First off I want to thank the best customer service ever ! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Allie ! The food was made super fast && very fresh ! I thank Allie , Alexis, && Emma for their service ! Best place to eat at && the food was so fresh !

This is by far the best Flame Broiler I’ve ever been too. The workers are always nice and go out of their way to help customers. Food is delicious and fresh. They recently remodeled and it looks really nice incide. Definitely will be back!! :)

Always quick and fresh! I enjoy the Magic Sauce, but since I'm more of a spicy kinda guy, I prefer the Triple Hot Sauce. Most of the time I'll fill up most of a sauce cup with the Triple, then top it off with Magic. Haven't tried the tofu, or added avocado to my bowls, but one of these days, I'll give it a shot. Overall, best "fast food" in this center. I say that in quotes because it's fast and relatively inexpensive, not because I'd compare it to McDonald's or anything.

Great customer service, clean dining room, healthy meal. The people working here seem so nice, or at least in a very good mood when we stopped in. Loved hearing the Christmas music, too. As for the food, I got the mini and my family got the chicken bowl special and they were soooo generous. Will definitely make this our go-to fast food restaurant whenever we're in the area.

I love flamebroiler the food is simple and healthy but very tasty. The ambiance is nice too for such a small simple place it is nice inside with a fireplace and even an outdoor eating area. The salad is fexh,unique and tasty especailly with the sesame dressing. they sell kimchi as an additional product with their main items brown or white rice,chicken,beef orshortribs,vegetables. they have a small selection of canned/botted beverages and the standard soda fountain as well. the brown rice is soft and tasty. they serve shaved ginger is you like it as an accent.Cooked to order the beef is vey thin and tender but flavorful even without sauce.

I come here often. First, it's a fast food chain I don't know why people expect to get a 5 star restaurant kind of service but I still haven't had any bad experience. I order my food, get it quick and it tastes good. They have their containers of magic sauce already made and I haven't seen them refuse to give anybody more if they ask for it even if they give them an "attitude" or not.

I visited this Flame Broiler location on Tuesday, July 26th @ 15(3):45 pm. This FB is meh. Kinda clean, not dirty. Friendly service, not InO or Chik Fil A tier, but not bad at all. The food was standard, although the bowls were a bit light compared to other locations. I did have a bit of an issue with the half-acado on my bowls (see pic). Nothing to say here. They seen it, judged I'd eat that, and sent it on out.... and I paid for the privilege, twice. Bitter as they are ugly. Next time when I say Waba on Foothill, they'll listen.

Terrible experience!!! The little girl in the photo flipped me off twice !!! So rude never ordering or eating there again I wouldn’t trust someone who disrespects me that way !! I think to myself what is she doing to my food ?? 🤢🤢 never eating here AGAIN ! Telling all my local friends now !!

The service was efficient but overall the food and customer service was awful. We ordered a plate and a bowl both with broccoli yet we had none but just stems. The beef on my wife's plate was cold like they had it sitting there from before. We will definitely never come back it's our first and last time.

The picture on this site is false advertising. I bought 2 bowls 9-28-16 and both bowls were half fulls. I think the owner it's stingy will NEVER buy here. Unfortunately i noticed my bowls half full until i got home. You lost customers for life.
