A Mexican restaurant that doesn’t offers lemon because is very expensive is not Mexican at all. Food is good service is great unless is a kiosk. But I couldn’t enjoy my soup with no lemon 👎🏽. Charge me for it. We know this corporation is as greedy as it gets. I’ll pay for it🙂

When asked for a cup for some water! A female employee gave me a cup, when pushing it into my hand, like I was a bother to her, no smile, from her after I said thank you, no reply, another customer was there, ask for condiments gave to her with no problem smiling talking, was it the color of my skin....don't deal with the public if you can't treat all the same.....

Went through the drive thru and placed our order. They didn't put 1 item on the order. Spent 30 mins waiting on 1 taco now the rest of the food we got is cold. If you ever come here make sure you have them repeat your order to you till you can hear it and double check what they say.

I drove 15 minutes from the nearest El Pollo Loco, only to find a $1.25 markup on every item compared to sister locations. While businesses have the right to set their own prices, it’s disheartening when hardworking individuals, who contribute to the success of the business, are charged more. If you have options, consider supporting establishments that value fairness and transparency.

I have been eating at El Pollo Loco for several years. I have their app and I utilize it for discounts on food. They have now discontinued me so I cannot use their app any longer. I have 20,000 points in the bank that I cannot use because they messed up my app. I've called customer service two times and they don't know how to fix the problem. I will not be eating at their restaurants any longer

I bring my kids here once a week. The service isn’t always that great but usually the food is good. Yesterday my daughter got the nachos and I got chips and queso. A few hours later food poisoning set in and we have spent the day in misery. Never again!

Honestly, I will never come back to this location ever again I was appalled by the disgusting and horrible behavior of the employees. I asked for a manager, and the lady would not give me a manager. I checked my receipt and her name was Beatrice. I asked for unsweetened iced tea multiple times while going to the drive-through And I got to the window and she still did not give me the unsweetened iced tea. I asked her if she could ring me up for an iced tea I would not mind paying for it and she would not. I asked her if she could bring it up on another register again, she would not allow me to order an unsweetened iced tea. She was very rude and I was honestly very upset on the behavior of the employee as I’ve never had a problem with this location before I have been working in the fast food industry for over six years when the store gets an order wrong it is the stores top priority to offer excellent customer service and better the situation by fixing the order she told me if I wanted her to fix the order I had to go back through the drive-through again, even though I was at the order window. She gave me my bag of chips in a small takeout bag. It was not even put in a bag used for a packaging and handling food. Beatrice even threw my change on the floor in the drive thru.

1) rude staff. 2) made 2 of my orders wrong. 3) food had NO taste so bland. 4) they charge 25 cents PER salsa where in other restaurants they literally give you 3-4 at a time PER person. 5) when we asked to get our food redone because it was done incorrectly, they had the biggest attitude and the lady that remade our food was slamming things around. So not worth the money, to deal with the rudeness, and no greeting at all. Never again.

Must be going through some cut backs, these portions are just unacceptable. Chicken was cooked to perfection, but sides leave alot to be desired. Campus location I go where they also don't charge for creamy cilantro.

Horrible service!! Look at the "SALAD" they gave me!! At least HALF of it is disgusting and belongs in the trash. Twice I've been here and there is always something to complain about. I hesitated about going to this particular location..but I went anyway. Big Mistake.
