Awesome service,Ariadna a young lady took my order she was so nice! I had to ask for her name for this review since that day I was having a rough day with customer service from other places, I'm glad there is still nice people out there she made my day ,my order was correct and so yummy, clean place 10 out of 10 I would reccomend.

Stopped by on the way home from the Scuba Ranch in Terrell. The food is good, hot, and fresh not to mention fast. Have stopped by a couple times on the way home and they are always friendly. Last time I had my dog Rascal with me and one of the girls had to say hello and slip him a chicken nugget.

I went into Burger King at 2:23 for lunch place my order although it is specific no salt whatsoever on the meat no salt on fries although the staff was shorthanded they were running around like crazy to manager by the name of Amber was my cashier and food prepare and food deliver very very nice lady she had a crew of two which appeared to be brand new folks. Everybody was very professional as far as I’m concerned. Good job Amber nice job Burger King I look forward to coming back.

It’s a great place to have family dinner in!! The food was so good my kids were asking for more and my husband too!! The whoopers were so good and the kids loved it too they wanted more and more because is so delicious the food. The customer service is soooo good too! The lady at the cashier was so nice and all the other staff members too. Ariadna Ramirez she was such a sweetheart, the other day I went in the drive thru on my way home and she was so polite and nice she for sure is a great employee and deserves credit for such a good job☺️

Stopped by there passing through on my way to Dallas and stretched my legs and got a bite to eat. Dining area and bathrooms were nice and clean and service was great as well. Everyone was friendly and polite, definitely will stop there again when I’m that way.

The drive thru never seems to get the order right. I had to pull up and wait. There were 2 other cars waiting. The employee ran out and handed me a bag and said 2 hamburgers and fries right? Except I didn’t find out until I left that they weren’t my hamburgers. This isn’t the first time my order was screwed up so I won’t be returning.

I do not understand the way this Burger King operates but clearly they take their time to accommodate the customers and I'm fine with that, but this is fast food. I put in a mobile order while I was getting gas next door at the Brookshires and gave my name to the drive thru employee and they gave me directions to pull to the second lane for pickup. I did. So I waited 20 more minutes in the 2nd lane for an online order made during lunch hours and I was the only car in line at 11:30-11:53. No one in drive thru or ordering.

Just came to visit from north Carolina. Had a wonderful trip and the woman named Kelli at Burger King made my day. Kept my kids happy as well. She was sweet and insightful perfect customer service.

me and my friend went here a few days ago to get dinner and the staff was extremely nice!! they made sure to get our food out fast and very fresh!! the restaurant itself was very clean and the atmosphere was great overall!! they were amazing😁😁

I went through there the other day and the lady with the pink and black hair (wish I got her name), stopped the person making my food from putting onions on my whopper. I was so glad to have someone intervene and fix my order before I got it rather than having to bring it back to make them fix it. She is super on top of her crew. Probably my best experience with a burger king, including the ones I used to work at. Thank you so much!

Sam and Tanner were awesome tonight. That place was slammed but they both maintained professional, polite and friendly demeanor. Despite it being very busy they made me feel important and taken care of. As far as I could tell everyone there seemed content and even pleased with the service these two gentlemen provided.

I've always loved Burger King, but the Quinlan location can be a hit or miss. There's never enough staff on duty, placing an order is usually easy, but you almost have to wait forever before your order is ready. The food is always done right, it's just the waiting that gets to you. They need some life so to speak in the restaurant. 😊

I usually don't have issues here BUT tonight was totally different... I ordered after paying and sitting to the side for several minutes I was informed they duid not have any sauce for the particular item I ordered, no worrie just make it regular and that will be fine... I arrive home kick off my shoes only to discover not only were they out of the spi y sauce but APARENTLY out of the chicken too... so i had 2 lettuce wraps.... And no one will answer the phone... very disappointing.

