Believe it or not, this is the first time I've tried this kind of fast food because I thought that wasn't good enough, and today I fall in love immediately with the taste And flavor of the chicken sandwich and the chicken nuggets made with real chicken meat. Also the waffle fries are awesome too, in fact, everything was excellent. Simply... Outstanding. If I could give them 6 Stars I would for sure.

Well what most can I say. This “fast food restaurant” really doesn’t feel or act like a typical fast food restaurant. The workers are possibly the nicest people you’ll ever meet and will accommodate your every need, they manage to keep to the whole place cleaned and sanitized even with dozens of people present, and the workers usually deliver your food to your table which I find different compared to some other locations, which usually takes around 5-10 minutes depending on your order. Downside of this location though is the drive-through line is extremely long and pulls out towards the street due to mass amounts of people going to this location, you’d be better off going inside. Otherwise, this Chick-fil-A is a great place to get good, affordable food quick and easy.

Very delicious but line is ALWAYS long.. line so long it wraps around the building.. almost to the street. There lines make in & out lines look short. So I would rather have it delivered to my house than go sit in that line. Customer service was expectantly good, and my order was on point and correct. Food was fresh and served hot! The staff always have a fantastic attitude. They've never messed up one of my orders in the 10+ times I've been there. I love the selection of sauces and I always dip in combos of sauces to make my own flavors. Overall very good food.

I saw the manager working with his employees at this location. Hate to call him out by saying he’s a middle aged African American man. He was the best manager. Calm and helpful to his employees. I just thought it should be commented on. I mean not everyone is a good manager. But a good manager makes a great team. I've come by with my siblings a many times this past week and I have had a very pleasant experience every time. My siblings are very young and very loud and very annoying, but you guys have been very professional and patient serving us. I can't remember his name but the tall guy wearing a hat handling the orders in the car line was very quick, helpful, and professional the last few times that we've gone and I wanted to make sure he got some recognition! Another amazing stop at Chick-fil-A. My daughter and I were traveling to big Bear and we stopped here. I decided to go out of my comfort zone and get chicken fingers. They were super good. I don’t like the original chicken sandwich. We got some fries to share too. The French fries were really good. The customer service year was awesome.

Nice play place for the kids. The fruit cup option for kids meals are high quality-strawberries, oranges, blueberries, and apples-no melons. Restrooms have complimentary mouth wash. Service is fast and friendly, just like at any Chick Fil A. The only downside for kids is that they got rid of the kids flexible straws.

The manager sure knows how to delegate workers. The line looked terrible upon arrival but the workers worked smoothly and diligently so it was a clean glide through the line. Great job with upper management abilities. The food was good. The kids were happy. Wifey was happy and so was I.

Honestly, such slow service. Why do I get to order ahead to make things easier for a restaurant and then have to wait 20 plus minutes after my order is ready? Lots of employees here, very few working. I would only come to the Chick-fil-A if you have all the time in the world.

Sandwiches are delicious but for some reason the mess with your orders. This is one time I ordered a spicy deluxe and the sandwich came with not chicken at all. You can complain about it and they will get right to you but sometimes we don't have time to wait and we can't do that every time we come to this restaurant. I hope they double check the orders and always be sure before get it to us. It is just that but I have not complain about the meals.

The service was very good. The prize is very high. The French fries are not very good and still. There is no flavors in their french fries. The place is clean. They need more parking place there. You have to park a ways to get parking there. There's a line in the drive through to wait. The neighborhood is good. The Chicken Sandwich is good. The atmosphere was amazing because it was in my car. The line was pretty long, it took about twenty to thirty minutes to get my food. The food wasn’t all that good either, my Mac and cheese was really burnt. My Mac and cheese was so burnt that it had a layer of cheese on top that turned to crust. The only good thing was the chicken sandwich but even that was too little to fill one up. The cris cut fries were also good but also way too small. The portions here are really small and for the price you pay, you would expect bigger. The lemonade was really good but they couldn’t even fill the cup. Sad.

Me and my fiancé enjoy grabbing chick fil a for a quick bite. But today on September 21,2024 they messed up my order by 1 little thing. They gave me a whole cup filled with carbon soda instead of a sprite. I called the chick fil a help line they had but the woman who helped me sounded a bit like she didn’t wanna be there. She sounded bored or annoyed.

The drive through no longer is fast takes almost 30 minutes the last few times something has changed. I have tried to go inside and realized that online orders have taken over and really slowed down the fast, efficient service chic filet was once known for. Not to mention so many orders including mine were being brought back and corrected. This is truly unfortunate.

I order from this location quite frequently for delivery to my work location and I have had no problems with the orders until today. Ordered a regular Deluxe Chicken sandwich and received the Spicy Chicken sandwich-not what I could eat! Also ordered a Brownie which didn't arrive. As good as this company is, I discovered today that the locations are protected-you can't reach them by phone. You get put I to some call center where they take a message and tell you the Leadership Team at the location will call you back. 2 hours later and I am still waiting for the call! Not impressed!

I stopped going here because they are always out of cherries for their shakes during the evening and the excuse is the same, we ran out or dropped them. The same lines, for over a year, stale. I also noticed their sandwich is smaller but the price went up.

I got here in drive up 10:15. Because they didn't get to us until 10:33 we couldn't get breakfast. They need to improve on how they set up drive thru.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Chick-fil-A location, and my family has enjoyed ordering from here occasionally in the past. Unfortunately, our most recent experience on January 2, 2026, at around 5:16 PM (Register 57, cashier Brennan) was very disappointing. We ordered 5 chicken sandwiches via drive-thru but only received 4 in the bag—I didn’t notice until we got home. Additionally, the waffle fries tasted off and stale, which was unusual compared to previous visits. I’m not sure if there have been recent changes in management or staffing, but the quality and accuracy fell short this time. Hoping this was just an off day, as we’ve had better experiences before.

I don't know what is going on with this location lately. This is the second time I come this week and both time I've had to wait way longer than usual to the point to where they are bringing the food to many cars behind by the time I've gotten my food the food is already cold and they always forget to add the sauces I ask for. I’ve seen employees help other door dashers and not even ask to see their phones but everytime I finally get assistance they insist on looking at my phone for the name even tho I’ve said it twice. I had an employee call out my order and when I raised my hand and said here the employee looked at me and put the order on the rack behind the counter and walked away. Last night I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and made eye contact with a few employees only to have an employee come up and ask the man behind me who just came in what the name was for his order. It sucks that a place that is wildly popular can have such rude staff

My partner and I came in this morning to see what their Veterans Day promotion is and we spoke with the manager I believe it was Selene or Selena unfortunately it was subpar service. We asked her what the promo is for today and she said “it’s a free chicken sandwich” and walked away she did not ask any further questions just walked away didn’t even serve us. I know this is not the chick-fil-a culture sad to see veterans let alone anyone be treated this way.

I visited this location tonight with a few friends and our kids. We were off to the side of the restaurant and our kids were going in and out of the play room. As we were about to leave one of your crew leads Jacelyn, was extremely rude and was very aggressive going through to the back with her trash can. She was very aggressive as she was walking though the kids and slammed down her trash bin. I approached her and told her they are just kids and weren’t doing anything wrong, and she didn’t need to be so aggressive and treat kids so bad. She was rude on her response and said she didn’t think she was being rude. I feel as though this isn’t the type of person who should be representing your company, she was rude and aggressive towards kids. I won’t be returning back to this location, knowing a crew leader has such a foul distaste for children.
