At 4:00 p.m. it was very picked over. There wasn't much to choose from. These days, the selection is way down from what it used to be. It's almost as if they're getting out of the donut business.

First time in a long time I have come to a Dunkin Donuts. Very conveniently located across the street from RnR tire express! Very nice here and my toasted white chocolate signature latte is very yummy!

Demetri helped me out with hot food n coffee, minutes before close. I didn't expect him to cook me anything bc USUALLY with DD, I'd be lucky if the doors weren't locked 15 minutes before close. I got a 3 hour drive home with a 48 foot trailer still, and luckily demetri was the one working. Give that man a raise 🚛🍩☕🥇🤑

I had an issue with my mobile order/an attempted refund, but ended up being unable to get a refund through the app so I called to ask them to assemble my order and add some other items. She was extremely understanding with both calls, and the customer service was phenomenal. I'm not sure of the name of the employee who helped me, but whoever was working at ~6 this morning was great, and gave me an extra donut for the wait too. I really appreciated the help and understanding, and the customer service of the employee couldn't be better! I just wish I had gotten a name to compliment her service. Thank you so much!

When I walked in I was greeted promptly by the cashier and she took my order for a large mocha latte. I received my coffee within 2 minutes and it tastes great. As you can see from the pictures the store is immaculate and the restrooms were impeccably clean. It's always great going into this Dunkin Donuts because it's this way all the time. Don't pass up coming here the service is Fast and the drinks are great.

So good ! Well done guys ! We're not from this area and just wanted a quick breakfast. The drive thru line was almost out the main road and so we went inside. We got Two bagels two sausage egg and cheeses two snackin bacon and 3 coffees (which is a lot) we were in and out in notime and the drive thru was just as fast ! All our food was fresh and all food and drinks were correct!

The staff here is always super kind. Food and drinks are always on point. They’re really a step above the rest. I had a bad experience at the South Glens Falls location and came here to get my drink fixed because the other one gets it wrong every time. They were happy to help and really turned my morning around with such a simple gesture. Whatever this team is doing- they’re doing it right. I highly recommend stopping by this location.

Great Dunkin' location. I stopped here for breakfast and used the drive-thru. The employees were super nice, and the food came out every quickly. The store looks very good and modern with the next generation design as well. Great place to stop for coffee or breakfast.

This location recently hired the sweetest, and hardest working little girl I have seen. I forgot to get her name but she was therehi Aug 25th at 11am and 4:40pm. I had the pleasure of receiving her service just those 2 times so far, but seeing her move quickly with non stop kindness and a smile is such a hard delight to find these days. She has adorable glasses and earring. Just the best. I hope this location takes great care of her so she sticks around.

Donuts and bagels were yummy. Wish there were more varieties for donuts. I love lemon filled and my husband's favorite is cream filled but both were out. Look forward to dine in too hopefully soon.

I had to take a star away because lately it seems like they have the B crew working in the morning. I always request a medium hot tea with lemon and sugar. The sticker is always on the cup but usually either the lemon or the sugar is missing. I shouldn't have to hold up the line by checking their work. So hopefully they correct this soon so they can get their 5th star back.

A standard Dunkin' Donuts. Drive-thru service was EXTREMELY slow. Be prepared for an 8-9 minute drive-thru experience. Good quality coffee and donuts, of course. Just not quick at all.

Unfortunately waited in very long line for a coolatta, but there frozen drink machine is broken. So I ended up leaving. Cashier was nice and apologetic. It's a good location with good employees. I go out of my way to hit this Dunkin since they are nice and don't mess up orders.

I'm a bit frustrated. My house loves Dunkin we truly do Run on Dunkin. So we go often. The 3 we use often have been cycling threw employees and it seem the Employees are struggling to keep up. I waited awhile in the drive threw today this is becoming a common thing waiting in the drive threw I got things I didn't order and I was missing things I did order. The coffee was hot and made correctly so these is why I'm giving them 3⭐

Service is usually pretty quick, but your order isn't always the most accurate. Consistently I could say if you're ordering light ice, don't count on it. Not the end of the world, but as a frequent drink sipper, I hate a cold drink ending up weakened and all watered down. Consistency is also not there, because I also can't expect to pay the same amount for my usual order every time, because staff inputs seem to differ from day to day. Depending on how it's entered into their Point of Sale systems, I pay varying amounts between $6-$9. If it's typed in one way, I pay just over $6, but there's a second way it can be typed in that it totals almost $9!! Some folks say it's on the menu, some folks say it's a specialty drink. Usual repeating order? Unsweetened Iced Tea and Lemonade, light ice. To keep me on my toes, every few orders, I end up with just the tea half of my drink, even if the label does list lemonade. When that happens I usually spend at least a few seconds wondering if I know what lemonade tastes like, if maybe my taste buds are broken. In any case, it's a chain Dunkin. It's OK. At least they have caffeine.