Alright, I have to say I was pleased with the food and impressed with the service. The young lady that's taken our drive thru order the last 2x is FANTASTIC. The food was made exactly as ordered, which was a pleasant surprise. All around it was a nice change of pace from the usual poor food and service that we get in Quinlan. I'm happy to say this was a great visit.

I visited not long ago, and saw just a little bit of that delay at the drive thru window, but it wasn't anything that had me thinking of visiting somewhere else in town. With that said, my lunch was as I ordered it and handed to me within an acceptable amount of time. The ladies working the drive thru were very nice, very personable, and I gave them a hand in learning how to ring up an order with one of those Happy gift cards that you can use in a variety of places, including Burger King. You can either scream your head off or give someone a hand if they're willing to take it, and I chose the latter.

The food was good and tasted fresh! Drive through was a little slow but for the size of my order it wasn't unreasonable. I'm giving 4 stars because some of my food was missing. I got pulled from the drive through to park at the front because of my order size and was I was missing some chicken sandwiches.

Meat was overcooked and dry. This ruined the taste. This includes 3 burgers. This is the second time this month. I won't be visiting this establishment again. McDonald's and Whataburger within 2 blocks.

I like Burger King's food, but at this one their service is awful. Has been since they opened. They're so slow. Why have two drive-thru lanes if you can't take orders on both. If someone is ordering in the other lane you can bet you'll have to wait till they're through until you get to order. A lot of the food is made wrong also. I will continue to eat here because I love the food, but wish there was better service!

Food was ok, dinning room was clean service was horrible. They didn't give us our food and we waited and watched several people get their food that ordered after us. Finally after taking receipt back to counter the young girl said they accidentally skipped our order. Then we had to wait another several minutes as they served even more people before they ever gave us our food. No apologies or anything. Just called our number and left food sitting on counter.

Visited tonight for supper, got there about 4:30. There was a person ordering at the counter, 2 couples in the lobby and a couple cars in dt. The young man got done w the person ahead of us and asked if we could wait just a moment. Sure. Except then we were completely ignored. He proceeded to do everything except wait on us. The person ahead of us left the receipt on the counter, 4:39 pm. Finally a young woman came over and asked if we had been waited on. No. Ok she could take our order. 5:48 was the time stamp on ours. That's unacceptable. They were not that busy. At least acknowledge we are there, don't just turn your back on us and ignore us for an hour!

I am not partial to Burger King but it's been around longer than me and I have had it at least a dozen times in the last year. The food is decent but never outstanding. The Whopper is the go to burger, the chicken sandwich is not bad as long as the the bun is fresh. I like the onion rings better than there fries just barely. But the onion rings are not normal / traditional onions rings. They are made from minced onion's. My opinion isn't just about this location, it's really more about the entire chain really.

Can we say the food he sucked. I got the breakfast burrito combo meal. Nothing was at serving temperature. Including the coke lacked ice. I'm taking it there only 2 employees there and neither wanted to work.

order me food a number 2 special that comes with they give me my hamburger so it doesn't come with cheese told them i used to work at one I know it does and it wouldn't advertise it in the picture if it didn't come with cheese.. It was just me and my husband there and Took them 15 minutes to get our food out and it was wrong and no one was coming through the Drive-through.

Been to many Burger King locations, this is the first that didn't have fountain drinks available, understaffed and the fry girl seemed inadequate. Watched her pick up food from the floor and never changed her gloves just continued working. They forgot the fries for our order and the chicken nuggets were severely over cooked and to top it off our impossible whopper's were dry and tasted like they were burnt. Such a disappointing experience, I most certainly will not be returning to this location again.

My son and I went in together and they were dead. Only two kids belonging to an employee. Despite this, the drink bar was flooded in soda and just about every table was filthy. It took time to get our food as the clerk went outside for whatever reason. Our burgers were stone cold and the fries were not only cold, but seemed so undercooked before they were left out to get cold and icky. Not one employee seemed to care about the state of the dining area even though the place was empty and no cars were frequenting the drive thru.

