the best pizza that has ever been constructed has just blessed my taste buds so good i had to call the store before closing to tell them they kicked ass. shoutout to tim! (he made the pizza)

I'll go 4 stars. 90% of the time, it's been the best pizza in Red Bluff. Good beer selection too. Pricey but about the same as the rest of the pizza places in town. Most of the employees are very friendly.

My pizza order was done online. The extra-large pizza was the size of Large at other nearby restaurants. Price was over $40 which I felt was expensive. I chose to make a half-n-half, with four different toppings on each side. It ended up with one half only having two toppings, and not the four I requested. Those two toppings had been added to the wrong side.

This round table establishment has gotten better, about 6 months ago their service was horrible, took almost an hour to make one pizza to dine in with six employees working and the restaurant was not well maintained in the dining area, bar or bathroom. But they definitely stepped up their service, fresh rooms for looking better and the dining area and bar for looking cleaner.

Anyway, we went on Sunday, had one of the lunch specials, individual pizza and salad bar. Good deal for the price. (13.99) Also got a separate one trip to salad bar. I was able to stack my salad pretty high (haa) I love a good salad with lots of toppings/fixings. I will say this location is older, I have been coming here when I am in town for years, and this visit it had been quite a few!! I had heard they had went down in their pizza but i didn't care I wanted to see for myself, and the pizza was delicious!! I am so glad I didn't listen to anyone else, so much so I felt compelled to tip the cook! I can say the place needs to be spruced up a bit, and maybe a little work on the customer service, but the pizza was good, so all was good if you will. I am so glad I went and hope when and if i go before I leave the area again the pizza tastes just as delicious as it did when I went. I am a little late in posting this review I went Last week in May. This is one of those situations where let your own experience dictate how you feel!! Well done to the cook!

Just remember everyone is short staffed and looking to hire, and we the public can’t treat the employees working to serve us like garbage, it’s not their fault they are under staffed. I’m grateful for the Round Table staff who come to work and bust their butts to serve up great pizza, and the pizza was worth the wait! Thank you Round Table staff!

I will say this location is older, I have been coming here when I am in town for years, and this visit it had been quite a few!! Pizza took 40min not 20min like they said. Missing bazel because they were out, but didn't tell me until after I paid for it. Skimpy toppings, and sure does look like the photo. Come on Round Table, your pizza is expensive so put some toppings on it!

The employee was great, the pizza was lukewarm at best but I didn't stay anything since it was busy. I ordered a large stuffed crust BBQ chicken and the cheese for the crust wasn't all the way melted. Great service otherwise

Understaffed, 2 people working theyr butts off in the middle of the day. Phones ringing off the hook cus the foods going to burn if they run to answer. Pizza is mediocre for round tables around, I travel everywhere and this is probably bottom 3 round tables for food. Customer service was great, but definitely over worked and stretched thin. I hope the owner at least hires one more person to clean off the tables and answer the phones instead of calling out 3 on hold.

Not really happy with service 😱 Our pizza was good. But 46$for am Xtra large pizza and a chef salad is a bit pricey. The staff was to busy. We had to listen to why our food wasn't ready when we went to pick it up. Someone was going on break. Someone was going home. Someone was returning from break. And the cashier was so overwhelmed. We just needed a chef salad? Sorry guys. You really need to work on customer service.

The staff was nice and the food was good!! Todd was very helpful, and the kids have fun at the clubhouse. The New Burgers and wings are bomb. Try to get a coupon it's pricey. 🍕 Down side is place is kinda dirty.

The new remodel is very nice. The game room is OK for the kids, but they often don't work very well or breakdown often. The pizza is VERY good, but the staff are just OK and orders are sometimes lost or late. Overall my experiences have been positive though.

Pizza is hot and their salad bar is always stocked!! But the employees are pretty grungy and really don't seem like they care. We sat in the dining area around dinner time. It was maybe half full when we went in, then a quarter full when we left. They didn't clear and clean 1 single table while we were there... Also since when does a medium pizza and salad cost over $40? It's pretty pricy for what it is.

I ordered my pizza online the night before I plan to pick it up. I called at 1 that day to ensure my pizzas would be ready by 3. Michael assured me that it would be ready. I show up at 3 and my pizza wasn't even started they had no idea. They found the order with my phone number and apologized for the mix up. They also gave me an extra pizza as part of their apology. Because I had time to waste , I sat and looked around . I found the store to be less than satisfactory cleanliness wise. Had I to do this over I would have ordered from another restaurant.

