of guests dining made it very difficult for him to give the excellent service he clearly strives for. We could see he was really trying, and we felt he did a fantastic job under the circumstances. Management should definitely consider hiring more staff to better support their team during busy times. Everyone at my table was able to eat, but unfortunately my meal was served after everyone else had finished, so I had to take it home. Overall everyone said their meal was delicious.. Shout-out to our bartender — the drinks were great!

The food is good but the portions are way too small for the price. 8 pieces asparagus for $9. $45 full rack of lamb with no sides included have to buy that separate. $32 steak way too small no side included either $17 mac and cheese once again way too small. I should've just asked for my money back once I seen the portion size. They doing Chipotle portions smh. No cranberry dipping sauce with soul rolls. Creme brulee cheesecake small slice for $11. 3 stars only cause food is good good but portions suck for the price being charged. First and last time going.

Ordered Uber eats Pasta and chicken Chicken was dry and just smothered with sauce to over compensate Tasted like reheated chicken

So I went for brunch on a Sunday got there around 4:45 there was no brunch the waiter didn't even say why but its stated on ig brunch Saturday and Sundays starting at 12 the waiter was taking orders, making drinks and was seen cooking so I can tell he was overwhelmed because he was rushing us to order he stated it was getting busy in other words "put in your order now " so I order the lambchop meal that came with mash and asparagus but they didn't have asparagus so they substituted with string beans i didn't want string beans i asked for double mash he said he will ask but came back with 1 scoop of mash so I was cheated out of food, the mac&cheese had a strange taste ,the drinks me and my friends ordered a couple wasn't made right I was disappointed.

The service in this place is so terrible. my waiter did not give me my utensils, plates, or forks. i was sitting for a long time staring at my food. She did not even remember my order. This place has really rude and uninviting staff that ruined the experience. the wings are good and the food is nice but dining in here is a big mistake. I hope the owner re-evaluates the staff i was not even welcomed properly. Overall do not eat here just take out.

Unfortunately, my family and I couldn’t finish our meals because the food was overwhelmingly salty. The salmon portion was very small, dry, and clearly overcooked, which was disappointing for the price. There were customers still ordering and mind you they close at 12 .. ( well that was what the website said). I felt that they could’ve still accommodate us being that it was just drinks. Living in New York we all can agree that turning away customers 1 hour before closing is just unheard of. Won’t be coming back!

I got the lobster Mac and cheese for $25 dollars. It’s only half a lobster tail, and the Mac and cheese is extremely salty. The lobster reeks of an intense fish smell. Not worth it in my opinion.

ordered threw DoorDash they got my order completely wrong & I didn’t get the drinks I paid for because it wasn’t given to the dasher.