While the food is usually good the wait in the drive thru is ridiculous. They will only take one order at a time, when that order is made, payment completed, only then will they address the next person in line. Get ready to spend 20 minutes waiting if you go thru the drive thru.

The food usually comes out fast, but if there are over three customers in the drive thru you'll need to wait to order and on your food. However, it's always been hot and really good. The real problem is the attitude of the employees. I have been here NUMEROUS times and not one single time ever have I heard the words, "please, thank you, Sir, Ma'am" or anything else considered respectful or polite no matter how nice you are.

Morning shift during the week? Fantastic! Night shift on a Friday night when there’s no one else in the drivethru? Awful. Got told at the speaker to go park and it’s 8pm and no one’s here. And every time I park I get forgotten about and have to go in. So I asked if I could just stay in the drivethru. Teen girl got a big ol attitude and decided to keep the attitude. I pulled up the the 1st window where there was a young man, apologized for wanting to stay in the drivethru and he said it was fine. Pulled up to second window and immediately was handed my food (no spit I checked so at least there’s that) the young man was nice but that girl was not. Also I immediately got my food (again no one else in drivethru) so why was I told to go park if my food was ready?

I got the Spicy Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The chicken patty only covered half the bun. I paid $10 for a medium meal. Total rip off. That's the last time I order a chicken sandwich at Burger King.

My wife and I with 2 of our grandchildren are lunch there and three of us got sick afterwards one of the grandkids noticed that the meat on his burger didn't smell right we told the manager about it but they wouldn't do anything about it she said the meat was fine and there wasn't anything wrong with it. Says online that they are not closed until 11:00 p.m.. I placed my order before 10:00 p.m. on the app and paid for it. I show up a little bit after 10:00 p.m. and they tell me that they closed at 10 o'clock and that they don't have my order because all of their broilers are off, they don't have any food to cook and they can't refund me my money. The app doesn't even let you place an order once they are closed anyways. And even if they did close early, I placed it before 10 o'clock p.m. but still refuse to fuffill my order.

They are so slow, now they get you to pull up past the window so it doesn’t show you waiting. The car next to me got their order before mine and I have been here 10 minutes before them and then the lady comes to my window and ask what I ordered. This is the worst place ever

Do not go here. They do not know what they are doing! Ridiculous! I know they are short handed but it's no excuse not to have HOT food. Definitely do not recommend. I will update this if they ever get better but as of right now they need to shut it down, hire a new crew, and TRAIN them.

Just sat in driver thru for 20 minutes for them to tell the car in front of me they arent taking anymore orders @ 11:13 if they arent gonna stay open until 12am on saturday they need to update their hours. I will just keep driving to the one in Royse City when i want Burger King.

I’m a Whopper enjoyer but there’s something of at this location. The service is great but the quality of the food is way off. It’s just not a good example of Burger King food. It just doesn’t taste right. I try and eat here every few months to see if it’s up to par but am consistently disappointed. I always end up throwing my meal away. Very sad.

Every time I go to the Burger Kiing in Quinlan they are so slow. There will be nobody else in the drive thru and they still take forever to give your good. They never do make a burger plain when asked to and they never do hive any kind of sauce for nuggets when asked to. They are terrible.

The worst customer service. Went through the drive through. No one in line. Ordered 2 whoppers only. Guy tried to make me wait at the first window so thier clock dont start. I refused. Clocks there to help make them better and better service. Went to the second window guy asked me to pull around. I did. Then i had to go inside and wait 15 minutes for 2 burgers. Management is horrible. Almost 20 minutes for 2 burgers. Ill go to water burger next time.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Took a while in line to get to place my order. Took even longer to get my order. Which i spent 45 dollars on. Then get home and dont even have all my order. Went all the way back only to feel like im a pest, never even recieved we are sorry or anything. Just tossed my missing order at me and walked away. First and last time using this burger king. Should have just demanded my money back.!!!!!! Horrible just plain horrible service. I can deal with the waiting. No problem. Forgot part of the order. Well we are all human. But to just fluff me off when i come back. Wow i really just bit my tongue on that lady up front.