The ordering ahead was easy and the staff was pleasant....until. I ordered avocado toast with bacon, in advance because I wanted the points. They handed it to me and luckily I checked it before I pulled off, there was NO BACON. I gave it back and this is what they handed me back. Save your money and sticks to the beverages.

Used to love it. Haven't been there in a long time. I went there when I was younger, they had dozens of different kinds of donuts. Yesterday, they had glazed, creme filled, and one with sprinkles. That's it, other than a couple cinnamon rolls and a few munchkins. Stood there for 20 min before they even looked up to see me there. The donuts tasted like they were a couple days old. Not the place I used to love any more.

New kids working the drive thru..asked for a decaf latte....got coffee both times....she had an attitude which I didn't appreciate. They could not figure out how much to charge me or how to make my drink. Finally an experienced worker came over and got my drink right. I dont think two new girls should be st the drive thru window unsupervised. I was there for over 10 minutes with a line behind me.

My order is often wrong or half-forgotten. I always have to go home and fix my coffee after they make it. The wait is always astronomically long. If there are 2 people in front of you, you can expect to wait 10-15 minutes. The cold brew is HORRIBLE!

Does it really take 3 employees to serve the drive thru. This Dunkin' is catering to all of the city people and forgetting about the locals who are here all year. I go inside for coffee and there is a staff shortage but not for all the city people in the drive thru. This was a not the first time this has happened. Love their coffee but you need to start serving the locals instead of people here for a couple months

Stoped to get two refreshers after work. The girl at the drive through told me she was out of green tea so I couldn’t have them. So I got a coke and wanted a regular unsweetened tea for myself. She then told me they were out of that as well. It was 2 hours before close. She said yup I’m just so busy today and I just don’t have time to make tea Hun...she called me Hun every other word....def not necessary...10-15 minutes before close I can understand but 2 hours!!! I just worked in the service industry all day and just wanted my drinks. If they are the only Dunkin’ open in the area then maybe they need to staff a little better to accommodate. Definitely need to train the employee there last night nobody wants to be called Hun by a teenager 25 times and nobody wants to hear anyone complain about their job over the speaker and when they pull up to the window!!! If your open until 9 then I should be able to get Tea at 7pm!!!!

Three employees standing around for 6 minutes after I got up to the window looking at a coffee cup trying to make a large hot coffee with cream and 1sugar. I have not been to this location recently and the staff has changed. Do they really pay them $15/hr for this. Will be looking for other locations or bring my Dunkin from home.

Always seems to be the same slower service despite how many people are working or orders are there. They've gotten my order wrong, undercooked, or stale almost every visit. The people are *usually nice, but they dont seem to listen for accuracy. I'll be avoiding this location from now on. Do better.

Ordered. Large iced Tea with liquid sugar. Gave me a large ice black coffee with liquid sugar. Not sure how that’s even possible to mess up. Dunkin workers really just gotta take a breath and slow down if it takes an extra minute so be it. Someone wants to be bad that they had to wait then tell them there’s another dunking up the road real simple. Start managing your quality and efficiency. DO BETTER!!!!

Went once last week to this location for the first time ever when we had no power for 2 days. The drive thru was mobbed and there was one tight parking spot left that I took and went inside. There were 2 customers already eating at a table and a guy who had just ordered ahead of me who was waiting for his order. There was one young lady at the counter taking orders but she didn’t greet me until I spoke to her first. I ordered 2 large black coffees, a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a toasted English muffin and 2 Boston Cream donuts to go. Total cost with tax was $15.55. Drove home to find out that my cold breakfast sandwich had bacon on it instead of sausage which I ate anyway. Basically the lukewarm coffees, the breakfast sandwich and the lack of customer service were less than desirable. I only eat donuts a few times a year and it’s always a Boston Cream donut, which these 2 were fresh and tasty. Just wish Dunkin’ Donuts would create a donut container that holds a few donuts that doesn’t scrape some of the frosting off instead of shoving them into a paper bag. The 2 coffees came in a 4pack compressed cardboard carrier, why can’t Dunkin’ make a small box for 2-4 donuts to go like they have when you buy a dozen?!! This place was ok in a pinch (If I hadn’t lost power I would not have ever gone here.) but I will not be back. Take your chances doing business here (the reviews are not good) and bring your patience with you…

Very poor experience didn't have any of the donuts I wanted and had to deal with what they had in other flavors and then when I found others they were not the original and had frosting instead of powder and was too late to just give back and say didn't want any . Waste of money

Whatever crew you had at 2:30 oct 1 st 22, is very bad at their job. Uncooked bacon- no egg in the sandwich /or cheese. No napkins and very rude attitudes. And not to mention a non toasted bagel. I’m highly disappointed, not feeding uncooked bacon to a little girl.

