Staff was in a very happy mood with smiles..the female staff that attended me was very clear and understood my words in how I wanted my sandwich.. I noticed a big difference in the store since my last visit.store looks way cleaner and brighter.enjoyed My visit and will continue going..

We travel for work a lot and this is by far the best experience we have ever had at a Subway, we ordered online Dec.15th at 5:30pm and these subs were made perfect! The 2 guys working were friendly and you could tell they cared about customer service! Nice job guys!

Everything is pretty good over all food, service and restaurant ....but fountain drinks here always suck I hate saying but they never taste like what they are I dunno if there not changed out or not connected right but they gotta fix this

Subway is a chain restaurant so you really can't be wowed by the food. The service is ok but didn't really stand out in any way. The lack or listening and personalization leaves no real impression.

Sandwich was made just right. The guy who made my sandwich didn't even give me attitude when I asked for extra lettuce. There are a couple who work there who dish out alot of attitude.

No tea except the kind in the bottles. Subway tea is really good so that was a let down to go there looking for their tea and they dont make it there

Ate here recently. Food was great and staff was wonderful. If im in the area again ill be stopping by.

First time ever trying the personnel pizza NOT BAD AT ALL make sure you bake it twice my opinion.

The veggies are not always super fresh. It is south Texas, so I don't know how much that has to do with the life expectancy of the vegetables. Staff is nice most of the time. I'm sure if I had a complaint, it would be taken care of quickly.

I love eating Subway ever since I first heard about it when I saw the movie coneheads. This place is OK. Order is usually always correct when we go in the restaurant but is a different story when we go through the drive-through. Whenever I bring it to their attention once I get home all I get is a half hearted apology email but never gets corrected… Hardly ever have the soup I want either… Sometimes I find myself just going to the subway in Lyford instead but this place is just OK for me

Not sure what happened today, this location always make the sandwiches very good, but today I brought three subs and the meat was completely cold, even though I asked for them toasted.

This Subway location is one of the few chain restaurants in Raymondville and probably the only semi-healthy one. The good: The food is fresh, just like all other Subway locals I've visited. It is easy to get to from the highway (exit for highway 186 and look for the Holiday Inn next door). Parking is ample. The bad: Ostensibly, the workers are not excited about working for Subway or more specifically, making you a sandwich. The building is old and the restrooms are fairly yucky. If you are heading north on Highway 77, this is your last chance for another hour, so you'd better get in there, do your business and try not to touch anything! My wife just read this and said she didn't think it was that bad, so maybe I'm being too picky.

Good food, but I didn't like the idea that I had to pay for water, didn't have anything but bottled water for 2.00. I will not be shopping there anymore.

Love su way but the one in Raymondville Texas is not friendly, and the veggies are wilted, very rude young male employees and the tuna at one point was not good.

I was on delivery and in a hurry to drive to Houston so I stopped by Subway! I figured how long can it take. Well, they must have had an order in front of mine because I just wanted a Cold Cut Combo but not a foot long which I received instead of the 6 inch. At $11.00 it was more than I was expecting to pay. I grumbled about it but paid and there just happened to be someone broke down working on their car so I called them over and gave them the sandwich...You never Know!

If you want your order to be correct then DO NOT use the drive-thru. You MUST get off of your vehicle to watch them make your order otherwise they are more than likey going to screw it up. The kids that work there cant even get a simple cookie correct!!! So to sum it up this is a typical subway; just make sure to get off your vehicle so you're able to correct the worker when they eventually screw something up.

It seems that when i order online my sandwich is a mess and what I ask for is not provided, bacon didn't seem cooked less veggies than I asked for

There’s only 2 workers who actually make my sub right and one of em is the guy with the gold impala he knows how to make a nice sandwich props to him.

Place was very dirty and unsanitized employee very rude only allowed me to order 2 sandwiches because they were short staffed but you clearly see 3 other employees sitting and laughing on there cell phones

Came to this Subway at 11:00AM. Nobody was here and expected to get my sandwich and go. NO ONE ATTENDED ME FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE I JUST WALKED OUT. Won’t come here ever again.