No follow up to our table - No music ever came on. ** this location was remodeled (into a Pub Style Roundtable) many years ago. It's disappointing to see it run-down and tired. Only the signage remains - very sad~

I called the other night and was greeted with an out of the ordinary recording (it never had a recording before). The call was answered by a person who I could hardly understand. The person asked for my phone number, then stated he was having technical difficulties and was transferring me to the front desk...then the line disconnected. I call back, same recording, and a hard to understand lady asked for my phone number, then stated the same as the previous....technical difficulties 😡 I had to drive down to the restaurant, make my order, then wait for it in the restaurant. ROUND TABLE...DITCH THE ANSWERING SERVICE THEY ARE HORRIBLE! The pizza's and service (at the restaurant) are always consistently great!

Ugh. Ordered delivery. They said it would be an hour which I was reluctant to commit to already being as hungry as I was. Ended up being more like an hour and a half. When it...finally got here it was seriously the worst Round Table pizza I ever had. And I am a fan usually. Owner/management seriously hire more people if you care. If not hey way she goes but I will never order from here again.

I have just about had it with this round table. I have gone to Round Table as long as I can remember. Pizza to me is Round Table. It’s the only reason I still try to order here. Apparently they cannot read, because every time I order pizza online. I request it well done and crispy.the last 3 I have ordered were not well done. I wouldn’t be surprised if the one I ordered today was taken out of the oven early! Not crispy at all. When I order salad I can never be sure of what I will get. If I ask for no mushrooms, which I am allergic to 70% of the time I get mushrooms. And one of the best things in the salad are the croutons, so much so they have their own line in the description, 4 of the last 5 I have ordered have had no croutons. Since you can get a pizza for half the price of theirs you would think they would pay at least a little bit of attention to quality, It bums me out that it looks like I can only enjoy round table when I go to a different town! Well sometime later I have tried the a few times again and they still can only read Insructions one in three Times . I have tried wording differently and writing in all caps, but more often than not I get an underdone pizza. Frustrating.

The customer service was below subpar. The long haired man behind the counter did not wash his hands after being outside with friends and before serving me. I politely and quietly asked him to wash his hands after he looked my order up on the computer to verify he had an order for me. When I asked for someone else to serve me that had clean hands, he got an attitude about me having to pay for an already paid for drink????? It was beyond rude and unprofessional of this employee to treat me as if I am not the loyal paying customer that I am. I work in the food industry and hand hygiene is of utmost importance when preventing the spread of germs. I am still shocked that the guy treated me that way all for asking him politely to wash his hands. On another note the food was great! Thank God he wasn’t preparing it or I would have asked for a refund.

Craving pizza so we decided to dine in with the kids and grand kids. No one in there but tables were not bussed or cleaned. Service was slow because she as making pizza. But there was other staff working. She went from taking money to checking pizza. No gloves or no hand washing The guy building boxes at the bar had no clue. Saw him looking through the trash cans outside. He was on break. Over all it was bad service dirty place and the pizza was just ok. The arcade was stinky and looked like had never been cleaned. Smeared pizza hand prints everywhere.

Horrible customer service. Got back from camping, tired and hungry with 4 little kids..sat down and was told we had to leave because they weren't seating indoor dining. We saw people eating and dirty tables with used plates from prior dine-in customers so that was obviously a lie. We requested just pizzas with no service but were shrugged off. Found "E's Locker room" down the street. Way better customer service. Pizza, bar and it's right on the river. They even have a giant toy for kids!

We ordered 2 pizzas + breadsticks on Father’s Day. We were told delivery would be 1 hour. I had to call after it’d been an hour and half and was told it was on its way. It’s now been close to 2 hours and still no pizza. I’m going to assume it’ll also be cold when it finally does get here. We stopped ordering from Red Bluff Roundtable a couple of years ago because they kept forgetting parts of our order when delivered. We only gave them a chance again because my husband wanted it for Father’s Day and we were hoping they’d improved their service, but never again. After this we’ll never order from them again and will be sure to spread the word.

I rarely do reviews but I've been sitting at the bar for 20+ minutes waiting for a beer I already paid for. The staff is undertrained and unmotivated. They aren't even busy. If there was a zero rating they'd deserve it.

Every single time we've ordered from this Round Table, it's been over an hour before we get our food, and they ALWAYS screw up our order one way or another. Whether it's forgetting one of our pizzas, bringing it cold, or bringing us the WRONG order, they manage to do it. Honestly, the only thing this place is good at is doing exactly what you hope they won't. Don't recommend if you want the right order on time (yknow, the bare minimum).

Never have I seen a poorer run, understaffed pizza place. Over 1/2 the tables were left dirty with past customers. The crew was working hard but it took 45 minutes to get our pizza and we were the last customers there. I'm sure they were working hard but absolutely the worst service and mediocre pizza we ever had!

