The coffee was Okay but the place is clean and comfortable. You can come sit, work and study. I like it

I had a good experience at this Panera! The customer service was super nice, and the place was clean. The food was good, but the only tiny hiccup was that they tend to run out of their coffee brew pots that are out. However, despite that, overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

There was a line to get your food. The service was too slow. The food was very good. The place need to be clean tables and chairs and floors. You wait for 25 minutes to get your food after you order the food. The neighborhood is good. There is enough parking place there. The place is very expensive. Not too hard to find. They need to hire more employees to work there and fast service.🍲🍜🍴🥤

Someone needs to rethink the process. Panera wants you to use the self service order terminals, so we did that. $30+ for two sandwiches with lemonades. The terminal then told me to get my cups from the service counter. The cashier there told me that the drinks would come out with the food. It took 14 minutes for the two sandwiches and the cups to appear in the pickup window. In virtual all restaurants people get to enjoy their beverages while waiting for the food. Here... No. And the terminal had the galls to ask for a tip for the staff... for what exactly? I was doing all the work except for preparing the food (entering the order, picking up the order, filling my drinks).

The positive is the food is good. Unfortunately, the restaurant is filthy. There was a dirty rag left at the drink station, a lot of dirty dishes just sitting by the trash receptical, there is trash all over the carpet, and a trail of spilled coffee from the coffee station to the kitchen area behind the cashier counter. I had to complain to a manager after sitting at least 30 minutes in this filthy place. This was even after I had already told a female cashier and all she did was giggle after I mentioned about the trail of spilled coffee. I was concerned because someone could slip and fall. I was just dumbfounded by the lack of empathy from the employee. That same cashier and the manager were just socializing and laughing before I complained to the manager. This was in a relatively slow Sunday at 5:30PM on April 30, 2023. I do like Panera Bread and will probably come back. I just hope the condition of the restaurant is much better. I have to say the employees preparing the hot food did a great job and did their best to accommodate the customers. It is because of this and the fact the food is good that is preventing me from giving this place a one star. By the way there was still trash all over the floor after being here for an hour when I finally saw someone clean this up. This is so sad.

My husband ordered online to pick up at 9:47 am and was told it would be ready at 10:02 am. Arrived at 10:05 am and then received an email at 10:07 am saying the order was still being prepared and was delayed. We did not receive our food until 10:25 am. No one helps you in person when you arrive. They were too busy to even ask if anyone needed help. This location needs either more staff or retraining. Food was not hot. It was kind of warm. Why would it take close to 40 mins to get 3 sandwiches and 1 pastry?? Unacceptable. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

It's almost 2 pm. This place is dirty. Dirty plates all over the counter by the trash. Dirty plates on tables. Floor was dirty. First time here and very disappointed

Extremely SLOW service every time! I’ve gone to this location 3x. I’ve given it 3 chances and service is quite disappointing. My pickup order has been delayed 20-40 minutes every visit. Today my order was ready for pickup an hour late! All I ordered was one half salad. Nothing else. That’s crazy! I’m so turned off by this location. It ranks at the bottom for me compared to the other Panera locations. The Ontario and Upland locations are much better about getting orders out ON TIME even during their peak hours.

My family has been patronizing this Panera Bread for years and we liked it very much. Sadly I have seen the standards of this site sliding to a low that is no longer acceptable. First of all, it’s obviously short-staffed, especially during the busy hours during weekends. Only 2-3 employees are visible running around like maniacs doing the cleaning the floor, bathroom, coffee machine and desks, on top of rendering the food to the waiting customers. And quite often, orders are running late. This site used to have an open dinning area at the side door but it’s gone now and I suspect it’s for the same reason. Second, service quality goes to the sewer. I have a few unpleasant experiences of missing items or wrong items in my order but today’s incident just crossed a line - they didn’t put a lid on my soup and it spilled out in the paper bag and leaked everywhere. Check my photos. Third, they allow unwanted solicitation inside. Two weeks in a row during the weekends I saw a man on a wheel chair going around inside the restaurant soliciting from customers freely without being confronted by any employee. Apparently this is not an acceptable business practice anywhere in this country. Hate to give a one star to a restaurant I love, but someone gotta say something. Consider it as a wake-up call, very much please.

When I checked in at the counter for my online order, they mistook my name for another and had me waiting for 50 mins before I was asked again if I received my order as I stood in front of the counter the entire duration. I told them that they emailed me, what was 50 mins ago, that it was ready and it was not on the shelf when I came in. When they finally decided to ask me my full name, they told me it must have been stolen before I came in. After they remade my order, they didn't bother to accommodate me with an extra item or a coupon or anything to make up for the hour long wait. Very disappointing and frustrating service.

So disappointed. Placed an online order for 8 people so it was a large order, still not ready 2 hours later. Grant you this was for lunch at work. Had to cancel since their manager could not even give me an estimated time that it would be ready. They need to hire more people or give true estimates as to what time the food will be ready.

I got a coupon on the app for a free bowl of soup or mac & cheese. So I ordered and got this bowl filled 1/3 of the way. Is it because I used a coupon? If you guys feel some type of way about it then don’t offer them!!! This is ridiculous. The employees need to be told how to serve the food. And if this is really how much you guys want them serving then why not make the bowl smaller? You’re just gunna fill it barely over half way?

🚨🚨🚨(MUST READ) surprisingly worst service- carless handling of bread and food . Poorly slapped together sandwiches . Funny thing is people just accept this as the new normal . We got the text stating our food was ready the young lady operating behind the counter was very rude seemed to be upset I was standing there never received my order to top it off they said I never put in a order . I used the kiosk , the charge is in my bank purchased the order 10 mins before leaving this review . Happy to provide prof . The location was disgusting . Trash everywhere floors nasty dirty no intention of cleaning up from staff . I doubt this will ever change this will be the last time I ever come here ..
