So ..... let's start from the refined environment with trained and smiling staff, we ate and drank à la carte and all the dishes were taken care of in the smallest details and very good and then finished with the desserts .... what can I say, my Tiramisu was a poem for the palate and then finished with the coffee with the chocolate praline with almonds in short guys you have to go because as the adults say you don't go to eat but to have an experience and this is an excellent EXPERIENCE

From a quick stop to a memorable lunch! On our way to Sardinia, we stopped at Hey, planning a quick break... and found ourselves in a top-notch restaurant. An elegant and refined place, with a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The food is extraordinary: the freshest ingredients, masterfully prepared dishes, and impeccably presented. Each course surprised us with its balance of flavors and quality. The attentive, professional, and cheerful service made the experience even more enjoyable. A stop that, from a simple stop, turned into one of the highlights of the trip. Highly recommended!

I came to eat at Hey a few days ago. The Splendide Riviera Hotel, Hey's location, is magnificent, a blend of elegance and art that is fully reflected in its restaurant, which is open to the public. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection. Dinner was excellent, with dishes created by Michelin-starred chef Ivano Ricchebono, and compliments also to executive chef Yari! The service was excellent, friendly, and professional. I'll definitely be back! It's also great for organizing work events.