Worst ever! Inside was mess pizza never came. When I asked where my pizza was manager and a delivery driver started yelling at me and kicking me out for trespassing. The delivery driver then asked me to meet him out side to settle the disrespect I was given, so I did. Once outside he then said sorry with the manager and offered an oops pass!? I have been a customer at this round table for over 20 years and will never be back!!! Just remember the power of 2 RT cuz this place has gone down hill fast!

Pizza is good but the waiting time is ridiculously long. We just stopped by to have some quick food but the pizza kept us waiting for almost 30mims. I rushed twice and each time I got the answer that the pizza is still in the oven. Also, there is a big piece of pineapple in our pepperoni pizza… I feel so bad wasting 40 mins here. Not recommend.

They told me it would be a 40 minute wait (that's ok) but it took an hour and ten minutes. At 40 minutes, they hadn't even started the pizza. When the pizza was finally done, it was the wrong one. When I asked for a refund, the cashier said OK and looked at my receipt for the third time. A young lady then came by and found my pizza in a wrong box. She was very helpful, you need more people like her. It wasn't very busy and there was staff all over the place, so I don't know why this happened.

It's kinda like Papa Murphy's only they cook the pizza half way for You. Unfortunately I thought I was purchasing a fully cooked pizza and my hotel room does not have an oven. On the bright side I get to go out and purchase dinner again. Hopefully second dinner has a better bright side. Seriously though wish I had read the reviews instead of assuming it would be like other round table pizza establishments I have visited in the past.

Had it delivered. They are using door dash. The dasher took over 30 minutes to get it to the door. By then it was no longer hot. It was burnt and there was something wrong with the crust. It seemed like it wasn't proofed enough or something. It was very dense pan crust. Frustrating 60 bucks down the drain

Ordered a simple 2 pizza order online and said it would be ready at a certain time. Took over 30 minutes longer then the time they said. Also, watched a employee walk in, adjusted his clothes, didn't wash his hands and jumped right into making pizzas with no gloves or washed hands. Only good thing was the employee named Nathaniel. He was running circles around everyone.

Pizza was the complete opposite from what I ordered.. wait time was ridiculous, without many other customers ahead of me.. ranch was straight mayonnaise.. very disappointed with the pizza for the price that was charged.. never again. Corning location is much better

Almost every table was dirty when we walked in. After completing our meal theyre still dirty. The salad bar was sparsely filled. When I asked for raisins, the employee only filled the container for enough for me. When an employee asked another employee for help, the woman refused to help him. She only told him where to locate what he needed

Haven’t been to a RT in a long time and clearly they’re going downhill. 😂 everything is sticky. The arcade would be cool if all the machines worked. Also the AC was “locked” by wifi (I’m assuming corporate if that’s even true), so we had to bring fans from home because it was 87 degrees inside. For the prices they charge, customers deserve better. Edited to add: at one point we ordered an additional pizza and when the lady brought it to us, she said "here's the pizza you randomly ordered" like... were we not supposed to order more food? It was funny, but also rude. 😂

I'm not sure how to post this but the food is great. The service is great. The employees are wonderful but the call center sucks. They made me call back. I couldn't understand them. I used to call here and order pizza and they knew who I was by name. Knew what I wanted to order. It was small town vibe with good service. Now it's call some call center talk to somebody you don't understand cuz their English is very broken or get hung up on and have to call back because they're having technical difficulties. What is wrong with this world today I would like to go back to I could call round table Pizza and one of the guys or the people that work here know who I am know what I want now my face and know my name do better round table

Staff is very rasist . I ordered 40 minutes earlier but they refused us to dine in and told us they are closed . After that they allow two families to dine in . Also they took 30 more minutes than expected time just as a rasist to us. Very disappointed experience specially on my daughter graduation day

To further clarify, we actually restaurant rehab pizza shops in the Bay area for years.. The amount of time, versus the amount of customer clientele on site, versus the amount of to-go orders and deliveries being ran do not match up with the stories being told by anyone at this restaurant. It comes down to sheer apathy, lack of care for the customer, lack of care for their own selves... And a general disconnect between the staff and the customer. Absolute miserable example of humanity... And I don't think $22 an hour is going to help this shipwreck of a restaurant. Not to mention the overall hygiene of the staff and the temperature of the restaurant itself absolutely unsanitary. Buyer beware! Shut it down.

Absolute miserable example of humanity... And I don't think $22 an hour is going to help this shipwreck of a restaurant. Not to mention the overall hygiene of the staff and the temperature of the restaurant itself absolutely unsanitary. Buyer beware! Shut it down.
