Sandwich bread test so old, everything was so cold. Prepping was also not good. I love Popeyes, but not from this place anymore.

When you can get details directly from the manager and staff that the place is left unsanitary, with mice feces in the flour and butter. This is from a whatsapp group that I was randomly added to. They have rat issues, and many other issues. The business can keep removing my reviews and I'll keep editing it to make sure it shows up. Maybe it's time to clean up the mess and fix the rat situation. Health Department needs to close this place down.

It has happened for 3 times now. Every time I ordered for shrimps on Uber. they never came. It is always out. I always had to contact Uber and get the refund. The money isn’t the problem here. It is not getting what I wanted after waiting so long. If you don’t have the item, don’t put it in the store website. Either this is employee laziness to make it or management team faults, please fix it. I also worked in fast food industry so happening for 3 times is not acceptable.

How is it possible that I placed my order three times and they didn't want to prepare it? They finally made it, but they only sent me two pieces—a thigh and a wing—when I ordered three. And it's always the same; they never send utensils or they send a chicken that's completely cold. Paying almost 30 dollars for that is not worth it.

i used a deal for 24 pc wing and they had a attitude about us using a deal and took us almost 40 minutes to get my order while other people who got the same amount as me got it in less than 10 minutes.

cant believe i ordered again thinking that the last time i got it was bad because I ordered near closing. The chicken is nasty, my burger came with a mini chicken filet thats so small its mostly bread. The chicken is black and not fried properly. Change ur oil bro stop using it for 2 weeks straight. Quality is so shit compared to other popeyes. How is it still running? This place needs to get inspected ASAP

Unfortunately, my recent experience at this Popeyes left me quite disappointed. I ordered 12 chicken wings, but to my dismay, I received only 11 wings and an unfamiliar chicken part that seemed to be the chicken butt. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues with the accuracy of my orders at this location. It’s disheartening to consistently receive less than what I paid for. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and takes steps to improve their quality control and customer service.

I just went to one of the Popeyes located in Elmhurst, 89-30 Queens Blvd. NY 11373. I placed 2 orders of 11 pieces fried chicken, 3 Fish sandwiches and 7 Classic chicken sandwiches, total of $87.51. I requested one of the 11 pieces fried chicken order with all dark meat, mix with 2 wings and 9 thighs. When I placed the order, the cashier Seema said they usually don't do that but she will do it this time. I saw them already boxed my order, then I asked Seema that I need to check the order before I walk out the door. I opened two boxes of fried chicken, one of the 11 pieces was not prepared as I requested. So I brought the box to the counter and asked Seema, then she told me she couldn't give me what I requested for. And then I asked for refund if she couldn't do it. Seema took back those two boxes of chicken and placed them near the food preparation area instead of throw them in garbage in front of me. I already opened those boxes and might touched one or more chicken with my hand in dinning area. And at the end she preferred to give me a refund instead of satisfy a customer. I visited this location last April, and the order was shorted two apple pies. What's wrong with this restaurant? Their service was super bad and rude. I will never ever go to this location anymore and might just report this hygiene issue to the Health Department. Good luck to every one who visits this location!

There are always great deals on Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen’s menu. We got a combo of 5 pieces of fried chicken, 2 sides (fries & braised beans) and 2 biscuits with reasonable price of $9.79 after tax. The food was decent as usual. The meal included different parts of chicken and it was juicy inside with crunchy layer. Their fries was our favorite, super creamy and finger licking good. The braised beans wasn’t good and too much salty for us. Their service was super bad and rude. We ordered on the app and picked up in the store. However, we still need to wait in the same line of ordering which was ridiculous. The staff was reluctant and prepared our food without notification. We didn’t expect the best service since Popeyes is just a fast food restaurant but at least they should have proper attitude and clear direction for picking up.