The store on Upper Glen Street. Staff are VERY UNFRIENDLY. My friend asked them to shake up iced latte. We got a dirty look, lattee was snatched out of my hand. Another woman returned it, shaken, we thanked her, smiled. No answer, walked away from window . This was at 2:30 pm. These 2 girls should not work with the public. I'll stick with the Saratoga ones.

There's a POS that works there that claims he doesnt need the job. He sucks at customer service and is rude just like the shift leader whoever that thing was. Giving attitude to people who never gave them an attitude to begin with. There's nothing difficult about 3 bacon egg and cheese wraps. Dont give me an attitude when I bring it back because you got it wrong, then talk smack with your co worker and point in my direction. As for the shift leader, the sweet lady at the register was too scared to ask something for me so I told her dont worry about it. Great management there.

Extremely displeased with the shift leader that was on, I believe her name was Cass or Casey. She was very rude and unpleasant not just to me but to her other coworkers. She actually shoved the cashier out of the way and said She was doing everything wrong. She even made that other lady named Nancy cry!!! I felt so bad for this women.I confronted this "shift leader" about her poor behavior and her exact words were "I don't care." I was Sooo shocked! Never before in all my life have I ever experienced such poor customer service.YOU DON'T EVER TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT. It was completely crazy and so uncalled for. I will never go there again and I stop in at that store at least two times a week for myself and my co workers.

Try to be understanding with the lack of employees these days but it doesn't seem to matter how many people are working, it's impossible to get out of here in a timely manner. Better off driving to exit 19 D&D. It would be faster

Went here this morning got a dozen donuts and 50 donut holes. Asked for the usual senior discount which is ten percent. Was told they do not give a discount on any purchase above 10 dollars. What a crock have been going here for years and always got the discount regardless of amount spent. I am sure they will blame Covid but lets be real its a drive up donut shop. Basically if you order a dozen donuts and a coffee you dont get a discount. They also used to give military a discount but did away with that as well. Will keep driving without stopping next time. Long live Krispy Creme.

Line was very long speaker wasn’t working waited five minutes then drove around , I told the lady ( with black lipstick ) the speaker was not working, she said well you can’t just drive around . Well I did . She couldn’t take my order . Worst Dunkin I’ve been to !!!!

Couldn't believe the groaning and attitude I got from McKenzie unbelievable..and on top of that our coffee was made wrong..I stay a little longer to see how she acted towards other customers same way..definitely shouldn't have a job in customer service

Two separate visits here to get cold apple cider. Both times they didn't have enough to fill the size cup ordered. The first time, the price was changed to accommodate a downsize. That's fine. Second time, different day, received a half full cup and an explanation that because it was ordered with no ice, it should only be filled to them amount they were able to give (half essentially). The cup actually has a fill line plenty higher than what was received.

Went thru the drive thru. Spent $15.00 on 2 coffees and a donut and banana bread. First they tried to give me an iced coffee when I ordered hot. The coffees were disgusting. The bread was disgusting. Also they never gave me my donut. Worst service I've ever had!! Will never go again.

Rudest customer svc ever by young blonde girl with glasses and lady manager with crew cut. My husband and I ordered a coffee and tea and the man before us ordered 2 coffees. Place was empty and the 3 staff members just ignored us and waited on a car on the drive thru. The man in front of us finally asked are any of you going to work on counter orders and the young girl said there's only 3 of us and the ticket machine is broken. Geez, you see 3 people waiting and if your machine is broken then make our drinks right away. She made the man's drinks, didnt label them and when she gave him his coffee she said to him "next time don't be sarcastic".  We all went what?? Asked for a manager and she came out, listened to us told the girl to remake his coffees and label them and she walked away, not saying sorry or anything which made it worse. The whole time we were there only 1 car at drive thru. These young people get away with being disrespectful. This is America!