Went through the drive through. Sat there for awhile with no response to our hello's so we pulled up to the window. I explained that we were sitting there and no one would take our order. The lady said, yeah but we don't take orders from the window. I told her we will not be back and we won't!

I've been to this particular Burger King only three times and there was a problem all three times. First time I ordered 2 orders of chicken nuggets and asked for one of each of their dipping sauces. When I got home there were no dipping sauces at all and I had to eat them dry. Second time I was there I ordered two different sandwich meals and discovered when I got home that there was only one sandwich in the bag and had to go back for the second sandwich. Third time I was there I ordered a double Whopper and got a messy Burger with almost no lettuce no pickles, no ketchup, no mustard and just a very few onions on it. There was however an over abundance of mayo which made the sandwich soggy and messy to eat. Even when they're not busy the wait for your order takes forever and the kids working there aren't very friendly. If this is what the people of Quinlan can look forward to at this new Burger King, I'll wager that this business won't do well here for very long.

I placed my order at 9:32 and did not leave until 10:18. I went through drive thru and my burger was messed up so they asked me to pull out front for 5 minutes and they would bring me another burger how I ordered it. I waited 20 minutes then went back through the drive thru and asked where my burger was? The manager said oh I sorry we forgot were just in a hurry to close. Then handed me a dry burger with no veggies and asked what veggies I needed for it. Will not be returning and sadly this was my first time going. If I could give a 0 star I would have!

I sat in the drive thru waiting for them to open at 6am until about 6:15 when I realized it was dark inside still. So I drove around and saw the employees just sitting in there truck!!!!! I am 7months pregnant and REALLY wanted French toast sticks!!!! HORRIBLE START OF MY DAY!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would😡😤

Went through the drive through and ordered some whoppers and specifically said 1 with no pickles. Also got chicken sandwiches and chicken fries. The chicken sandwiches tasted rubbery and old oil, same with the fries. All the whopper burgers had no pickles, lettuce, nor tomatoes.

Came in for a new fiery big fish it was not cooked all the way and it was completely dry and the cheesy tots were ice cold! Been coming here since they open.....well I never had a good experience. They never get my order right. Today just really did it! Ordered the 2 whopper Jr. for $5. I told tje lady I wanted it the way it came nothing extra and a senor dr.pepper along with a large sweet tea. Just want to say to anyone ordering to ask for your receipt since they won't give it to you unless you ask. They gave me my drinks and ask me to pull to the side and wait for the 2 burgers so I do. When I check the receipt it shows cheese added to the burgers so I go in to fix it. As I'm complaining about the short Hispanic lady just smiles and laughs at me like it's funny they mess my order up constantly. That's inappropriate of her. So after I get the refund for the cheese I didn't ask for or want and got the right food I left. Should've tasted the tea before I left cause they gave me unsweetened tea😡. Gonna be awhile before i give them another chance to mess my order up.

So we've been eating here off and on since the location opened, and it's always had one major problem; the way its managed. The employees they do have are always running themselves ragged trying to cover for the fact that they're severely understaffed. I think the most employees I've ever seen in this location at once is 3. There is no reason that the person working window one should also be in the kitchen and at window 2. This place also has a severe problem with not having basic supplies. Not sure how many times we've gone through the drive through and before we were able to place an order had to listen to a list of items that the restraint was out of. Once again, bad management decisions. The food here is great. The employee's they do have do a bang up job, but this place needs to be overhauled.