If I could rate no stars I would. Waited 30 minutes plus in line and ordered 5 people's meals. They had a sign up that says add avocado to any sub. They told me they didnt have avocados. Finally got to cashier and they wouldn't take a hundred dollar bill for our 50 dollar order. There was no sign saying anything at all about not accepting one hundred dollar bills. After a total 45 minutes We walked out with no food. They threw away 5 fooling sandwiches rather than give is 50 dollars in change. I understand if you don't accept one hundred dollar bills but it should be posted before ordering.

I've gone here to this location no issues, the steph girl and the new girl hire need to ask that guy with a gold impala how to make a sub sanwich. I ordered spicy italian foot long they only put 4 peices of ham and 4 peices of pepperoni. Everytime i go its always been 8ham & 8 peperoni for a regular footlong. When i order double its 16 of each. Thank God i didn't order double cause i would of been overcharged. Plus she threw my change at me even though i never complained to her about my order. Only going back when the guy with gold impala is there.

I just wanted to have an after school eat out and converse with my children. Their country music was very loud and asked lady if they could lower just a bit because I couldn't even have a decedent conversation. They never did.

Just had a suway at this place, my son tries to get water from rhe outside hose cuzbour car was overheating, to my amazement a worker comes outside to tell us we cant get water cuz they pay for it

If you like sweat falling on your sandwiches while they are being made then go there. And if you like it when the manager tells you that it happens all the time. Then go to subway in Raymondville ..

Come to this restaurant if you want vegetables and deli meats that aren't stored properly, you will surely find yourself on the toilet. You'll end up losing more nutrition than you put into your body by eating here, the diarrhea will be astronomical and the stomach pains will have you praying for vengeance, there will be no vengeance because you will be glued to the toilet. You will need pedialyte and preparation-H after this endeavor. Pricing is absolutely terrible also, paid 38 for 3 footlongs, when you factor in the pedialyte, preparation-H, and pain/suffering; you realize pretty fast that it is definitely not worth the experience.. Unless your into that sort of thing. If you have any doubts, Google how dangerous it is to store deli meats at improper temperature. Update: 24 hours later, I have Listeria

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service and they did not honor coupons as written. No wonder they are always empty. Better options near by that do appreciate their customers.

Ask for extra pickles for my autistic child and they said they were not giving out extra pickles since they were low on stock. Mother-in-law ordered Titan turkey and received standard turkey sandwich with hardly any onions or pickles and it was made on wrong bread. Staff seemed to not care and seemed to be bothered by having many customers. If I could rate this zero Stars

My mother just went in with a coupon and regardless of what coupon it is the employee should try it and show that it doesn’t work! The manager “JD” was very rude to her I heard him over the a phone call I was with my mother at the moment. I understand if he is having a bad so take a break breathe in and out and take care of the customers right!

The tuna sandwich I got was lame because it was the scraps of the bottom of the container and dry as ever. They had no American cheese, out of bell peppers. I mean, they close at 10 pm. Why had they not stocked up the subway food containers. Doesn't sound good when you come to order food you want, and they tell you they are out of stuff. Just make you feel like they don't care about the customer. It just wasn't a good experience, and the sandwiches just were horrible. I don't like doing reviews like this, but I feel like Subway needs to do better.

I am very disappointed with the Raymondville Subway restaurant. Bad hygiene practices when making sandwiches. The guy there looks like he hates his job. He was not friendly and ignores customers when making the sandwiches. He basically was making my sandwich and went to the cash register because he got an online order and never changed his glove and started making my sandwich. I didn’t even eat my food because the thought of it grossed me out. You would think during pandemic times people would be more careful with food. Never coming back here again!

Terrible store. Skip it. Walked in at noon on 1/29/22. The young lady made us wait while slowly refilling olives and jalepenos (that were half full) and ignored my greeting. No eye contact. Then she didn't change her gloves after handling handfuls of jalepenos, so my sandwich was nearly too spicy to eat. I asked for light salt and got a salt dump that ruined the sandwich. Ditto on the black pepper. No soap in the bathrooms. Sticky floors. Chips were crushed to crumbs.The male and female started a massage in the back while customers were in the store! I love Subway and eat it weekly, but this store was likely the worst I've seen.