I just went through the drive thru, and was given a coffee where the lid wasn’t secured. Coffee poured all over my car, ruined my shorts, and burned the back of my hand. I asked for napkins, and was simply told the lid was in it when she handed it to me. A minute later, another girl handed me my food a said to have a nice day. Not one concern if I was ok, or if I needed anything else to help with the mess. Needless to say, my parting words were not polite.

Be careful handling the coffee at Dunkin. On hot black coffee especially, the lids 7don't stay on the cup. The lid popped of my black coffee and spilled all over my arm, causing 2nd degree burns, and literally erased a tattoo on my forearm. Fortunately, I have a mountain of evidence, including witnesses, Doctors, etc. I've stopped my the Q'bury store to fill out a complaint. That store, they told me, doesn't have a manager? No coffee should be hot enough to melt tattoos. And why haven't they fixed their faulty lid problem. They know it's a problem. A similar thing happened to a woman at McDonalds some years back. She asked McDonalds to pay her $5000 medical bill. McDonalds said they'd give her $800 and not a Nickle more. . They awarded Liebeck $200,000 in compensatory damages and $2.7 million in punitive damages. McDonalds' arrogance towards the woman was cited as the reason for such a large settlement. NOTE TO DUNKIN: I'm not the suing type, but if your company doesn't pay what I'm asking for (just damages, nothing else), I will do the same thing that woman did to McDonalds.

Owners NEED to fix the huge pot hole at the drive thru speaker box. You can't avoid the pot hole while turning for the drive thru. They sealed the pavement yet left the huge hole....

I visited this location while on vacation in myrtle beach. First the line was terrible. They were rude while ordering in the drive though. And they were taking one order then letting that car get to the window before taking the next. The car behind was everyone got out applied full sunscreen and then got back in the car and the line still didn't move! And on top of that the coffee was weak and not hot.

Just went to this Dunkin placed my order on my mobile app. Didn't have my drink. Asked if I wanted something different. I declined. They could not figure out how to refund my money. So I had to lose $5 because you don't keep enough items in stock and you can't figure out refunds. Not my first bad customer interaction with Dunkin. Life doesn't run on Dunkin. Please send some training for customer service skills.

Every time I have gone here they have always messed up my drink, not only that but after waiting through their entire drive through line and waiting at the window for 7 minutes, they told me then they were out of croissants. And they gave me donuts I did not ask for in my dozen. And they always forget to give me a straw for my drink.

It seams like this location is getting worst. Last visit my hot latte was ice cold. the visit before I waited for 25 minutes in drive thru and had to have them remake my latte because it was cold as well. The workers don't care one bit about the orders

Placed a mobile order at 8:53pm as the store is open till 12am Arrived around 9pm and it was closed. Pitch black inside and no one there. Need my 800 rewards points I used refunded. If you’re going to close early shut off your location on the app.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, staff is horrible. Rude and inconsiderate, another costumer had to come out to tell me about the rude things they were saying about me not aware other customers could hear them.

Absolutely unreasonable drive trough times in mornings that creates traffic onto the roadway and is a gigantic inconvenience for everyone on Glen Street. This is strictly the managements fault, and I will not be placing any blame on the minimal amount of workers here that are being worked tirelessly. Sad!

Absolutely horrible. Food is quite often out of date/expired, thorough cleaning rarely happens, old coffee and old food is regularly served. I won't say the individual employees are at fault because they really are doing their best. It's management that's rotten to the core, from the owner Tom Burke right down to middle store managers (with the exception of a select few). Extremely high turnover, people only ever stay until they find a better job so half the workers are always still in training which means orders will get messed up. Just avoid Dunkin altogether.

I am writing this review from the drive thru lane that I have been in for 30 minutes. The car in front of me is chatting with the women in the drive thru window. There is no rush from the employees inside and a male employee has been sitting on his phone inside.

After sitting in line for 25min on my lunch hour waiting to order. Had issues ordering through the intercom in the worst drive thru possible (Repave the damn thing already). So I had to wait until it got to be my turn at the window to explain and ask if I could just order a bagel quick with my sugar low issues. Just said no sorry. So what do you do when the intercom is down via drive thru or you can't hear each other? You take orders at the window then right? Done it before. Never again. Had to drive across the street and wait another 40 there to get food at Wendy's. Haven't been here in years and now I remember why. If you do the math, yes I was late getting back to work over this.

Ordered coffee and it was terrible. Tasted burnt and not sweet how I like it and just sits on the counter. This is suppose to be 3 cream 6 sugars. Tastes like one cream no sugar. I like my sugar. So I wasted YET AGAIN $2.56. As always no one really cares. Profit profit profit.