Me and my two coworkers came in today and waited close to 15 minutes at the counter and was blatantly ignored by all staff members, the lady with the purple hair walked right past us behind the counter and made a point to not acknowledge our existence. I see why the employee of the month plaque on the wall was empty. We left and went elsewhere Edit: i completely understand being understaffed, but they could have at least said "hey guys im sorry theres only 4 of us today, please be patient with us." But that wasnt the case, we were purposefully ignored and there was only one customer in the restaurant and nobody in the drive-thru and he already had his food.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.. not only did. I wait in line just to order for 30 minutes or more, I was over charged by 28$ and when I finally got to the window to get my food they had 2 burgers wrong, which was fine but when I wait another 15 minutes for 2 burgers to be fixed just for them to come back with the exact same burgers!!! I had it and asked for a refund! And the woman in the black shirt needs some lessons in customer service, I was more than patient and understanding, I understand it's new but after being in line and waiting for close to a hour!! Come on now!! I will never be back

Decided to get the $15 offer for super bowl. What a HUGE mistake. Absolutely the worse meal ever had at a Burger King. Where to start? - Did not get the sauce for nuggets or cheese sticks that asked for when picking up. Why should one even need to ask for sauce for cheese sticks? - Cheese sticks were cold and seems cooked this morning. I mean cool to the touch, and we live minutes away. - Order whoppers with mustard. The burger patty was not even warm and maybe cooked hours ago. We live minutes way. - Not a single napkin. I could add more but this should sum it up. Have tried our best to like this location, but we have to go elsewhere just to get a fresh burger patty. They are always dry and cooked WAY ahead of time. Darn shame we have to travel to another location just to get hot food.

There are two people that work there that hold personal agendas against their customers. We cannot eat there because they have publicly posted about spitting on food. I hope the owner sees this and reaches out. A lot of people could get very sick. I will not let this go.

The food I got tasted weird and have been sick ever since lunch. Won't be going back there since lunch was first meal of the day and been sitting on the toilet ever since. I guess if they weren't understaffed they might be able to keep up with health code.

2 whoppers and one medium coke 16.00. We decided to go across the street and got two big Macs for 10.00 and a coke. Would of probably been cheaper if we ordered the meals.what they did was mark up the burgers to appear you would have had a better deal with the meal. Crazy, when we denied the order, they didn't try to tell us about the meal. Burger King in Quinlan is a dead fish in the capital catfish of Texas. Get rid of Burger King and put a Wendy's in place of it, not sure if they realize the economics in Quinlan? Not the richest area in texas to live in! Drive through girl was excellent, prices sucked.

Lunchtime and was told they had no milkshakes. There were not any other cars in the drive thru. But after we paid we were asked to move out of the line and over to the outside lane. After 20 minutes we got our order and had to throw out the fries because they had so much salt on them we could not eat them.

Anytime BK advertises a new menu item and we go to try it, they never have all the ingredients to make it. This time, we were going to split the new mushroom Swiss melt and an order of onion rings. They didn’t have Swiss cheese and asked could we just have cheddar. They also didn’t have onion rings, could we just have fries. We reluctantly agreed and it was horrible. Cold. The size of a sausage biscuit sandwich. Did not taste good at all. Won’t be returning to this location.

My wife and I have eaten here 3 times since it opened and have never gotten a warm hamburger that was not mushy. They just came out with a new mushroom and Swiss burger so we thought we would try it. Bad idea. Why did we think anything would be any different. The 2 little skinny patties were taken out of a water warming tray and were like mush. Another bad experience here. They might as well close this place. We won't be back..

We were just in the drive thru tonight at 6:20 p.m. and we couldn’t figure out what we wanted. We were cutting up in the car laughing because we were confusing each other. A girl on duty who claims to be a manager became very rude saying we had an attitude and were fixing not to be able to order. I asked her who her boss was and she told me she would be there Tuesday. I will be emailing corporate on this matter as it was recorded through my car and I am most certain they will enjoy listening.to this. Maybe then they will hire people who can actually work with other people and treat them with the respect they deserve. No one was speaking to her except when trying to order. Absolutely no reason for her behavior and I will never eat there again

The service is not what anyone should expect from a fast food restaurant or any other eating establishments. They got my order wrong and left me at the windows with no way to fix it. I called and asked for them to come to the windows and they did. The guy who met me told me it was right before looking in the bag. It w a s wrong. Then, I asked to speak to the manager when he brought my order and they refused to come to the window.

