Everything was very clean, the food and drinks were excellent, and the sauces were delicious.

My party was canceled so I had to cancel a large online pick up order I placed a few days prior. I called the restaurant the day before the party was supposed to take place to cancel the order. A young gentleman helped me as well as the manager Cesar. They are both so professional and provided excellent customer service. Refunded efficiently without issue. I will continue to come to this location.

First time visiting and definitely don’t think it will be my last. Didn’t get any photos but the food was great. Staff were friendly and had the taste of Hawaiian BBQ. Got the family meal, it was plenty for four.

The best crab macaroni salad and crab raccoons. There food is great and awesome. The young girl server's not very friendly and one rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed at me. I just laughed to myself because a lot of these kids have attitudes, they don't want to work, but they want the money. They need to be trained in customer service and how to treat people. But first they need respect and manners in common sense.

I recently ordered the same order (#42) that I had previously enjoyed at the Upland branch, but this time I visited the Ono Hawaii location on Foothill in Rancho Cucamonga. I was delighted to find that the meat and veggies were cooked to perfection, just like I remembered. The staff at this location was exceptional, displaying a high level of friendliness and accommodation. I want to give a special shout-out to Karen, the manager, who went above and beyond to assist me with gift cards and a catering order. She generously spent a full 30 minutes ensuring that everything was taken care of. The customer service provided by Karen and her team at Ono Hawaii truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend visiting this location for an outstanding dining experience."

Loved it! Was ono! Had the chicken Katz which was good and on point and went back again for the short ribs which were also delicious. Hawaiian sun drinks also available. Friendly staff at the counterand the restaurant is clean. Chopsticks on request. The rice is just like the way we eat it on the islands. If your expecting flavored rice here, you wont get it. I like the food, but the service needs to be better. I don't know if it's because everyone that works there is young, but they have attitudes, ignore you, and don't say thank you. This was my experience a few times. Maybe I will try a different location.

Decided to try this place cause I was stuck on a 34 hr layover (truckHER life). Went with the bbq beef and crispy shrimp. It was actually pretty good. I would recommend instead of getting the rice, which was...bland and just rice, ask for a double portion of the macaroni salad. It was actually pretty good. The house sauce was divine also. Customer service was good. I explained to the clerk that it was my first time trying Hawaiian BBQ so she answered all the questions that I had and allowed me to take my time in choosing what I wanted without feeling rushed. Will definitely come back again next time I'm this way.

Over all is good. Chicken, beef and pork is tasty. Good rice, good steam or boil cabbage. Macaroni is good. Good price. The only thing is the chicken katsu is not hot or fresh. It's was dry like left over. Only took 5mins to get home and it's already cold. 4s for that. They are always generous on portion. Chicken plate can feed 3 kids.

Tried the chicken w rice and macaroni salad. It was the least expensive plate @ $9. This did not come with a drink. The food was good. Very large portion. Enough to share with another person if you are not a big eater. Flavors were good. Nothing amazing, just good.

The food is really fresh and tasty. The customer service isgreat, I always have big order for more than 6 at times with special orders and the cashiers and cooks are patient and friendly about it :) I always come here for my family.

For the price you get a very large serving. Got the chicken katsu and it was delicious! Unfortunately the service through the drive thru is extremely slow. Took over 25 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got my food.

The food is generally ok. It's the customer service and attention to your order being complete that they struggle with. This is the 3rd time that I order food from this location and there is something missing from the order. It's frustrating to pay for an item and not receive it and have to go back to pick it up or just call it a loss and not get it.

IM SICK TO MY STOMACH!!! I went to this location on my lunch break in the drive thru and I waited 27mins for my food. After I consumed my entire drink I noticed there was little black particles in the bottom of the cup. My chicken wasn’t cooked all the way and I didn’t notice it until after a few bites. You would think that the food would be fully cooked being that I wanted so long for it. I’ve been sick to my stomach throwing up ever since. Moral of the story don’t go to this place on your lunch break if you don’t like raw chicken.

The customer service is poor! The two cashiers had no sense of urgency to attend customers waiting in line. Once it was our turn they had very poor communication skills and customer service. I understand there is other tasking to do however customer is the priority. Please coach your cashiers and Manager what good customer service is.

I am so disappointed. I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ mix and it was awful. I first noticed how dry the short ribs and beef were. That was surprising because the short ribs are usually fatty. The chicken had no flavor. I ordered thru door Dash and spent 17.99 for something I couldn't even eat. Thank God my daughter's order was edible. Total sent was 54.00 never again. I had to throw mine in the trash. Do better Ono Hawaiian BBQ. You'll never get my money again.

I ordered a chicken combo plate for my lunch and when i started to eat I noticed the katsu felt hard, when i turned it over the chicken looked both undercooked and overcooked and it is very disgusting. Not sure if I’ll be coming back.

This place used to be top notch with big meals and good prices. Now every time I come here and pay for the most expensive Katsu chicken I’ve ever paid for.. and an overpriced Katsu chicken I’ve gotten this twice so far. Maybe only a 6oz chicken Katsu chicken. This is ridiculous!

Terrible service!!! Food was good tho. This was my first time here so I was slow in ordering. Both cashiers were rude and would sigh loud everytime I had a question, so I don't think it was just a bad employee. Seems like the environment is bad. The cashier gave me a hard time about asking question for my son's food. If my Son wasn't so hungry I would've just left. After ordering my Son and I were the only ones in the restaurant, they just left my food at the counter. They didn't call out my number or have the decency to walk out and bring us our food. I order it to dine in and they bagged it up for me. The bagged up food is not bad but it's all the little things that added up to a bad experience. I could add about 5 more negative things but ill stop here. If you like bad attitude with good food, then this is your place. As for me I'll definitely have Hawaiian BBQ again, just not at this place again.