The food was okay I guess, not a lot of flavor and small portions for what was supposed to be large. I could look past that stuff if the lady who gave us our food had not have been rude when we mention she forgot a drink. Horrible customer service from her.

Every Sunday I go to get breakfast im always the first customer there's this 2 beautiful lady's that are always smiling and treat me so good but today I went at 7:05 and oh surprise it was closed I usually go at 7 am and its open and I didn't see but one of the beautiful lady's that is cooking but I guess she doesn't take orders so I didn't get my breakfast today !! This happens often ???

Really don't even deserve a one star. No one in line they make you pull to the side and then can't even get the right food that you order. But don't have a problem taking your money. Then I guess No one knows how to answer the phone to even let them know that they messed your order up.

Omg!! I have gone to a lot of different food places and I have never seen the cook coming in and out to many times and not to take orders to the customer she was coming in and out to be with her (husband ,boyfriend or what ever he was) I was there with my husband and kids and she was kissing the guy almost the whole time she was at the lobby she would go in and just put the gloves on (without washing her hands) and started to make the burgers she would finish take gloves off and go back to the lobby with the guy there I easy counted more then 5 times going in and out I think that is not so professional because it's a family place and it looks bad that she is with the uniform in front of everybody I wonder we're is the general manager to stop this I honestly won't come back because she would not wash her hands and honestly that is so sad because I love bk but people like this make me not want to come back I hope the gm does something this cant be happening any more

What is wrong with this people I have two days going for the new Halloween sundaes and the lady with the pretty smile (which gives a great customer service) said the machine is not working my kids are really sad because they can't get their sundaes I hope you guys start working !!!! Food was amazing and everything seem great we ate the train your dragon whoppers x2 meals with the ice cream got a 2 kids meal with nuggets and also a regular whopper with cheese and the new mozzarella sticks and a double cheeseburger meal, when we left a girl put our sprite that we left on the table outside the door I decided to go get it and asked her why she would place it outside, she replied with we don't even sell that here and why would I leave it on the table I told her we forgot it she then said I needed to clean up after my self and I told her is that the way you talk to customers I know I'm not at a five star Restaurant and I'm at a Burger King but she should not talk that way to customers I ask her what her name was she replied with BROOK and I AM THE MANAGER BY THE WAY I asked her if she was serious and she had 100 different looks on her face I told her she should lead by example and be a good roll model for her employees she immediately said I should be a good example for my kids and clean up after my self. It was me my wife and our 2 year old child plus her sister and her two kids and there other younger sister. We all cleaned the table and left a sprite and an unopened ranch . She went and said have a good night and i said have a good day also asked if she's picking up the sprite. All this over leaving a sprite on the table.

Family of 4 driving home from visiting grandparents on the lake and we stopped for some small snacks for the a and a half drive home. Wife & I got the new buffalo chicken wrap and the kids got some nuggets to share and as soon as I bit into mine I could feel it was different. Looked down and the whole chicken is raw. Never swallowed it but my wife ate half of hers before she noticed hers was the same way. I call Burger King and it just constantly ringed with no answering machine. I understand mistakes happen but at least answer the phone and let me tell you what we experienced so you can fix it for the next customer. Probably never eating here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! They put someone in the drive thru who doesn’t know the computer. They put someone else on the headset and still messed up the order. I got to the window and they still messed it up. I got my food and it was hard and over cooked. The “manager” Jamie doesn’t know how to talk to people and handle situations. He was very immature and very childish. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They honestly need to get their stuff together and learn how to talk to people. At least get people to know how to take orders. I’ve worked fast food before and I’ve never had this issue. This place is trash and I will never be back again
